In addition, in order to reduce the influence of the protrusion 1113 on the size of the box body 111 in the protrusion direction of the protrusion 1113, optionally, a bending part 130 is formed by bending the side wall of the box body 100 at a position close to the opening 1111 into the electronic control box 100, and the protrusion 1113 is disposed on the bending part 130.
Since one end of the cover 120 is inserted into the gap formed by the strap 113, the pre-positioning structure can be used to pre-position the end of the cover 120 away from the strap 113. Optionally, the first pre-positioning structure is disposed proximate to the bottom 1114 of the cartridge body 111.
It can be understood that, in order to enable the box body 111 to obtain a balanced pre-fixing effect, optionally, two opposite side walls of the box body 111 are both provided with first pre-positioning structures, and the cover 120 is provided with second pre-positioning structures corresponding to the two first pre-positioning structures one to one. Illustratively, two first pre-positioning structures are disposed on two oppositely disposed sidewalls 1112 of the cartridge body 111.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an enlarged view of a portion of the structure at D in fig. 1 a. As shown in fig. 4, in order to achieve effective connection between the box body 111 and the cover 120, the electronic control box 100 provided in this embodiment further includes a threaded fastener (not shown), such as a screw, a through hole 122 for the threaded fastener to pass through is formed in a position of the cover 120 close to the bottom 1114, specifically, the through hole 122 penetrates through the cover 120 in a thickness direction of the electronic control box 100, wherein the thickness direction of the electronic control box 100 is a width direction of the electronic control box 100 in a use state, that is, a z-axis direction in fig. 1a and 3a, wherein the threaded fastener can pass through the through hole 122 and extend into the box body 111, and correspondingly, a threaded hole corresponding to the threaded fastener can be formed in the box body 111, so that the threaded fastener passes through the through hole 122 and the threaded hole to perform threaded connection, and the box body 111 and the cover 120 can be detachably connected. In this way, the cover 120 is provided with the through hole 122, so that the box body 111 and the cover 120 can be detachably connected through the threaded fastener, and therefore, the box body 111 and the cover 120 can be limited and fixed by the threaded fastener, and the reliability of connection between the cover 120 and the box body 111 and the internal sealing performance of the electronic control box 100 are further improved.
It should be noted that the axial directions of the through hole 122 and the threaded hole are both along the first direction, i.e., the connection direction of the through hole and the threaded hole matches the installation direction defined by the pre-positioning structure.
In order to facilitate the assembly of the box body 111 and the cover 120, the through hole 122 may be a smooth hole with a smooth inner wall, that is, the inner wall of the through hole 122 is a revolution surface.
Further, in order to assemble the box body 111 and the cover 120 together, during the assembly process, the cover 120 needs to be pulled to move relative to the box body 111 in a direction away from the strap 112 to be in the assembled position, and in order to enable the cover 120 to move relative to the box body 111, in a specific embodiment of the present embodiment, the through hole 122 includes a small-diameter section 123 and a large-diameter section 1222, and the large-diameter section 1222 is communicated with a side wall of the small-diameter section 1221. The arrangement direction of the small-diameter section 1221 and the large-diameter section 1222 is the same as the width direction of the electronic control box 100, the small-diameter section 1221 is located on the side of the large-diameter section 1222 close to the top cover 115 and the strap 112, in addition, the inner wall diameter of the small-diameter section 1221 should be smaller than the inner wall diameter of the large-diameter section 1222, and correspondingly, the nut diameter of the threaded connection is larger than the inner diameter of the small-diameter section 1221 and smaller than the inner diameter of the large-diameter section 1222. Thus, when the cover 120 is moved to move away from the strap 112 relative to the box body 111, the threaded fastener enters the small-diameter section 1221 from the position of the large-diameter section 1222, so that the relative position between the box body 111 and the cover 120 is stabilized.
Specifically, when the cover 120 is mounted on the box body 111, firstly, the cover 120 is inclined at a certain angle relative to the box body 111 to insert a part of the structure of the cover 120 into the gap 113, then, the cover 120 is completely placed on the box body 111, then, the cover 120 is pulled to move relative to the box body 111 in a direction away from the strap 112, at this time, the buckle 1211 is engaged with the protrusion 1113, and then, the threaded fastener is screwed to pass through the small-diameter section 1221 and then connected to the box body 111, it should be noted that the head diameter of the threaded fastener here should be larger than the diameter of the small-diameter section 1221, so as to define the relative positions of the threaded fastener, the box body 111 and the cover 120 in the thickness direction of the electronic control box 100.
Example two
The embodiment further provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, including the electric control box 100 of the first embodiment. The detailed structure, function and operation principle of the electrical control box 100 have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and thus are not described herein again.
In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, the electronic control box 100 may be disposed inside the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the electrical components and the circuit board inside the electronic control box 100 may be connected to other components inside the outdoor unit of the air conditioner through the electrical connection wires such as cables, so as to control the operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment further provides an air conditioner, including the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the second embodiment. The specific structures, functions and operating principles of the air conditioner outdoor unit and the electric control box and other components included in the air conditioner outdoor unit have been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The air conditioner of the present embodiment includes components such as an air conditioner indoor unit in addition to the air conditioner outdoor unit. The outdoor air-conditioning unit is arranged outdoors, the indoor air-conditioning unit is arranged indoors in a house, the indoor air-conditioning unit is communicated with the outdoor air-conditioning unit through a pipeline, and heat exchange is carried out between the outdoor air-conditioning unit and the indoor air-conditioning unit, so that the indoor air-conditioning unit can be used for refrigerating or heating the indoor house.
It should be noted that the air conditioner provided in this embodiment should further include other components or parts to enable the air conditioner to operate normally, and the details of the other components or parts in the air conditioner provided in this embodiment are not described here.
It should be noted that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment should further include other components, so that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can perform normal operation, and here, details of the other components or the components in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment are not described.

