Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the present invention provides a housing 100, which can be applied to a cooking appliance.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the body 100 includes a housing 10 and an adjustment switch 30. Wherein, the outer wall surface of the shell 10 is provided with a visible area 11 and a gear mark 13 corresponding to the visible area 11; the adjusting switch 30 comprises an adjusting body 31 and a gear indicator 33, the adjusting body 31 is movably disposed on the housing 10 and at least partially located on the outer side of the housing 10, the gear indicator 33 is connected to the adjusting body 31 and located on the inner side of the housing 10, and the gear indicator 33 can be driven by the adjusting body 31 to move relative to the visible area 11 so as to cooperate with the gear indicator 13.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the housing 10 is an outer shell of a cooking appliance, such as: when the cooking device is a frying and baking machine, the housing 10 may be a shell on a base, or may be a shell on an upper cover. Can be used for mounting and carrying various parts of the cooking utensil so that the various parts of the cooking utensil can be assembled into a whole. The visible area 11 of the housing 10 may be a transparent area of the housing 10, so that the user can observe the position indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 through the visible area 11. Of course, the visible area 11 may also be made of a non-transparent material, so that the user can observe the gear indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 through the visible area 11. The gear position indicator 13 may indicate the size of the fire gear position and is disposed near the visible region 11. The gear position indicator 13 may be a text indicator "on", "small", "medium", and "large". At this time, when the shift indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 is not moved to the on position, it indicates that the cooking appliance is in the off state; when the shift indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 is turned "on" and moved to "small", it indicates that the cooking appliance is in a small-fire operation state; when the shift indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 passes through "on" and "small" and moves to "medium", it indicates that the cooking appliance is in a medium-fire operation state; when the position indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 passes through "on", "small", "medium" and moves to "large", it indicates that the cooking appliance is in a big fire operation state. Of course, the gear position indicator 13 may be "off", "1 gear", "2 gear", and "3 gear". Or, the gear position mark 13 may also be a graphic mark, and different graphics may be set to represent the states of closing, small fire, medium fire, large fire, and the like. The adjustment body 31 may be adapted to be coupled to the housing 10 and may be acted upon by a user for actuation. Thus, the gear indicator 33 can be driven to move by driving the adjusting body 31 to move relative to the housing 10. The adjusting body 31 may rotate relative to the housing 10, or may slide relative to the housing 10. The gear indicator 33 may be used to cooperate with the gear indicator 13 to indicate to the user the current operating state of the cooking appliance. For example: when the adjustment switch 30 adjusts the power of the cooking appliance to the small fire state, the gear indicator 33 may point to "small" in the gear indicator 13; and the gear indicator 33 may point to "middle" in the gear indicator 13 when the adjustment switch 30 adjusts the power of the cooking appliance to the middle fire state. The gear indicator 33 may be an end portion of one end thereof pointing to the gear indicator 13 to indicate to the user the current working state of the cooking appliance. Of course, the gear position indicator 13 may be indicated by a middle portion thereof to indicate the current operating state of the cooking appliance to the user.
When the machine body 100 of the technical scheme of the utility model is used and the firepower gear needs to be adjusted, the switch body of the adjusting switch 30 can be rotated, so that the cooking utensil can adopt a corresponding firepower gear to perform cooking work. Meanwhile, the gear indicator 33 is driven by the switch body to move relative to the visible area 11 and correspondingly cooperate with the gear mark 13 on the housing 10 for displaying the size of the fire gear, so that the user can observe the gear mark 13 corresponding to the gear indicator 33 through the visible area 11 to know the current working state of the cooking appliance.
In addition, since the gear indicator 33 of the machine body 100 is viewed by the user through the visible area 11 in the present embodiment, the gear indicator 33 is easily recognized and viewed compared to the visible area 11. So make this gear indicator 33 can give the more audio-visual angle effect of user to the user can be clear observe this gear indicator 33 and gear sign 13's corresponding relation, thereby improved the indicating effect to cooking utensil's operating condition. In addition, the gear indicator 33 is disposed inside the housing 10, and the housing 10 can also provide a certain isolation protection function, so as to reduce the possibility of damage to the gear indicator by foreign objects, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the adjusting switch 30.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the housing 10 includes a housing body 15 and a control panel 17, the control panel 17 is disposed on an outer wall surface of the housing body 15, the control panel 17 is provided with a visible area 11 and a gear mark 13, the adjusting body 31 is disposed through the control panel 17 and movably connected to the housing body 15, and the gear indicator 33 is disposed between the housing body 15 and the control panel 17.
