It will be appreciated that different alarm preset conditions result in different operating modes of the nursing pad, and thus are suitable for different application scenarios. For example, in one particular embodiment, the nursing pad is pre-programmed with a first mode of operation and a second mode of operation. In factory setting, the preset alarm conditions in the first working mode are as follows: when the detection parameter of the pressure sensor 2 is continuously greater than the pressure threshold value and the duration time reaches 60 minutes, the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm. The preset alarm conditions in the second working mode are as follows: when the detection parameter of the pressure sensor 2 is continuously larger than the pressure threshold value and the duration time reaches 8 hours, the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm. Therefore, the first working mode is suitable for the situation that the patient needs a large activity, or the nursing staff can meet the needs of close nursing, and the second working mode is suitable for the night, so that the situation that the sleep of the patient is interrupted is avoided. The patient or the nursing staff can switch between the preset working modes by operating the touch screen or the keys. The user can also install the controller 3 on the upper computer through the communication interface, and modify the alarm preset conditions under different working modes by operating the upper computer, such as modifying the specific numerical value of the pressure threshold or the duration, so that each working mode adapts to the specific life law of the patient.
According to the nursing pad provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the alarm preset conditions are modified by the upper computer, and the touch screen or the keys are switched among the preset different alarm preset conditions, so that two-stage regulation of the working mode of the nursing pad is formed. The upper computer is flexible in adjusting range for modifying the alarm preset condition, the autonomy is high, specific values of various parameters can be changed in a large range, so that a monitoring scheme suitable for different situations is formed, and the monitoring scheme can be repeatedly modified. Different working modes are switched through the touch screen or the keys, namely when different preset alarm conditions are selected, the reset of each parameter is not needed to be considered, the operation is convenient and fast, and the operation interface is simple and clear. Therefore, the two-stage adjusting function of the nursing pad provided by the embodiment of the utility model simultaneously considers the flexibility of adjustment and the simplicity of operation.
On the basis of the above embodiments, optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the controller 3 further includes a battery, the battery is electrically connected to the alarm and the controller, and the battery is electrically connected to the pressure sensor 2 through the first connector 31 and the external connector 22. Thus, when the controller 3 is attached to the nursing pad body 1, the battery of the controller 3 serves as a power source for supplying power to the controller, the alarm, the pressure sensor 2, and other electric components in the nursing pad.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the housing of the controller 3 is provided with a battery mounting location. The battery is a replaceable battery, and a user manually replaces the battery after the electric quantity is exhausted.
In another embodiment, the battery is a rechargeable battery, and the battery is electrically connected with a communication interface of the controller, and the communication interface is used for connecting with an external power supply in addition to connecting with an external upper computer so as to charge the battery. The communication interface may be a USB interface.
In another embodiment, the battery is a rechargeable battery, and the housing is further provided with a charging interface electrically connected with the battery. The charging interface can be a Type-C interface.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, the nursing pad body 1 is provided with a mounting seat 16, and when the control machine 3 is mounted on the mounting seat 16, the charging interface of the battery faces the outside of the mounting seat 16. Therefore, the user can detach the control machine 3 from the nursing pad body 1 for independent charging, or can install the control machine 3 on the nursing pad body 1 for charging the control machine 3 while working.
According to the nursing pad provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the battery power supply is arranged on the control machine 3, so that the battery can be conveniently and independently replaced or the control machine 3 can be independently charged, a nursing pad body 1 with a larger volume is not required to be connected during charging, and the convenience and the safety are improved.
On the basis of the above embodiments, optionally, in some embodiments of the utility model, as shown in fig. 2, the nursing pad body 1 includes a nursing pad cover, and further includes a latex layer 13, an air bag layer 14 and a polymer fiber layer 15, which are sequentially stacked, and the nursing pad cover is sleeved outside the latex layer 13, the air bag layer 14 and the polymer fiber layer 15.
Wherein, emulsion layer 13 and air bag layer 14 improve the softness degree of nursing pad, and polymer fiber layer 15 is the plastic net fiber structure that macromolecular material formed for support air bag layer 14 and emulsion layer 13. Optionally, the nursing pad sleeve comprises a nursing pad outer sleeve 11 and a nursing pad inner sleeve 12, and the nursing pad inner sleeve 12 is made of a waterproof and breathable material.
Wherein, the pressure sensor 2 can be laid on the inner side of the nursing pad cover. Therefore, the pressure sensor 2 can not be seen from the appearance of the nursing pad body 1, and the aesthetic degree is improved. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the inner nursing pad 12 is sleeved outside the latex layer 13, the air bag layer 14 and the polymer fiber layer 15, and the pressure sensor 2 is laid between the inner nursing pad 12 and the latex layer 13 and fixed on the outer surface of the latex layer 13 or the inner surface of the inner nursing pad 12 through the fixing cloth 21. The nursing pad outer sleeve 11 is sleeved outside the nursing pad inner sleeve 12. It is understood that the latex layer 13 is on the front surface of the nursing pad, and the polymeric fiber layer 15 is on the back surface of the nursing pad.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the pressure sensor 2 is optionally a flexible pressure sensor. For example, the pressure sensor 2 is a patch pressure sensor or a film pressure sensor, and the force sensing point thereof is made of a flexible material. The flexible pressure sensor is resistant to bending, can well match the material of the nursing pad body 1, and improves the use comfort of patients.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the alarm is a voice playing device, and can give an alarm by prompting the patient to move by voice or prompting the harm to the body caused by sedentary or lying-long. The alarm can also be a signal indicator lamp which gives an alarm by emitting red light.
