The embodiment of the application provides a broom, and the cleaning head 20 can swing relative to the broom handle 10, can adapt to different cleaning operation scenes, and improves the use experience of users. Fig. 1 is an explosion structure schematic diagram of a broom provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is an overall structure schematic diagram of the broom provided in the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the broom provided by the embodiment of the present application includes: a sweeper handle 10, a cleaning head 20 and an elastic tube 30 connecting the sweeper handle 10 and the cleaning head 20.
Wherein the elastic tube member 30 is elastically bendable in its own axial direction to enable the sweeping head 20 to swing with respect to the sweep handle 10. The broom further includes a rigid rod 40, and the rigid rod 40 is configured to be able to extend into or away from the elastic tube 30 along the axial direction of the elastic tube 30.
One end of the elastic pipe 30 is connected with the cleaning head 20, the other end is connected with the cleaning handle 10, the elastic pipe 30 keeps an upright state when the two ends are not stressed, and at the moment, the axis of the elastic pipe 30 is superposed with the axis of the cleaning handle 10. In the cleaning process, a user holds the cleaning handle 10 to apply force to drive the cleaning head 20 to move on the ground, after the two ends of the elastic pipe 30 are acted by external force, the elastic pipe is elastically bent and deformed in the axial direction, so that the cleaning head 20 swings relative to the cleaning handle 10, after the external force disappears, the elastic pipe 30 automatically resets to restore to an upright state, and the cleaning head 20 also resets along with the elastic pipe 30.
Alternatively, the elastic tube member 30 may be a coil spring, and in the present embodiment, the bending of the elastic tube member 30 in the axial direction utilizes the characteristic of the bending deformation of the coil spring rather than the elasticity in the axial direction; the elastic tube member 30 may be other objects having bending deformation characteristics, such as a torsion spring.
The rigid rod 40 is hard and does not deform even under an external force, and in the embodiment of the present application, the rigid rod 40 serves to limit the bending of the elastic tube member 30.
Illustratively, when the rigid rod 40 extends into the elastic tube 30, the rigid rod is filled in the elastic tube 30 and cannot be bent, so that the cleaning head 20 cannot swing relative to the cleaning handle 10; when the rigid rod 10 leaves the elastic tube 30, the elastic tube 30 recovers the hollow structure and can be elastically bent and deformed in the axial direction, so as to drive the cleaning head 20 to swing relative to the cleaning handle.
According to the broom that this application embodiment provided, but the junction of cleaning head 20 and broom handle 10 is provided with the elastic tube spare 30 of elastic bending, when cleaning, elastic tube spare 30 takes place crooked deformation and then makes the relative broom handle 10 swing of cleaning head 20 in its axial direction, the degree increase of cleaning head 20 slope (with the contained angle on ground reduce), the area of contact on cleaning head 20 and ground increases promptly, can push down it when cleaning light objects such as dust or hair, be difficult for kicking up, can reach better clean effect, promote user's use experience. Meanwhile, the broom provided by the embodiment of the application further comprises the rigid rod 40, after the rigid rod 40 extends into the elastic pipe member 30, the bending of the elastic pipe member 30 can be limited, the sweeping head 20 cannot swing relative to the broom handle 10, at the moment, the sweeping head 20 receives larger thrust from the broom handle 10, the broom has larger sweeping force, and the broom is more suitable for sweeping garbage with large volume and heavy weight or collecting the garbage in a dustpan. The broom provided by the embodiment of the application is suitable for cleaning operation scenes for cleaning light objects and cleaning operation scenes requiring large force through the matching of the elastic pipe fitting 30 and the rigid rod 40; the broom can be suitable for different cleaning operation scenes, a good cleaning effect can be achieved, a user does not need to prepare a plurality of brooms, and great convenience is provided for the user.
Except being applicable to cleaning different types of rubbish, because the cleaning head 20 can sweep the handle 10 relatively and swing, the broom that this application embodiment provided also is applicable to and cleans short areas such as under the table, the bed to need not the user and bow to press down the height of handle 10 and clean again, can not cause the burden for user's health, promoted user's use and experienced.