It can be understood that, since the control panel 17 is usually provided with some operation keys for the user to operate, the user generally performs related operations on the cooking appliance at a position facing the control panel 17. At this time, the adjusting switch 30 is disposed at the control panel 17, so that the user can adjust and control the adjusting switch 30 by directly positioning the adjusting switch at a position facing the control panel 17 when performing the fire power adjusting operation on the cooking appliance, without moving other side walls of the housing 10, thereby improving the convenience of using the cooking appliance. Wherein, when the wall that is equipped with control panel 17 at shell body 15 is the cambered surface, this control panel 17 can be an arc to both better laminating. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and when the wall surface of the case body 15 on which the control panel 17 is provided is a flat surface, the control panel 17 may be a flat plate. In order to improve the smoothness of the overall appearance of the housing 10 and to improve the competitiveness of the product in the market, the control panel 17 may be embedded in the housing body 15, so that the control panel 17 may be located on the same arc or plane with the outer wall surface of the housing body 15. And the control panel 17 and the case body 15 may be fixedly connected, for example, may be fixed by gluing. Of course, the connection may be detachable, for example, by a screw connection, a snap connection, or a magnetic attachment. In addition, the control panel 17 may have a visible area 11 formed on a portion of the movement path of the corresponding shift indicator 33. That is, when the shift indicator 33 is moved to a position where it is not visible to the user through the visible area 11, it represents that the cooking appliance is in the off state. But is only visible to the user through the visible area 11 when the gear indicator 33 is moved to "small", "medium" and "large" in the gear indicator 13. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the control panel 17 may be formed with a visible area 11 on the whole moving track of the corresponding shift indicator 33, that is, when the shift indicator 33 moves to represent that the cooking appliance is in the off state, the shift indicator 33 may also be seen by the user through the visible area 11. The adjusting body 31 is disposed through the control panel 17, which means that the control panel 17 is provided with an avoiding hole 171 through which the adjusting body 31 passes.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting body 31 is rotatably disposed on the housing body 15, and when the adjusting body 31 rotates relative to the housing body 15, the gear indicator 33 is driven to rotate relative to the visible area 11 to cooperate with the gear indicator 13.
It will be appreciated that the adjustment body 31 is rotatably disposed on the housing body 15 such that the movement paths of the adjustment body 31 and the gear indicator 33 are both arc-shaped. At this time, it is not necessary to set a large movement space on the housing 10 for the adjusting body 31 to move in the movement space, and the gear indicator 13 and the adjusting body 31 can be distributed more compactly (that is, the gear indicator 13 and the visible area 11 can be both set along the arc-shaped track indicated by the gear). Meanwhile, the rotating connection position of the adjusting body 31 and the shell body 15 is fixed and unchangeable, so that the connection position of the adjusting body 31 and the shell body 15 can be conveniently covered and sealed, and the appearance effect is ensured. Of course, it should be noted that the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the adjusting body 31 may be slidably disposed on the housing body 15. The gear indicator 13 and the visible area 11 can both be arranged along a straight line path of the gear indication.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the housing body 15 is provided with a mounting hole 151 at a position corresponding to the adjusting body 31, and the adjusting body 31 is rotatably embedded in the mounting hole 151.
It can be understood that the mounting hole 151 gives the accommodating space for the adjusting body 31, which enables the adjusting body to be mounted on the housing body 15 more compactly, thereby facilitating the reduction of the overall size of the machine body 100. Meanwhile, only the mounting hole 151 is formed in the housing body 15, so that the strength of the adjustment switch 30 can be ensured without forming a hole structure in the adjustment body 31. The mounting hole 151 is a circular hole to facilitate the relative rotation of the adjusting body 31. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the adjusting body 31 may be directly disposed on the outer wall surface of the housing body 15.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8 and fig. 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting body 31 is provided with a buckle 311, and the buckle 311 passes through the mounting hole 151 and extends into the housing body 15, so that the adjusting body 31 is limited and fixed in the axial direction.
