So that the second spring 692 can push the second locking block 691 into the inside of the second locking hole 673 when the second locking hole 673 of the second connecting rod 67 is opposed to the second spring hole 69, thereby locking the second connecting rod 67.
A second opening hole 610 is horizontally formed in one side, close to the foundation pit, of the fourth extending plate 6, relative to the second locking block 691, the second opening hole 610 is communicated with the second spring hole 69, a second opening block 6101 is connected inside the second opening hole 610 in a sliding mode, and the second opening block 6101 is fixedly connected with the second locking block 691. Therefore, an operator can move the second opening block 6101 downwards, so that the second opening block 6101 can drive the second locking block 691 to move downwards, and further slide the second locking block 691 out of the second locking hole 673.
