A sealing plate welding device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a U-ribbed plate unit locating structure comprising a U-ribbed plate locating structure, a steel plate vertical locating structure, a steel plate longitudinal locating structure; the U rib positioning structure is used for limiting the positions of the sealing plate welding device and the U rib where the sealing plate to be welded is located, the steel plate vertical positioning structure is used for limiting the vertical positions of the sealing plate welding device and the steel plate of the U rib plate unit, and the steel plate longitudinal positioning structure is used for limiting the longitudinal positions of the sealing plate welding device and the steel plate of the U rib plate unit.

A sealing plate welding arrangement as claimed in claim 11, wherein said securing means comprises a clamping plate disposed opposite to the vertically facing surface of the steel plate, said clamping plate having a threaded clamping plate aperture through which a screw is passed to abut the steel plate; the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing plate, the fixing plate and the side plate are arranged oppositely, a fixing plate threaded hole is formed in the fixing plate, and a screw penetrates through the fixing plate threaded hole and abuts against the outer side face of the U rib.
