Description

Capacitance electrode structure, capacitance electrode and soil humidity sensor
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a capacitor electrode structure and a device having the same, and more particularly, to a capacitor electrode.
Background
The soil humidity sensor is a sensor for detecting the water content of soil, and has great significance for soil moisture content monitoring, agricultural irrigation and forestry protection. The soil moisture sensor mainly uses an FDR (frequency Domain reflectometry) frequency Domain reflection principle to detect soil moisture, and specifically, the soil moisture sensor measures the apparent dielectric constant of soil according to the propagation frequency of electromagnetic waves in a medium by using an electromagnetic pulse principle, so as to obtain the relative water content of the soil.
At present, a soil humidity sensor mainly adopts a resistance type method and an inductance type method.
Resistive applications detect changes in resistivity of electrodes inserted into the soil, thus requiring the electrodes to contact the soil. The electrode material is easily corroded and has short service life.
The capacitance type adopts a method for detecting the dielectric constant inserted around the soil electrode, because the capacitance polar plate is replaced by the copper sheet of the PCB, the direct contact of the electrode is avoided, but because the capacitance polar plate still needs to be in contact with the soil, the service life is also influenced by the relation of the coating.
In addition, the capacitance electrodes of the sensors mainly adopted in the prior art are protected by paint.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a capacitor electrode structure, in which a plurality of protective layers are disposed to protect the capacitor electrode from corrosion, so as to prolong the service life of the capacitor electrode.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a capacitor electrode structure, which includes a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer, wherein an interlayer is disposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, the first electrode layer is sequentially provided with a first protective outer layer, a second protective outer layer and an electrode plate from outside to inside according to interlayer distribution, and the second electrode layer is sequentially provided with a third protective outer layer, a fourth protective outer layer and an electrode plate from outside to inside according to interlayer distribution.
In the technical solution of the present invention,
further, in the capacitor electrode structure of the present invention, the spacer layer includes a glass fiber plate.

Accordingly, another object of the present invention is to provide a capacitor electrode, which has the above capacitor electrode structure.
Further, it is still another object of the present invention to provide a soil moisture sensor, comprising:
the lower end of the shell is provided with a tip part which is V-shaped;
the capacitance electrode is arranged in the tip part and is connected with the humidity measuring circuit.
Further, in the soil moisture sensor according to the present invention, the housing is made of epoxy resin.
In the soil humidity sensor, a sensing element is a humidity sensitive capacitor, and a metal oxide or a high molecular polymer is conventionally used. The materials have strong adsorption capacity to water molecules, the quantity of adsorbed water changes along with the change of the environmental humidity, and the capacitance value of a capacitance device changes due to the fact that the water molecules have large electric dipole moment and the permittivity of the materials changes after water absorption. The change of the capacitance value is converted into an electric signal, and then the humidity can be monitored.
However, the prior art has the defects that the prior protective layer is thin and is easily corroded or scratched by soil, and the service life is greatly shortened.
Based on the above, in order to prolong the service life and protect the electrode, the inventor designs a capacitor electrode with a multilayer interlayer structure, and the electrode plate is wrapped and protected by a plurality of protective layers, so that the electrode is effectively protected and prevented from being corroded by contacting air or soil.
The electrode plate may preferably be a PCB electrode plate.
In some embodiments, it may be preferable to set the thickness of the copper skin to 1oz, i.e., the thickness achieved when 1oz of copper is laid evenly over a 1 square foot area.
In addition, it should be noted that the glass fiber board used in the present application is known to those skilled in the art, and therefore, the detailed description thereof is omitted.
