By discharging the air in the ink bag case 21, the ink inside the ink bag case 21 is prevented from being dried by the evaporation of the air. The air holes 222 may be circular or square, as long as they are communicated with each other.
The face cover is also provided with an ink injection hole 223, ink is injected into the ink bag shell 21 through the ink injection hole 223, and the operation is simple and convenient. The number of the ink injection holes 223 and the air guide holes 222 is related to the type of the ink cartridge, for example, if the ink cartridge is a monochrome ink cartridge, the ink injection holes 223 and the air guide holes 222 are each provided as one; if the ink cartridge is a multi-color ink cartridge, there may be 3 ink injection holes 223 and air guide holes 222 according to the color, each ink injection hole 223 is used for injecting ink of one color, and each air guide hole 222 is used for communicating with the chamber where the ink of one color is located.
Optionally, in order to avoid the entry of the external air from the air vent 222, causing the evaporation and drying of the ink inside the ink bag housing 21, and preventing the ink from flowing out from the air vent 222 and the ink filling hole 223, the ink bag housing 21 further includes a surface coating, the face cover 22 is provided with an air guide groove 224, one end of the air guide groove 224 is communicated with the air vent 222, the surface coating covers the air guide groove 224 and the air vent 222, and the other end of the air guide groove 224 is provided with an opening communicated with the outside. Specifically, the surface coating may be an aluminum plate or a plastic film. Preferably, the surface coating is made of transparent PVC material, and the condition of the ink in the ink bag shell 21 can be observed from the air vent 222. When air exists in the ink bag shell 21, the air is located above the interior of the ink bag shell 21 because the density of the air is smaller than that of the ink, and the air flows into the air guide hole 222, further enters one end of the air guide groove 224, flows to the other end of the air guide groove 224 along the air guide groove 224, finally flows out of the opening and is merged into the outside air.
Since the surface coating film covers the air vent 222, the air vent 222 cannot be used to balance the air pressure between the ink bag housing 21 and the external environment, so that the pressure difference exists between the ink bag housing 21 and the outside, and ink injection is difficult.
The air guide groove 224 may be a straight pipe section for guiding out air inside the ink bag housing 21. Preferably, the air guide groove 224 extends in a curved manner on the surface cover 22, and the air guide groove 224 forms a zigzag curve to prevent the ink from flowing out along the air guide hole 222 and the air guide groove 224.
The air guide hole 222, the air guide groove 224 and the opening form an air guide system, and the air guide system is arranged on the face cover 22 at the top of the ink bag shell 21 and is used for balancing the pressure difference between the ink bag shell 21 and the outside air. Alternatively, in order to increase the balancing speed, a plurality of air guide systems may be provided on the face cover 22, and the positions of the plurality of air guide systems are reasonably arranged. For example, two air guide systems are provided on the face cover 22, and the two air guide systems are located in the middle of the face cover 22 and are symmetrically arranged along the axis of the face cover 22.
Alternatively, the bottom of the ink bag housing 21 is provided with a support 213, the bottom of the ink bag housing 21 is also provided with an ink outlet 214, and the support 213 is located on one side of the ink outlet 214.
When the ink bag housing 21 is replaced, the ink bag housing 21 is often placed on a table, dust on the table surface easily enters the ink bag housing 21 from the ink outlet 214, so that ink is polluted, and the support part 213 is arranged to prevent the ink outlet 214 from directly contacting with the outside and prevent dust from entering the ink outlet 214.
In this embodiment, the supporting portion 213 is disposed at one end of the ink bag housing 21 close to the side wall where the ink bag chip is located, and the horizontal plane of the bottom of the supporting portion 213 is lower than the horizontal plane of the ink outlet 214 in the vertical direction. When the ink bag case 21 is horizontally placed on a flat surface, the bottom of the support portion 213 is in contact with the flat surface, and the ink outlet 214 is not in contact with the flat surface.
The support 213 may have a cylindrical shape, a circular truncated cone shape, or a plate shape as long as the bottom surface thereof is a flat surface. The connection of the support portion 213 to the bottom of the ink bag housing 21 may be welding, bonding, or integrally molding. The present embodiment does not limit the length of the support portion 213 in the front-rear direction as long as the support portion 213 sufficiently supports the ink bag housing 21. In addition, the inner wall of the print head housing 10 is provided with a groove matched with the supporting part 213 for clamping with the supporting part 213, so that the connection strength of the ink bag housing 21 and the print head housing 10 is improved.
The ink outlet 214 is provided at the bottom of the ink bag housing 21 on the side of the side wall of the support portion 213 that faces away from the ink bag chip. The number of the ink outlets 214 is related to the type of the ink cartridge, and the number of the ink outlets 214 is set reasonably according to the type of the ink cartridge, and the positions of the ink outlets 214 are arranged reasonably. The head case 10 is provided with ink supply ports provided corresponding to the ink outlet ports 214 of the ink bag case 21, and the ink outlet ports 214 of the ink bag case 21 correspond to the ink supply ports of the head case 10 in a state where the ink bag case 21 is attached to the head case 10.

1. An ink box is characterized by comprising a printing head shell, an ink bag, a printing nozzle, an original chip and a reset chip;
the ink bag is accommodated in the printing head shell, the printing head shell comprises a front end face and a lower end face, the printing nozzle is arranged on the lower end face of the printing head shell, the original chip is arranged on the front end face of the printing head shell, and the original chip is used for controlling the printing nozzle to jet ink;
the reset chip covers the original chip, the reset chip is electrically connected with the original chip, one surface of the reset chip, which is deviated from the original chip, is used for being connected with an electric connection part of the main body of the ink-jet printer, a reset switch is arranged on the surface of the reset chip, which is electrically connected with the original chip, and the reset switch is abutted against the front end surface of the printing head shell, so that the reset chip protrudes outwards relative to the front end surface of the printing head shell.
2. The ink cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the reset switch includes a reset main body and a reset button, the reset button being connected to the reset main body, the reset button abutting on a front end surface of the head casing.

The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 2, wherein a clearance groove is provided on a front end surface of the head housing, an extending direction of the clearance groove is perpendicular to the front end surface of the head housing, the reset button abuts in the clearance groove along the extending direction of the clearance groove, and the reset main body portion protrudes from the front end surface of the head housing.
4. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 3, wherein the empty avoiding groove is a cylindrical empty avoiding groove or a square-cylindrical empty avoiding groove.

The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ink bag includes an ink bag housing and a cover, the ink bag housing having an open cavity at a top thereof, the ink bag housing having an ink outlet at a bottom thereof, the cover being provided on the ink bag housing, the cover having an air vent communicating with the cavity of the ink bag housing.
6. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 5, wherein a plurality of locking strips are provided on the cover, and the plurality of locking strips are adapted to be engaged with the main body of the ink jet printer.
7. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 5, wherein the ink bag housing is further provided with an air guide groove, one end of the air guide groove is communicated with the air guide hole, the other end of the air guide groove is communicated with the outside, and the air guide hole and the air guide groove are covered with a surface coating.
8. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 7, wherein the air guide groove is curved to extend on the face cover.
9. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 5, wherein the side wall of the ink bag housing is provided with a rib, and the inner wall of the printhead housing is provided with a locking groove corresponding to the rib, and the rib is locked in the locking groove.
10. An ink jet printer comprising an ink jet printer main body and the ink cartridge according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