On the basis of the above embodiments, optionally, as shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the controller includes a control unit and a timing unit, and the control unit is in communication connection with the timing unit. The control unit is used for controlling the alarm to give an alarm when the timing unit reaches a first preset time length, and the control unit is also used for controlling the timing of the timing unit to be reset when the duration that the detection data of the pressure sensor 2 is smaller than the pressure threshold reaches a second preset time length.
Specifically, the control unit acquires detection data of the pressure sensor 2, controls the timing unit to start timing when the detection data is greater than or equal to a pressure threshold, and controls the timing unit to suspend timing when the detection data is less than the pressure threshold.
And if the duration that the detection data is less than the pressure threshold reaches a second preset duration, the control unit clears the timing unit to time, and when the control unit detects that the detection data of the pressure sensor 2 is greater than or equal to the pressure threshold again, the control unit controls the timing unit to start timing from zero.
If the control unit detects that the detection data of the pressure sensor 2 is greater than or equal to the pressure threshold again when the duration of the detection data smaller than the pressure threshold does not reach the second preset duration, the control unit controls the timing unit to continue timing on the basis of last pause until the timing of the timing unit is cleared or the timing of the timing unit reaches the first preset duration, and the control unit controls the alarm to give an alarm.
It is understood that setting the preset alarm condition is equivalent to setting specific values of the pressure threshold, the first preset duration and the second preset duration. It is considered that the timing of the timing unit represents the time period that the patient continuously sits or lies on the nursing pad body 1. The duration of time that the detected data of the pressure sensor 2 is less than the pressure threshold value represents the length of time that the caregiver assists the patient or that the patient is leaving the nursing pad for activity on his or her own. If the activity duration of the patient reaches the second preset duration, the patient can be considered to have performed an effective activity, and therefore the time for the patient to continuously sit and lie is calculated again. If the activity duration of the patient does not reach the second preset duration, the patient can be considered to be only performing simple actions such as turning over, moving and the like, or the activity duration of the patient is not enough to effectively prevent or alleviate the problems such as pressure sores and the like, so that the time of the patient continuously sitting and lying is continuously calculated after the invalid activity is finished until the time of continuously sitting and lying reaches the first preset duration, and the alarm prompts a nursing staff to assist the patient or the patient to move by himself.
It can be understood that the user can change the pressure threshold, the first preset time and the second preset time by operating the upper computer. For example, when the patient needs to recover and needs to ensure a certain exercise time, the second preset time period may be set to be longer, such as 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and the like; when the patient loses mobility completely and can only rely on the nursing staff to turn over and massage simply, the second preset time period can be set to be shorter, such as 1 minute, 5 minutes and the like. When the caregiver is able to take care of the entire day, the first preset time period may be set to be short, such as 1 hour, 2 hours, and the like. When the manpower of the nursing staff is insufficient or in the night period, the first preset time period can be set to be longer, such as 5 hours, 8 hours and the like. The pressure threshold may be set according to the weight of the patient, the duration of the disease condition, and the like.
The nursing pad provided by the embodiment of the utility model considers the influence factors of the patient such as short-time movement, activity or posture change and the like. The timing of the timing unit is cleared only when the duration that the detection data of the pressure sensor 2 is smaller than the pressure threshold reaches a second preset duration, so that the situation that the timing of the timing unit is interrupted by slight movement of a patient to cause that an alarm cannot give an alarm when the alarm is to be given is avoided.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the control unit is further configured to control the alarm to perform a secondary alarm when the timing of the timing unit reaches a third preset time duration.
It is understood that the third preset duration is greater than the first preset duration. When the timing of the timing unit reaches a first preset time length, the control unit controls the alarm to send out a primary alarm and controls the timing unit to continue timing.
If the nursing staff assists the patient or the patient to carry out an effective activity, the duration that the control unit detects that the detection data of the pressure sensor 2 is smaller than the pressure threshold reaches a second preset duration, and the control unit controls the timing of the timing unit to be cleared. After the patient returns to the nursing pad body 1, the control unit controls the timing unit to count again, and controls the alarm to send out a first-level alarm when the timing of the timing unit reaches the first preset time length again.
If the patient keeps sitting and lying on the nursing pad body 1, or the time for the nursing staff to assist the patient or the patient to move by oneself is too short, the control unit detects that the detection data of the pressure sensor 2 is still larger than the pressure threshold value, or the detection data of the pressure sensor 2 is smaller than the pressure threshold value, but the duration time does not reach the second preset time length, the control unit controls the timing unit to continue timing until the timing of the timing unit exceeds the first preset time length and reaches the third preset time length, and the control unit controls the alarm to send out secondary alarm.
Specifically, if the alarm is a voice playing device, the first-level alarm can be voice information for prompting the patient to move, and the second-level alarm can be hazard information for prompting the patient to sit or lie for a long time. If the alarm is an indicator light, the first-level alarm can be that the indicator light flickers, and the second-level alarm can be that the indicator light is always on.
Optionally, the difference between the third preset duration and the first preset duration is used as the interval reminding duration. Under the condition that the timing of the timing unit is not cleared, after the timing of the timing unit reaches a first preset time length, the control unit controls the alarm to perform secondary alarm once at intervals of reminding time length.
It can be understood that the user can also change the third preset duration by operating the upper computer.
The nursing pad provided by the embodiment of the utility model has a secondary alarm function. When the patient fails to perform proper activities according to requirements after the alarm is given an alarm at the first level, the timing unit continues to time until the third preset time is reached, and the alarm gives an alarm at the second level to further prompt the patient to perform activities, so that the patient or a nursing staff is prevented from missing alarm information.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
