And the light-emitting sidewall 107, the light-reflecting sidewall 108 and the lamp cover 200 installed in the mounting opening 103 are formed in a triangular prism shape.
The included angle between the light-exiting sidewall 107 and the light-reflecting sidewall 108 may be 120 °, 130 °, 135 °, 140 °, or the like, and it is only necessary that the light emitted from the light-exiting sidewall 107 can be reflected by the light-emitting sidewall to the mounting opening 103.
Therefore, a part of the light emitted from the light-emitting sidewall 107 directly exits through the light-emitting channel 101 and passes through the lamp shade 200, and another part of the light is reflected by the light-reflecting sidewall 108 to the light-emitting channel 101 and exits; the light that can make the luminescent light send when avoiding the play light zone of lamps and lanterns to appear the dark space can all jet out, reduces the loss of light, improves the utilization ratio of light.
With reference to fig. 2, the mounting opening 103 is disposed at the opening of the light-emitting channel 101, and the shape of the mounting opening 103 is determined by the shape of the opening of the light-emitting channel 101, and may be a ring, a square or other polygon; accordingly, the shape of the lamp housing 200 may be circular, square or other polygonal shapes. One end of the mounting port 103 communicated with the outside is provided, namely the inner diameter of the top of the mounting port 103 is larger than the inner diameter of the bottom of the mounting port 103, so that the positioning surface 119 or the clamping groove 104 is inclined at one surface of the side wall of the mounting port 103; the inclined surface of the side wall of the mounting opening 103 may extend from the notch of the mounting opening 103 to the bottom of the mounting opening 103, or may extend from the middle of the side wall of the mounting opening 103 to the bottom of the mounting opening 103. Correspondingly, the clamping protrusion on the side wall of the lampshade 200 can extend from the outer side surface of the lampshade 200 to the inner side surface of the lampshade 200, and also extends from the middle part of the side wall of the lampshade 200 to the inner side surface of the lampshade 200.
For the annular mounting opening 103 and the lampshade 200, the clamping grooves 104 of the mounting opening 103 can be circumferentially arranged around the mounting opening 103, or the clamping grooves 104 can be arranged on only one pair of side walls of the mounting opening 103; correspondingly, clamping protrusions are arranged on the side walls of the lamp shade 200 corresponding to the clamping grooves 104, so that the lamp shade 200 can be fixed through the matching of the clamping protrusions and the clamping grooves 104.
For the square mounting opening 103, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the square lampshade 200 corresponding to the square mounting opening 103 has a first side 203 and a second side 204 opposite to each other in the width direction, the first side 203 is provided with a first rib 201, the second side 204 is provided with a second rib 205, and the length extension directions of the first rib 201 and the second rib 205 are parallel to the length direction of the lampshade 200. The lampshade 200 can be clamped at the mounting opening 103 through the matching of the first convex edge 201 and the clamping groove 104 and the matching of the second convex edge 205, the positioning surface 119 and the limiting bulge 110; or the square lampshade 200 corresponding to the square mounting opening 103 has a trapezoidal section, that is, the width of one side surface of the square lampshade 200 in the thickness direction is larger than that of the other side surface.
With reference to fig. 2 and 3, at least one side of the bottom of the mounting opening 103 is provided with a limiting boss 109, and the limiting boss 109 limits the position of the lamp shade 200 clamped in the mounting opening 103, so as to prevent the lamp shade 200 from being clamped in the light emitting channel 101. Generally, each side of the bottom of the mounting opening 103 is provided with a limiting structure, so that each side of the lampshade 200 is limited within a set range to ensure the aesthetic property of the lamp.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in the square mounting opening 103, the two ends of the mounting opening 103 in the length direction are provided with the limiting bosses 109, and the other end of the mounting opening 103 in the length direction directly limits the lampshade 200 through the light-reflecting side wall 108; on the other side of the mounting opening 103 in the length direction, the light-emitting side wall 107 needs to be matched with the position of a component for mounting the light-emitting lamp, a certain distance is reserved between the light-emitting side wall 107 and the other side of the mounting opening 103 in the length direction, and a limiting part needs to be arranged to limit the lampshade 200. Therefore, a plurality of limiting protrusions 110 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the mounting opening 103 on the side of the bottom of the mounting opening 103, so that the lampshade 200 is limited by the limiting protrusions 110.
In addition, the limiting boss 109 is provided with a positioning hole 111 with an opening pointing to the mounting hole 103, correspondingly, when the lampshade 200 is clamped in the mounting hole 103, a positioning protrusion 202 capable of being inserted into the positioning hole 111 is arranged on the part of the lampshade 200 corresponding to the positioning hole 111, and the mounting direction of the lampshade 200 can be identified through the matching of the positioning hole 111 and the positioning protrusion 202, so that the foolproof effect is achieved, and the mounting efficiency of the lampshade 200 is ensured. For the positioning protrusion 202, it may be cylindrical, prismatic, spherical, square, or boss-shaped, etc.
