The wet tissue box 1 of the present invention is made of plastic; the dry non-woven fabric 5 is arranged in the first cavity 2, the wet tissue disinfectant 8 is arranged in the second cavity 3, and the amount of the wet tissue disinfectant 8 in the second cavity 3 meets the amount absorbed by the non-woven fabric 5 percent.

When a user needs to dry hand water or other dry non-woven fabrics 5, the user adjusts the pressing wheel 12 through the knob 21, and observes the position change of the pressing wheel 12 through the visual window 19, so that the pressing wheel 12 moves upwards and is completely separated from the wet tissue disinfectant 8.