It can be understood that, after the adjusting body 31 is snapped with the housing body 15 by passing the snap 311 through the mounting hole 151, the adjusting body 31 can be rotated in the circumferential direction and fixed in the axial direction. This installation process is relatively simple, thereby facilitating the improvement of the convenience of installing the adjustment body 31 on the case body 15. The buckle 311 may abut against an inner side wall of the housing 10, so that the adjusting body 31 is fixed in an axial direction. At this time, the installation hole 151 does not need to be further internally provided with a limiting structure, so that the convenience of machining and molding the installation hole 151 is improved. Further, the number of the snap 311 may be one, but may also be at least two. At least two of the catches 311 may be evenly spaced about the axis of the adjustment body 31. So that the locking force of both the adjustment body 31 and the housing body 15 is enhanced by increasing the number of the catches 311, thereby improving the stability of the installation of the adjustment body 31 on the housing body 15. Of course, it should be noted that the present application is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, a limiting groove circumferentially disposed along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 151 is disposed in the mounting hole 151, and a portion of the adjusting body 31 is inserted into the mounting hole 151, and a limiting convex ring is disposed at a position corresponding to the limiting groove, so that the adjusting body 31 can be rotated in the circumferential direction and fixed in the axial direction by the cooperation of the limiting convex ring and the limiting groove. Alternatively, the adjusting body 31 may be provided with a mounting hole 151, and the housing body 15 may be provided with a rotating shaft at a position corresponding to the mounting hole 151, and the rotating shaft may be rotatably inserted into the mounting hole 151.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, an installation groove 153 is formed on an outer wall surface of the housing body 15, the installation hole 151 is formed on a bottom wall of the installation groove 153, a portion of the adjusting body 31 and the shift indicator 33 are accommodated in the installation groove 153, and the shift indicator 33 is rotatable in the installation groove 153.
It can be understood that the adjusting body 31 and the indicator can be accommodated through the mounting groove 153, so that several can be mounted on the housing body 15 more compactly, thereby being beneficial to further reducing the overall volume of the machine body 100. In addition, at this time, the control panel 17 is more easily attached to the outer wall surface of the case body 15, so that the contact area between the control panel 17 and the case body 15 is increased, which is advantageous for improving the stability of the control panel 17 mounted on the case body 15. The mounting groove 153 may be a circular groove body to be adapted to the rotation track of the gear indicator 33 without being opened relatively largely, and may also play a certain guiding role in the rotation of the gear indicator 33. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the mounting groove 153 may also be a square groove or other grooves, and may be configured to accommodate the adjusting body 31 and the gear indicator 33, and allow the gear indicator 33 to move therein. The mounting groove 153 may be formed by directly recessing the outer wall surface of the housing body 15, or the housing body 15 may be formed by enclosing other objects.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, a limiting cylinder 155 is disposed on a bottom wall of the mounting groove 153, the limiting cylinder 155 is disposed around the mounting hole 151, a cross section of the limiting cylinder 155 is circular, a limiting groove 313 is disposed at a position of the adjusting body 31 corresponding to the limiting cylinder 155, and the limiting cylinder 155 is inserted into the limiting groove 313.
It can be understood that the limiting fit between the limiting cylinder 155 and the limiting groove 313 enables the adjusting body 31 to rotate only along the circumferential direction of the limiting cylinder 155 when being driven, thereby further improving the stability of the adjusting body 31 during rotation and the stability of installation. When the adjusting body 31 is provided with the buckle 311 and the limiting groove 313, the buckle 311 may be provided on the bottom wall of the limiting groove 313. Further, the outer circumferential surface of the limiting cylinder 155 may be provided with a plurality of ribs 157, the plurality of ribs 157 are circumferentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the limiting cylinder 155, and each rib 157 extends along the axial direction of the limiting cylinder 155. At this time, the limiting cylinder 155 can be abutted by the rib 157 and the groove side wall of the limiting groove 313, so that the contact area of the two can be reduced, and the abrasion generated in the rotating process can be reduced. Likewise, the adjusting body 31 may also be provided with a protruding point on an end surface facing the bottom wall of the mounting groove 153 to abut against the bottom wall of the mounting groove 153 by the protruding point, so as to reduce the contact area between the two and reduce the wear occurring during the rotation.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a limiting rib 159 is further disposed on a bottom wall of the mounting groove 153, and the limiting rib 159 can limit the rotational stroke of the gear indicator 33.