Referring to fig. 11, when the lamp housing 200 is installed, the positioning hole 111 at the bottom of the installation opening 103 of the housing 100 and the positioning protrusion 202 on the lamp housing 200 are first used as the foolproof identification distinguishing direction; then the lamp cover 200 is tilted so that the first side 203 of the lamp cover 200 is aligned with the first sidewall 120, thereby inserting the first protrusions 201 into the catching grooves 104; then, the second side 204 of the lampshade 200 is pressed into the light-emitting channel 101, so that the lampshade 200 is slightly deformed, and the second rib 205 on the second side 204 is clamped between the positioning surface 119 and the limiting protrusion 110, thereby completing the installation of the lampshade 200. In the mounting process, since the lamp cover 200 is deformed by pressing the lamp cover 200 from the width direction of the lamp cover 200, the housing 100 is less stressed and does not deform by damage.
Because the lamp shade 200 is clamped and fixed in the mounting opening 103 of the shell 100, the internal space of the lamp shell 100 is not occupied, the volume of the lamp can be reduced, and the attractiveness of the lamp can be improved. Moreover, the lamp shade 200 is clamped in the mounting opening 103 through the matching of the first convex rib 201 and the clamping groove 104 and the matching of the positioning surface 119, the limiting protrusion 110 and the second convex rib 205, so that the lamp shell 100 has enough structural strength, the lamp shell 100 is prevented from being damaged when the lamp shade 200 is clamped, and compared with the mode that the lamp shade 200 is mounted from the inside to the outside of the lamp, the lamp shell 100 is simple in structure, simple in mold, low in cost and high in structural strength; meanwhile, the part of the lampshade 200, which is just opposite to the light outlet channel 101, is not provided with a shielding part, so that a light outlet area of the lamp can be prevented from generating a local dark area, and the lampshade 200 is fixed in the existing mode of adopting a buckle and dispensing, so that a shading point exists.
Meanwhile, a part of the light emitted from the light-emitting side is directly emitted through the light-emitting channel 101 and passes through the lampshade 200, and the other part of the light is reflected to the light-emitting channel 101 through the light-reflecting side wall 108 and emitted; the dark area appears in the play light zone of avoiding lamps and lanterns for the light homoenergetic that the luminescent light sent can jet out, and the area of lamp shade 200 has all obtained effective utilization.
The embodiment further provides a lamp, which comprises the lampshade 200 mounting structure and the lampshade 200, wherein the lampshade 200 is clamped in the mounting opening 103; the lampshade 200 is provided with a first side 203 and a second side 204 which are opposite, the first side 203 is in clamping fit with the clamping groove 104, and the second side 204 is simultaneously supported by the positioning surface 119 and the limiting protrusion 110, so that the lampshade 200 is installed on the shell 100, the lampshade 200 does not occupy the inner space of the shell 100, the equidistant volume is reduced, and the attractiveness of the lamp is improved; moreover, the lamp shade 200 is clamped by the clamping surface extending along the mounting hole 103, so that the lamp shell 100 has enough structural strength, the lamp shell 100 is prevented from being damaged when the lamp shade 200 is clamped, and the lamp shell 100 has the advantages of simple structure, simple mold and low cost; meanwhile, the part of the lampshade 200, which is just opposite to the light outlet channel 101, is not provided with a shielding part, so that a local dark area in a light outlet area of the lamp can be prevented, and the attractiveness and the lighting performance of the lamp can be improved.
It should be understood that the light fixture also includes a light-emitting lamp, which may be a tungsten lamp, an incandescent lamp, or an LED, and in order to meet the energy-saving and environmental-friendly concept, most light fixtures used for illumination use employ LED lamps. The light emitting lamp can be directly installed in the housing 100 by only making the light emitting part of the light emitting lamp directly face the lamp hole 102 or inserting the light emitting part in the lamp hole 102; referring to fig. 8, for LED lamps requiring the use of a PCB board 117, the LED lamp is typically soldered to the PCB, and the PCB is then fixedly attached to the housing 100 on the opposite side of the light exit sidewall 107 such that the LED lamp is embedded within the lamp hole 102.
For a lamp powered by an external power source, the housing 100 is provided with a power line hole through which a power line passes, and a power switch of the lamp may be disposed on the housing 100 and may be disposed outside the housing 100. With the rise of smart home concepts, various lamps with their own power sources, such as night lights, have appeared, and the power sources of such lamps are disposed on the housing 100.
