As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the sidewall of the boss 210 is formed with an opening 230 communicating with the positioning hole 220, and illustratively, the boss 210 is formed in a "U-shaped configuration" in cross section. Illustratively, the opening 230 of the "U-shaped structure" is toward the back of the head. The opening 230, the right portion of the positioning column 110 in fig. 4-5 and a part of the hole wall of the positioning hole 220 define a feeding channel, and the feeding channel is used for allowing molten soft glue to enter the positioning hole 220 during injection molding. The specific size of the feed channel can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and the embodiment is not limited herein.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the opening 230, another portion of the positioning post 110 and a portion of the hole wall of the positioning hole 220 define a feeding channel, and during the injection molding of the soft rubber sleeve 300, the melted soft rubber can enter the positioning hole 220 from the feeding channel, that is, a portion of the soft rubber sleeve 300 is located between the bristle plate 100 and the brush head rod 200. The soft rubber sleeve 300 located between the bristle-implanting plate 100 and the brush head shaft 200 can make the vibration of the brush head softer, thereby protecting the gum.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4-5, the positioning column 110 includes a large-size section 111 and a small-size section 112, two ends of the large-size section 111 are respectively fixedly connected to the bristle-implanting sheet 100 and the small-size section 112, the specific sizes of the large-size section 111 and the small-size section 112 are not limited in this embodiment, and those skilled in the art can set the sizes according to actual needs. Accordingly, the opening 230 extends from the top of the boss 210 to the root of the boss 210, and the length of the opening 230 is greater than the length of the large-sized section 111 inserted into the positioning hole 220, that is, the opening 230 is partially opposite to the side wall of the small-sized section 112. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, by forming the feeding channel through the above arrangement, during the injection molding process of the soft gum cover 300, the melted soft gum enters the positioning hole 220 from the portion of the opening 230 opposite to the small-sized section 112, so that the portion of the soft gum cover 300 is located between the bristle-setting plate 100 and the brush head rod 200.
The positioning hole 220 of the boss 210 may be a blind hole or a through hole. When the positioning hole 220 is a blind hole, as shown in fig. 4, a gap is formed between the end of the positioning column 110 and the bottom of the positioning hole 220, and the part of the soft rubber sleeve 300 fills the gap between the positioning column 110 and the bottom of the positioning hole 220, that is, during the injection molding of the soft rubber sleeve 300, the soft rubber flows into the gap between the positioning column 110 and the bottom of the positioning hole 220 and fills the gap.
When the positioning hole 220 is a through hole, as shown in fig. 5, the positioning column 110 is inserted into the first end of the positioning hole 220, and the part of the soft rubber sleeve 300 fills the second end of the positioning hole 220. Fig. 5 shows that the positioning column 110 is inserted into the left end of the positioning hole 220, and during the injection molding process of the soft rubber sleeve 300, the soft rubber flows into the right end of the positioning hole 220 from the feeding channel and fills the right end of the positioning hole 220. Those skilled in the art will understand that the positioning hole 220 is provided as a through hole and the portion of the soft rubber sleeve 300 fills the second end of the positioning hole 220, so that the connection force of the soft rubber, i.e., the reliability of the connection between the bristle-setting plate 100 and the brush head shaft 200, can be improved.
As shown in fig. 4-5 and 7, a flange 130 is disposed at an edge of the back of the bristle-implanting plate 100, and fig. 7 shows that the flange 130 is an annular structure disposed around the edge of the back of the bristle-implanting plate 100, and the soft rubber sleeve 300 covers the flange 130, where the height of the flange 130 is not limited in this embodiment, as long as the soft rubber sleeve 300 can completely cover the flange 130 after injection molding.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, as shown in fig. 4-5, the soft rubber sleeve 300 covers the boss 210 of the brush head rod 200 and the flange 130 of the bristle-implanting plate 100 at the same time, so as to ensure the reliability of the soft rubber sleeve 300 for connecting the brush head rod 200 and the bristle-implanting plate 100 through injection molding, that is, the part of the soft rubber sleeve 300 located in the positioning hole 220 cannot be separated from the positioning hole 220, and meanwhile, the part of the soft rubber sleeve 300 covers the boss 210 of the brush head rod 200, so as to ensure the reliability of the connection among the bristle-implanting plate 100, the soft rubber sleeve 300 and the brush head rod 200.
In another possible implementation, as shown in fig. 10-11, the brush head is further provided with a metal rod 500, the second end of the brush head rod 200 is provided with a boss 210 extending from the end of the brush head rod 200, and the boss 210 is provided with a positioning hole 220. The bristle implanting piece 100 is provided with a connecting hole on one side facing the brush head rod 200, a first end of the metal rod 500 is inserted into the connecting hole and the first end of the metal rod 500 is in interference fit with the connecting hole, a second end of the metal rod 500 is inserted into the positioning hole 220 and the second end of the metal rod 500 is in interference fit with the positioning hole 220. It should be noted that the cross section of the boss 210 is an annular structure, so that the second end of the metal rod 500 is inserted into the positioning hole 220 and cannot be separated from the sidewall of the positioning hole 220. Fig. 10 shows that the end of the boss 210 is spaced from the end of the bristle-implanted sheet 100, i.e. the middle section of the metal rod 500 is exposed before the soft rubber sleeve 300 is injection-molded.
