In one embodiment, the magnetized object fixing clip assembly is a rectangular column structure, and the assembly fixing groove 51 is a rectangular groove adapted to the assembly fixing clip assembly. The positioning hole 13 is disposed at a non-central position of the bearing seat 1, and the positioning post 52 is disposed at a corresponding non-central position in the assembly fixing groove 51, thereby preventing the assembly of the object to be magnetized from being reversely mounted.
In an embodiment, the fixing base 5 has a cylindrical structure, and a plurality of the component fixing grooves 51 may be disposed around a central axis of the fixing base 5, so as to ensure that all the objects to be magnetized have the same magnetizing direction, as shown in fig. 9.
The magnetizing carrier of the embodiment can fix a plurality of magnetized objects fixing clamp assemblies at the same time, and each magnetized object fixing clamp assembly can fix a plurality of magnetized objects at the same time. The magnetizing carrier greatly improves the quantity of the magnetized objects which are magnetized at a single time, effectively improves the production efficiency and reduces the operation intensity of personnel. Meanwhile, the magnetizing object fixing clamp assembly adopts a structure mode of a profiling cavity and a cover plate, so that the correct placing direction of the magnetizing objects is ensured, each magnetizing object is separated, mutual attraction after magnetizing is effectively blocked, defective products of the magnetizing objects are effectively avoided, and the production yield is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A magnetized object retaining clip assembly, the assembly comprising:
the bearing seat (1) comprises a magnetized object fixing groove (11) for placing the magnetized object;
the cover plate (2) is movably connected to the bearing seat (1), and the cover plate (2) covers the magnetized object fixing groove (11) to fix the magnetized object.
2. The assembly of claim 1, further comprising a connecting frame (3) connected to the carrying seat (1), wherein the connecting frame (3) comprises a placing groove (31) communicated with the magnetized object fixing groove (11), a cover plate groove (6) communicated with the magnetized object fixing groove (11) and the placing groove (31) is formed between the connecting frame (3) and the carrying seat (1), and the cover plate (2) is movably arranged in the cover plate groove (6) to obstruct the magnetized object fixing groove (11) and the placing groove (31).
3. Assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that the cross-sectional area of the placement groove (31) is larger than the cross-sectional area of the magnetized object fixation groove (11).
4. The assembly of claim 2, further comprising a limiting post (4), wherein the limiting post (4) is fixed on the bearing seat (1) at one side of the magnetized object fixing groove (11);
the cover plate (2) comprises a limiting hole (21) connected with the limiting column (4), and the cover plate (2) moves in the cover plate groove (6) through the limiting column (4) and the limiting hole (21) to block or communicate the magnetized object fixing groove (11) and the placing groove (31).
5. The assembly according to claim 2, wherein the carrier (1) further comprises a first avoidance slot (12), the first avoidance slot (12) being in communication with the magnetized object fixing slot (11) and protruding from both sides of the magnetized object fixing slot (11);
the link (3) includes that the second dodges groove (32), the second dodge groove (32) with standing groove (31) intercommunication and follow stretch out in the both sides of standing groove (31), the second dodge groove (32) with first dodge groove (12) intercommunication.
6. Assembly according to claim 5, wherein the connection frame (3) comprises a first connection portion (34) and a second connection portion (35), the first connection portion (34) and the second connection portion (35) being symmetrically connected to the carrier (1);
wherein, first connecting portion (34) includes opening towards first connecting groove (36) of second connecting portion (35), second connecting portion (35) includes opening towards second connecting groove (37) of first connecting groove (36), first connecting groove (36) with second connecting groove (37) surround and form standing groove (31), form between first connecting portion (34) and second connecting portion (35) second dodge groove (32).
7. Assembly according to claim 2, wherein the carrier (1) comprises a plurality of said magnetized object fixation slots (11) arranged side by side;
the connecting frame (3) comprises a plurality of placing grooves (31) which are arranged side by side, and each placing groove (31) is communicated with the corresponding magnetized object fixing groove (11);
wherein the cover plate (2) is movably arranged in the cover plate groove (6) to block all the magnetized object fixing grooves (11) from all the placing grooves (31).
8. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the magnetized object fixation slot (11) is adapted to the magnetized object, and opposite sides of the magnetized object fixation slot (11) are asymmetric structures.
9. A magnetic charging carrier, the carrier comprising:
the magnetized object fixing clamp assembly according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein one side of the bearing seat (1) is provided with a positioning hole (13);
the fixing seat (5) comprises an assembly fixing groove (51) matched with the magnetized object fixing clamp assembly, and a positioning column (52) connected with the positioning hole (13) in a positioning mode is arranged in the assembly fixing groove (51).
10. The carrier according to claim 9, wherein the fixing base (5) comprises a plurality of the component fixing slots (51) arranged around a central axis, and the carrier comprises a plurality of the magnetized object fixing clip components, each of which is arranged in the corresponding component fixing slot (51).