the circumferential edge of the top cover is provided with a hoop strip which is hooped outside the box body and the cover body;
at least one side wall of the box body is provided with a first pre-positioning structure close to the opening, the cover body is provided with a second pre-positioning structure, and the first pre-positioning structure and the second pre-positioning structure form a pre-positioning structure for pre-fixing the cover body on the box body.

The electronic control box according to claim 1, wherein the pre-positioning structure restricts relative displacement of the cover and the box body in a first direction, and the cover and the box body are relatively movable in a second direction, wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, and the cover is interposed between the strap and the side wall of the box body in the second direction.
3. The electrical control cassette of claim 2, wherein the first and second pre-positioning structures abut each other in the first direction.
4. An electrical control box according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first pre-positioning structure is provided adjacent to a bottom surface of the box body.
5. The electrical control box according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the first pre-positioning structure is arranged on the outer surface of the side wall of the box body;
a flange is formed on the cover body, and the flange extends along the second direction;
the second prepositioning structure matched with the first prepositioning structure is arranged on the turnup.
6. The electronic control box according to claim 2, wherein the box body is shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped, the first direction is a width direction of the box body, and the second direction is a height direction of the box body.

The electronic control box according to claim 5, wherein the first pre-positioning structure is a protrusion arranged on the outer surface of the side wall of the box body, the second pre-positioning structure is a buckle formed at the tail end of the flange, and the free end of the buckle extends along the first direction and is used for abutting against the side surface of the protrusion;
at least one of the protrusion and the catch extends in the second direction.
8. The electrical control box according to claim 7, wherein the protrusion is a convex hull formed by protruding the side wall of the box body to the outside of the electrical control box.
9. The electrical control box according to claim 8, wherein a bending portion is formed by bending the side wall of the box body towards the inside of the electrical control box at a position close to the opening, and the protrusion is disposed on the bending portion.
10. The electrical control box according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein at least one corner of the strap corresponding to the opening edge is formed with a projection; the projection projects away from the opening to form a receiving groove for receiving the elastic seal.
11. An electrical control box according to claim 10, wherein the projection is an arc-shaped portion or a stepped portion.
12. The electrical control box according to claim 11, wherein the projection spans both inner and outer sides of the opening in a thickness direction of the side wall of the box body.

The electrical control box according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the cover has a through hole near the bottom surface, the box body has a threaded hole opposite to the through hole, a threaded connector passes through the through hole and is in threaded connection with the threaded hole, and the through hole and the threaded hole are axially along the first direction.
14. The electrical control box according to claim 13, wherein the through hole includes a small diameter section and a large diameter section, the small diameter section and the large diameter section communicating with a side wall thereof;
the small-diameter section is positioned on one side of the large-diameter section close to the top cover;
the nut diameter of the threaded connecting piece is larger than the small-diameter section and smaller than the large-diameter section.
15. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising the electric control box according to any one of claims 1 to 14.
16. An air conditioner comprising the outdoor unit of claim 15.