In the embodiment of the present application, the depth of the rigid rod 40 extending into the elastic tube 30 is not limited, and the rigid rod can extend completely into the lowest end of the elastic tube 30 to completely limit the bending performance of the elastic tube 30; or the cleaning head 20 does not extend into the elastic tube 30 completely, and a certain height is reserved between the cleaning head and the elastic tube 30 at the lowest end, so that the elastic tube 30 still has certain bending capability, but the bending amplitude is limited, and the swinging amplitude of the cleaning head 20 relative to the cleaning handle 10 can be adjusted. By the design, the user can adjust the depth of the rigid rod 40 extending into the elastic pipe fitting 30 according to the use habit or the use requirement of the user, the flexibility is higher, and the personalized use requirement of the user is met.
Alternatively, a rigid rod 40 is movably disposed in the sweeper handle 10, and the rigid rod 40 can move up and down along the axial direction of the sweeper handle 10 to extend into or out of the elastic tube 30.
The broom handle 10 is a hollow tubular structure, a containing space is provided for arranging the rigid rod 40, the lower end part of the broom handle 10 is connected with the elastic pipe fitting 30, the rigid rod 40 is arranged at the lower part of the broom handle 10, and the rigid rod 40 can conveniently move downwards from the inside of the broom handle 10 to extend into the elastic pipe fitting 30 or move upwards to leave the elastic pipe fitting 30 to enter the inside of the broom handle 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, the handle 10 is provided with a holding portion for moving the rigid rod 40 up and down along the axial direction of the handle 10.
The rigid rod 40 is disposed inside the broom handle 10, and it is inconvenient for a user to directly hold the rigid rod 40 to control whether the rigid rod 40 is inserted into the elastic tube member 30. Through setting up the portion of gripping, this portion of gripping can be connected and then drive the removal of rigid rod 40 with rigid rod 40 transmission, and the user can come the reciprocating of control rigid rod 40 through the portion of gripping, and convenience of customers adjusts the position of rigid rod 40.
Here, the grip portion may be directly disposed at the outer side of the broom handle 10, or may be disposed in the broom handle 10 to be exposed to the broom handle 10 through an opening formed in the broom handle 10, so that the user can directly manipulate the position of the movable rigid rod 40 from the outer side. Optionally, the holding portion may be a component such as a dial, a handle bar, a pull ring, etc. which is convenient for a user to hold, and the application does not limit the specific structure of the holding portion.
The application does not limit the specific connection mode of the holding part and the rigid rod 40, and a user can drive the rigid rod 40 to move up and down through the holding part, for example, the holding part is movably arranged on the sweeping handle 10, the rigid rod 40 is movably and synchronously driven to move up and down on the sweeping handle 10, the rigid rod 40 moves when the holding part moves, and the rigid rod 40 can also be still at the current position when the holding part keeps still.
As shown in fig. 1, the side wall of the broom handle 10 is provided with a vertical slot 111, and the holding part is movably arranged in the vertical slot 111. The vertical groove 111 on the broom handle 10 provides a moving space for the holding part, and a user controls the holding part to move up and down in the vertical groove 111, so that the holding part drives the rigid rod 40 to move up and down along the axial direction of the broom handle, and the purpose that the rigid rod 40 extends into or leaves the elastic pipe fitting 30 is achieved.
Specifically, the holding portion may be slidably connected to the vertical groove 111, and may slide up and down in the vertical groove 111. The connection mode of the holding portion and the vertical groove 111 is not limited in the present application, and may be the above-described slide connection, or may be a connection mode such as snap connection.