It will be appreciated that the limit rib 159 has a limiting effect on the rotational travel of the shift indicator 33 so that adjustment of the body 31 to adjust the fire power to the highest gear only rotationally resets or adjusts in the reverse direction. So can guarantee this regulation body 31 and can play effectual regulation to the firepower at the rotation process homoenergetic, avoid this regulation body 31 after adjusting the firepower to the highest gear, continue to rotate along former direction and lead to invalid regulation phenomenon.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a projection plane perpendicular to the rotation axis of the adjusting body 31 is defined, and the projection of the adjusting body 31 is circular.
It can be understood that the adjusting body 31 has a circular structure, so that the shape of the adjusting body can be adapted to the rotation track, thereby being beneficial to reducing the possibility that a foreign object interferes with the adjusting body in the rotation process. Meanwhile, the shape of the adjusting body 31 is regular and the adjusting body is convenient to machine and mold. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, only the rotating portion of the adjusting body 31 and the housing body 15 may be circular, and other portions may be square.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a projection plane perpendicular to the rotation axis of the adjusting body 31 is defined, and the projection of the gear indicator 33 may be a sector. At this moment, the appearance of this gear indicator 33 also can its rotation orbit looks adaptation to be convenient for set the mounting groove 153 into circular cell body, with the butt in gear indicator 33 and play limiting displacement. Correspondingly, the projection of the visible area 11 on the control panel 17 on the projection plane may also be an arc, and the plurality of gear position markers 13 are also distributed at intervals along the visible area 11. Moreover, when the projection of the gear indicator 33 is fan-shaped, the gear indicator 33 has a relatively large area that is better visible to the user through the viewing area 11. At this time, the current working state of the cooking appliance may be indicated by one end of the gear indicator 33 in the circumferential direction in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of gear marks 13. Further, defining a width D of the gear indicator 33 in the radial direction, satisfies the relation: d is more than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 10 mm. At this time, setting the width of the position indicator 33 within this range may simplify the structural design of the position indicator 33 and increase the bulk of the position indicator 33 to increase the strength of the position indicator 33 to facilitate extending its useful life. Meanwhile, the observation of the user can be facilitated. The width D of the gear indicator 33 may be set to 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, or 10mm, for example, but may also be any value in the above ranges.
For the same reason as above, the angle formed between the circumferentially opposite surfaces of the gear indicator 33 is defined as α, and satisfies the relationship: alpha is more than or equal to 80 degrees and less than or equal to 170 degrees. This arrangement also simplifies the structural design of the position indicator 33 and increases the bulk of the position indicator 33 to increase the strength of the position indicator 33 to facilitate longer service life. Meanwhile, the observation of the user can be facilitated. The included angle α formed between two circumferentially opposite surfaces of the gear indicator 33 may be set to 80 °, 90 °, 100 °, 110 °, 120 °, 130 °, 140 °, 150 °, 160 °, or 170 °, for example, and may also be any value in the above ranges. Moreover, the width D of the gear indicator 33 in the radial direction is set to be 5mm or more and 10mm or less, and the included angle formed between two opposite surfaces of the gear indicator 33 in the circumferential direction is set to be 80 degrees or more and 170 degrees or less, and the two technical solutions can be separately arranged (i.e. only one of the two is arranged) or simultaneously arranged. In addition, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the gear indicator 33 may have a needle-like structure or a square block-like structure.
In one embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion of the gear indicator 33 is formed as an indication area having a color.
It will be appreciated that at least part of the gear indicator 33 is coloured to better create a viewing angle difference with the visible area 11, so as to improve the indication of the gear indicator 33. The gear indicator 33 may be colored red, so that it resembles a fire color and may be more visually simulated. Of course, the gear indicator 33 may have a color such as blue, yellow, or other colors.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the adjustment switch 30 further includes an outer cover 35, and the outer cover 35 is a cylindrical structure with an open end and is sleeved on an end of the adjustment body 31 away from the housing 10.
