As shown in fig. 8: the lower side of the bottom panel 36 in the outer template component 4 is also provided with a pulley or a directional wheel 42, the upper end of the left side panel 34 in the outer template component 4 is hinged with a hook pull rod 43, and the upper end of the right side panel is fixed with a hook 44.
During operation, after the flue solidifies and has intensity, the inner mold assembly 2 is folded and then the upper end hook 44 of the right side panel 35 is opened, the left side panel 34 is rotated, the right side panel 35 is turned over downwards, the rotating block 38 rotates to push the gas spring 40 to contract, the gas spring 40 pushes the compression spring 41 to enable the compression spring 41 to generate elastic force, so that the impact generated by the downward rotation of the left side panel 34 and the right side panel 35 is buffered, after the flue is carried and opened, the left side panel 34 is rotated, the right side panel 35 is turned over upwards, at the moment, the compression spring 41 and the gas spring 40 apply upward force to the left side panel 34 and the upward rotation of the right side panel 35, so that the rotating weight of the left side panel 34 and the right side panel 35 is reduced, and the operation is lighter.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10: the upper template 9, the left template 11 and the right template 12 in the inner template assembly 7 can be processed into chamfers along the longitudinal long edges at the matching interface, and the upper template 9 can be automatically aligned through the chamfers when in butt joint and matching with the left template 11 and the right template 12.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12: the upper template 9, the left template 11 and the right template 12 in the inner template assembly 7 can be provided with a guide plate 45 at the matching interface, and the upper template 9 can be automatically aligned by the guide plate when matched with the left template 11 and the right template 12.