Through the arrangement, the position of the rigid rod 40 in the sweeping handle 10 can be conveniently adjusted by a user from the outside through the holding part, and the structure is simple and the manufacture is easy. In the process of moving the holding part in the vertical groove 111, the left and right opposite groove walls of the vertical groove 111 have a limiting effect on the holding part, so that the position of the holding part can be prevented from shifting, and the rigid rod 40 can be prevented from contacting the inner wall of the broom handle 10 or the inner surface of the elastic pipe fitting 30 in the up-and-down moving process, the operation of a user is blocked, and poor use experience is brought.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the side wall of the sweep handle 10 is further provided with a lateral groove 112 communicating with the vertical groove 111, and a groove wall of the lateral groove 112 is used for abutting against the grip portion to position the rigid rod 40.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the horizontal slot 112 may communicate with the lower end (the end relatively close to the cleaning head 20) of the vertical slot 111, and the horizontal slot 112 and the vertical slot 111 communicating with each other form the sliding slot 11 of an "L" shaped structure for the grip portion to slide inside. When the holding part is positioned in the vertical groove 111, the holding part can move up and down to control the rigid rod 40 to move up and down, and when the holding part is positioned at the top end (the uppermost end) of the vertical groove 111, the rigid rod 40 leaves the elastic pipe fitting 30; when the holding portion is located in the transverse groove 112, the rigid rod 40 extends into the elastic tube 30, and the groove wall of the transverse groove 112 abuts against the holding portion, so that the holding portion cannot move in the axial direction of the sweep handle 10, and the position of the rigid rod 40 is fixed.
The transverse groove 112 can also be communicated with the upper end (the end relatively far away from the cleaning head 20) of the vertical groove 111, when the holding part is positioned in the transverse groove 112, the rigid rod 40 is separated from the elastic pipe piece 30, the elastic pipe piece 30 can be bent, and the lower groove wall of the transverse groove 112 is abutted against the holding part to prevent the rigid rod 40 and the holding part from falling under the action of gravity; when the rigid rod 40 needs to be moved downwards, the holding portion is moved from the horizontal slot 112 to the vertical slot 111, and then moved downwards along the vertical slot 111 to drive the rigid rod 40 to move downwards and further extend into the elastic tube 30, so as to limit the bending of the elastic tube 30. The bottom wall of the lower end (lowest end) of the vertical groove 111 abuts against the grip portion to prevent the grip portion from sliding further downward. When the rigid rod 40 is required to leave the elastic tube 30, the holding part is lifted upwards to the top end of the vertical slot 111 and then rotated (i.e. moved leftwards or rightwards) to enter the transverse slot 112, so that the rigid rod 40 is positioned.
The transverse groove 112 and the vertical groove 111 which are communicated with each other not only provide a movable space for the holding part and facilitate the operation of a user, but also realize the positioning of the holding part and the rigid rod 40, no other parts are needed to be arranged for assisting the positioning, the manufacturing process is simpler, and the production cost of controlling the broom is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the present application, an elastic restoring member 101 for restoring the rigid rod 40 is further disposed in the sweeper handle 10, and when the grip portion leaves the transverse groove 112 and loses the limit in the axial direction of the sweeper handle 10, the elastic force of the elastic restoring member 101 can automatically restore the rigid rod 40 (leaves the elastic tube 30).
When the user controls the rigid rod 40 to extend into the elastic tube 30, the user needs to overcome the elastic force of the elastic restoring element 101 to move the holding portion downward until the holding portion enters the transverse groove 112; when the rigid rod 40 is controlled to leave the elastic tube 30, the rigid rod 40 can move upwards under the elasticity of the elastic restoring member 101 and leave the elastic tube 30 only by rotating the holding part to the communication part of the transverse groove 112 and the vertical groove 111.
Thus, the rigid rod 40 can be automatically reset under the action of the elastic resetting piece 101, the operation of operating the holding part by a user is simplified, and the use by the user is convenient.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a broom according to an embodiment of the present application, and the elastic restoring member 101 is a spring and is wound around the outer side of the rigid rod 40. One end of the spring is fixedly connected to the sweeper handle 10, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected to the rigid rod 40, the rigid rod 40 extends outwards in the circumferential direction to form a side edge, and one end of the spring connected with the rigid rod 40 abuts against the side edge so as to drive the rigid rod 40 to move.
