Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, when the locking head 220 is in the locking position, the locking head 220 is locked into the locking hole 310 of the middle frame 300, so as to connect the grille filter screen 100 with the middle frame 300; as shown in fig. 13, when the locking head 220 is in the unlocked position, the locking head 220 is withdrawn from the locking hole 310 of the middle frame 300, and the grille screen 100 is separated from the middle frame 300.
By arranging the grille filter screen assembly in the air conditioner indoor unit, the air conditioner indoor unit has all the advantages of the grille filter screen assembly, and the description is omitted.
In this embodiment, the indoor unit of the air conditioner is a wall-mounted type, and the sliding lock 200 is substantially located at a boundary between a front wall surface and a top wall surface of the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
Fig. 14 is a first sectional view (the lock head 220 of the sliding lock 200 is in the locked position) of the air conditioning indoor unit in the side view, fig. 15 is a second sectional view (the lock head 220 of the sliding lock 200 is in the unlocked position) of the air conditioning indoor unit in the side view, and fig. 16 is a structural view of the air conditioning indoor unit in the side view when the grille filter 100 is installed. As shown in fig. 14 to 16, a pre-installation structure 400 may be provided between the middle frame 300 and the grid filter assembly, wherein the pre-installation structure 400 is located at a side of the middle frame 300 far from the fastening hole 310, that is: the pre-installation structure 400 is located at the junction of the rear wall surface and the top wall surface of the indoor unit of the air conditioner. Specifically, pre-mounting structure 400 includes a socket portion 410 and a protrusion portion 420, wherein socket portion 410 is disposed on middle frame 300, protrusion portion 420 is disposed on grille screen 100, and protrusion portion 420 is engaged with socket portion 410 for pre-mounting grille screen 100 on middle frame 300.
When it is required to mount the grill filter 100 to the middle frame 300, the protrusion 420 of the grill filter 100 may be inserted into the insertion hole 410 of the middle frame 300 in an inclined manner, as shown in fig. 16; then, the grill screen 100 is rotated clockwise about the rotational axis generally formed by the pre-installation structure 400 until the grill screen 100 is installed in place on the center frame 300, as shown in fig. 15; then, the handle portion 230 is pushed to move in a downward and right direction as shown in fig. 14, so that the locking head 220 is locked in the locking hole 310 of the middle frame 300. Up to this point, the mounting of the grill filter 100 on the middle frame 300 is achieved. The process of detaching the grille filter 100 from the middle frame 300 is the reverse of the above-described mounting process, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.
By providing the pre-installation structure 400, one side of the grill filter 100 can be first installed to the middle frame 300, and then, after the position of the grill filter 100 is stabilized, a force is applied to the pushing part 230 to finally install the grill filter 100 on the middle frame 300. This arrangement enables the user to push the sliding latch 200 in a stable state of the grill filter 100, and is convenient to operate. In addition, the pre-installation structure 400 can limit the side of the grille filter 100 away from the sliding lock catch 200, thereby improving the stability of the grille filter 100 after being installed on the middle frame 300.
In other embodiments, the protrusion 420 may be disposed on the middle frame 300, and the socket 410 may be disposed on the grill filter 100.

Claims (12)

1. A grill screen assembly, comprising a grill screen (100) and a sliding latch (200), wherein the sliding latch (200) comprises a latch body (210) slidably disposed on the grill screen (100), the latch body (210) being provided with a locking head (220) and a pushing handle (230), wherein the locking head (220) has a locked position cooperating with an installation carrier component of the grill screen (100) and an unlocked position separated from the installation carrier component; the handle part (230) is exposed from the outer surface of the grill screen (100); an elastic structure is arranged between the latch body (210) and the grille screen (100), and the elastic structure is configured to enable the lock head (220) to always have a tendency to move towards the locking position.
2. The grille screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the grille screen (100) has a blocking rib (110), the latch body (210) is fixedly provided with an elastic piece (240), the elastic piece (240) can be in abutting engagement with the blocking rib (110) along a sliding direction of the latch body (210), and the elastic piece (240) forms the elastic structure.
3. The grille screen assembly of claim 2, wherein the latch body (210) is fixedly provided with the resilient tab (240) along both sides perpendicular to the sliding direction.
4. The grille screen assembly of claim 1, wherein one of the latch body (210) and the grille screen (100) is provided with a guide groove (250), and the other of the latch body and the grille screen (100) is fixedly provided with a guide post (130), wherein a length direction of the guide groove (250) extends along a sliding direction of the latch body (210), and the guide post (130) is in plug fit with the guide groove (250).
5. The grille screen assembly of claim 4, wherein the guide slot (250) has a first catch (251) and a second catch (252), the lock head (220) being in the locked position when the guide post (130) is in the first catch (251); when the guide post (130) is in the second catch position (252), the lock head (220) is in the unlocked position; a reducing section (253) is arranged between the first buckling position (251) and the second buckling position (252) in a communication mode, and the reducing section (253) is configured to prevent the guide column (130) from being reset to the first buckling position (251) from the second buckling position (252) when the guide column is in the unlocking position.
6. The grille screen assembly of claim 1, wherein the grille screen (100) is fixedly provided with a guide buckle (140), a sliding groove is formed between the guide buckle (140) and the surface of the grille screen (100), and the latch body (210) is in sliding fit with the sliding groove.
7. The grille screen assembly of any of claims 1-6, wherein the handle portion (230) includes a tab fixedly disposed on the latch body (210).
8. The grille screen assembly of any of claims 1-6, wherein the grille screen (100) defines a receptacle (150), the receptacle (150) configured to slidingly engage the locking head (220).
9. The grille screen assembly of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the number of the slide fastener (200) is plural, and the plural slide fasteners (200) are arranged in a dispersed manner along a length direction of the grille screen (100).
10. The grille screen assembly of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the latch body (210) is located on a side of the grille screen (100) facing the mounting carrier member, the grille screen (100) defining an access opening (120), the handle portion (230) being exposed through the access opening (120).
11. An air conditioning indoor unit, characterized by comprising a middle frame (300) and the grille screen assembly of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the middle frame (300) is provided with a locking hole (310), and the locking hole (310) is configured to be in clamping fit with a locking head (220) of a sliding lock catch (200) of the grille screen assembly.
12. The indoor unit of claim 11, wherein a pre-installation structure (400) is provided between the middle frame (300) and the grill screen assembly, and the pre-installation structure (400) is located at a side of the middle frame (300) away from the fastening hole (310); the pre-mounting structure (400) comprises a socket (410) and a protrusion (420), one of the socket (410) and the protrusion (420) is arranged on the middle frame (300), the other of the socket and the protrusion is arranged on the grille screen (100) of the grille screen assembly, the protrusion (420) is matched with the socket (410) and is used for realizing the pre-mounting of the grille screen (100) on the middle frame (300).