It can be understood that the adjusting body 31 can be covered by the outer cover 35, so that the adjusting body can be isolated and protected, and the possibility of being damaged by foreign objects is reduced. Meanwhile, the outer cover 35 can cover the space between the adjusting body 31 and the avoiding hole 171 of the control panel 17, so as to reduce the possibility that the cooking utensil is damaged due to the foreign object entering the inside of the housing 10 from the gap between the adjusting body 31 and the avoiding hole 171.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in an embodiment of the utility model, the adjusting body 31 is provided with a first connecting hole 315, the outer cover 35 is provided with a second connecting hole 351 at a position corresponding to the first connecting hole 315, and the machine body 100 further includes a fastener, which passes through the second connecting hole 351 and is inserted into the first connecting hole 315, so that the outer cover 35 is detachably connected to the adjusting body 31.
It will be appreciated that the removable attachment of the outer cap 35 allows it to be removed from the adjustment body 31 when damaged or otherwise requires cleaning, thereby facilitating easy replacement or cleaning thereof. The first connecting hole 315 and the second connecting hole 351 provide a space for accommodating a fastening member, so that the installation of the adjustment switch 30 is more compact, and the possibility of damage caused by foreign objects is reduced. The first connection hole 315 may be a threaded hole, and the fastening member is a screw. The screw connection has the advantages of simplicity and reliability, and the stability of connection of the outer cover cap 35 and the adjusting body 31 can be guaranteed, and meanwhile, the connection process of the adjusting body 31 and the outer cover cap 35 is simplified, so that the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved. Of course, the first connection hole 315 can also be a snap hole, and the fastening member can be a snap post. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the outer cover 35 may be fixed to the adjusting body 31 by magnetic attraction, or fixed to the adjusting body 31 by glue adhesion.
Referring to fig. 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting body 31 is further provided with a positioning groove 315, the inner side of the outer cover 35 is provided with a positioning rib 353, and the positioning rib 353 is inserted into the positioning groove 315.
It can be understood that, through the abutting fit of the positioning groove 315 and the positioning rib 353, the adjusting body 31 and the outer cover 35 can be further limited, and the possibility of rotation of the adjusting body 31 and the outer cover is reduced, so that the adjusting body 31 can reduce synchronous movement when a user drives the outer cover 35 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, an anti-slip structure 355 is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the outer cover 35.
It can be understood that the anti-slip structure 355 can increase the contact area between the user and the outer cover 35, and can reduce the possibility of slipping when the user drives the outer cover 35, thereby being beneficial to improving the stability of the adjustment of the outer cover 35 by the user. The anti-slip structure 355 may be formed by providing a plurality of protruding strips on the outer circumferential surface of the outer cover 35, or may be formed by providing a plurality of protruding strips, or may be formed by providing a plurality of grooves.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the outer cover 35 is provided with a positioning block 357 on an end surface of an end facing away from the adjusting body 31, and the positioning block 357 and the gear indicator 33 are directed in the same direction.
It will be appreciated that the positioning block 357 is arranged such that when the adjustment body 31 is rotated, the gear indicator 13 can also be pointed by the positioning block 357. So that the user can observe the current working state of the cooking appliance through both the gear indicator 33 and the positioning block 357, thereby further improving the graphical effect of the adjustment switch 30 on the user.
The present invention also proposes a cooking appliance (which may be a frying and baking machine) including a body 100, the body 100 including a housing 10 and an adjustment switch 30.
The visible area 11 of the housing 10 may be a portion of the housing 10 formed of a transparent material, so that the user can observe the position indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 through the visible area 11. At this time, when the shift indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 is not moved to the on position, it indicates that the cooking appliance is in the off state; when the position indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 is turned "on" and moved to "small", it indicates that the cooking appliance is in an off state; when the gear indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 is moved to "small", it indicates that the cooking appliance is in a small-fire operation state; when the shift indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 passes through "on" and "small" and moves to "medium", it indicates that the cooking appliance is in a medium-fire operation state; when the position indicator 33 of the adjustment switch 30 passes through "on", "small", "medium" and moves to "large", it indicates that the cooking appliance is in a big fire operation state. Of course, the gear position mark may be indicated by a middle portion thereof to prompt the user of the current working state of the cooking appliance.
It can be understood that, after the adjusting body 31 is snapped with the inner wall of the shell body 15 by passing the snap 311 thereon through the mounting hole 151, the adjusting body 31 can be rotated in the circumferential direction and fixed in the axial direction.
Of course, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the mounting groove 153 may also be a square groove or other grooves, and may be configured to accommodate the adjusting body 31 and the gear indicator 33, and allow the gear indicator 33 to move therein.