The spring is a compression spring, which can bear axial pressure, when the holding part is positioned in the transverse groove 112, the spring is in a compressed state, upward elastic force is generated to make the rigid rod 40 move upwards, and the rigid rod 40 is prevented from moving upwards under the action of the elastic force because the holding part is abutted with the upper groove wall of the transverse groove 112; once the holding part enters the vertical groove 111, the holding part loses the upper limit, the rigid rod 40 moves upwards under the action of elastic force and gradually leaves the elastic pipe fitting 30, the rigid rod 40 drives the holding part to move upwards along the vertical groove 111 until the holding part abuts against the groove wall at the top end of the vertical groove 111, at the moment, the spring is still in a compressed state, the upward elastic force can offset the gravity of the rigid rod 40 and the holding part to ensure that the rigid rod 40 and the holding part cannot fall down, and the groove wall at the top end of the vertical groove 111 abuts against the holding part to prevent the rigid rod 40 from further moving upwards, so that the positioning of the rigid rod 40 after leaving the elastic pipe fitting 30 can be completed. To extend the rigid rod 40 into the elastic tube 30, the grip portion is moved downward against the elastic force of the spring.
Through setting up elasticity piece 101 that resets, not only can make rigid bar 40 automatic re-setting, convenience of customers operation, can also accomplish the location behind rigid bar 40 leaves elastic tube piece 30 with erecting groove 111 cooperation, kill two birds with one stone.
Alternatively, the spring may be an extension spring, which returns the rigid rod 40 by an upward pulling force.
Alternatively, the spring may be connected to the broom handle 10 at one end and the grip portion at the other end, and the return of the rigid rod 40 is carried out by returning the grip portion.
Alternatively, the elastic restoring member 101 may also be another elastic member such as a spring sheet.
Fig. 4 is a schematic overall structure diagram of a holding portion provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the holding portion includes a first sleeve 12 and a connecting member, the first sleeve 12 is movably sleeved on an outer side of the broom handle 10, the first sleeve 12 is in transmission connection with the rigid rod 40 through the connecting member, and the connecting member is inserted into the vertical groove 111.
The first sleeve 12 is sleeved outside the broom handle 10, and a user can hold the first sleeve 12 from any direction or angle to move the first sleeve, so that the operation of the user is facilitated, and the appearance is attractive; the connection between the inner and outer sides is achieved by a connection to the rigid rod 40, and the user can move the rigid rod 40 indirectly by moving the first sleeve 12 on the outer side.
As shown in fig. 4, the connecting member is optionally a first cross bar 121, and the first cross bar 121 penetrates through the two oppositely arranged vertical slots 111 and is fixedly connected with the first sleeve 12.
Two vertical grooves 111 and two transverse grooves 112 are oppositely arranged on the side wall of the sweeper handle 10 so that the first cross rod 121 penetrates through the sweeper handle 10 and is connected with the first sleeve 12. And first horizontal pole 121 is located perpendicular groove 111 or horizontal groove 112 all the time, and when horizontal pole 121 butt perpendicular groove 111 or the cell wall of horizontal groove 112, the cell wall played limiting displacement to first horizontal pole 121, because first horizontal pole 121 is fixed connection with first sleeve 12, their removal is synchronous forever, and then has also played limiting displacement to first sleeve 12. So set up, simple structure and convenient equipment.
The connection manner of the first cross bar 121 and the rigid rod 40 is not limited in the present application, and optionally, as shown in fig. 1, a through hole 41 is provided on the rod body of the rigid rod 40, and the first cross bar 121 is inserted into the through hole 41. When the user holds the first sleeve 12 and moves downward, the first cross bar 121 moves downward in the vertical groove 111, and the downward force of the first cross bar 121 on the rigid rod 40 moves the rigid rod 40 downward to extend into the elastic tube member 30.
Alternatively, the through-hole 41 has a circular cross-section, and the first rail 121 has a circular cross-section.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the broom provided by the embodiment of the present application further includes a connection sleeve 50, the connection sleeve 50 is connected to the lower end of the broom handle 10, the broom handle 10 is connected to the elastic tube 30 through the connection sleeve 50, and the rigid rod 40 can penetrate through the connection sleeve 50 (in the axial direction) to extend into the elastic tube 30.
The lower end of the broom handle 10 is indirectly connected with the elastic pipe fitting 30 through the connecting sleeve 50, and the connecting sleeve 50 is a hollow tubular structure, so that the up-and-down movement of the rigid rod 40 in the broom handle 10 is not influenced.