Illustratively, metal rod 500 includes a first large diameter section, a small diameter section connected to the first large diameter section, and a second large diameter section connected to the small diameter section. First big diameter section cartridge is in the connecting hole of tufting piece 100 to the terminal surface of first big diameter section and the terminal surface parallel and level of tufting piece 100, the cartridge of second big diameter section is in the locating hole 220 of boss 210 and the terminal surface of the big diameter section of second and the terminal surface parallel and level of boss 210, and the little diameter section is located between tufting piece 100 and the brush head pole 200. Further, the sectional shape of the metal rod 500 may be an oblong, so that the bristle-implanted sheet 100 does not rotate with respect to the head rod 200 after the bristle-implanted sheet 100 and the head rod 200 are positioned using the metal rod 500.
Fig. 11 shows that the soft rubber sleeve 300 covers the boss 210 and the portion of the metal rod 500 between the boss 210 and the connection hole, i.e., the small-diameter section. Those skilled in the art can understand that the bristle planting sheet 100 and the brush head rod 200 are positioned by the metal rod 500, on one hand, the metal rod 500 can increase the structural strength of the neck of the brush head, namely, the joint of the bristle planting sheet 100 and the brush head rod 200, on the other hand, the metal rod 500 can play a role of a counterweight, the inertia of the brush head is increased, the swing of the brush head is increased on the basis of not influencing the softness of the vibration of the brush head, and further the cleaning capability of the brush head is improved.
In summary, in the brush head provided by the embodiment, the soft rubber sleeve 300 at least partially covers the head of the brush head body 600, and when the head of the brush head collides with the teeth, the soft rubber sleeve 300 is located between the brush head body 600 and the teeth, so as to protect the teeth; the soft rubber sleeve 300 is an injection molding piece, the soft rubber sleeve 300 and the brush head body 600 are formed into an integrated piece through injection molding, and the reliability of connection between the soft rubber sleeve 300 and the brush head body 600 can be guaranteed.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, the embodiment also provides an electric toothbrush which comprises a handle and the brush head of the first embodiment.
In a possible implementation mode, the handle is of a columnar structure, the driving motor is arranged inside the handle, an output shaft of the driving motor extends out of the end portion of the handle, and the output shaft of the driving motor is inserted into the tail portion of the brush head body. Exemplarily, the tail part of the brush head body is provided with a mounting hole, and an output shaft of the driving motor is inserted into the mounting hole at the tail part of the brush head body. The specific structure of the handle is not limited in this embodiment, and a person skilled in the art can select any suitable handle according to actual needs, and of course, an existing handle on the market can also be selected.
The electric toothbrush that this embodiment provided owing to adopt the brush head among the embodiment one, when the back of brush head and tooth take place to collide with, the effect of damping can be played to the flexible glue cover of brush head, and then protects tooth, promotes user's use and experiences.

Claims (10)

1. A brush head of an electric toothbrush is characterized by comprising a brush head body and a soft rubber sleeve;
the head part of the brush head body is used for fixing bristles;
the soft rubber sleeve at least partially covers the head of the brush head body so as to protect the teeth when the brush head collides with the teeth;
the soft rubber sleeve is an injection molding piece, and the soft rubber sleeve and the brush head body form an integrated piece through injection molding.
2. The brush head of claim 1, wherein the soft rubber sleeve covers the back and/or sides of the head of the brush head body.
3. The brush head of claim 2, wherein the soft rubber sleeve extends to the tail of the brush head body.
4. The brush head according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the brush head body comprises a bristle-implanted sheet for fixing bristles and a brush head rod, a first end of which is used for being fixedly connected with a handle of the electric toothbrush; the soft rubber sleeve covers the hair-planting sheet, and the soft rubber sleeve, the hair-planting sheet and the brush head rod are formed into an integrated piece through injection molding.
5. The brushhead of claim 4, wherein the second end of the brushhead stem is provided with a boss which extends from the end of the brushhead stem, the boss being provided with a locating hole; the boss is wrapped by the soft rubber sleeve;
one end of the bristle planting piece, which faces the brush head rod, is provided with a positioning column, the positioning column is inserted into the positioning hole, and part of the positioning column is in interference fit with the positioning hole;
an opening communicated with the positioning hole is formed in the side wall of the boss, a feeding channel is defined by the opening, the other part of the positioning column and part of the hole wall of the positioning hole, and the feeding channel is used for enabling molten soft rubber to enter the positioning hole during injection molding.
6. The brush head of claim 5, wherein the positioning column comprises a large-size section and a small-size section, and two ends of the large-size section are fixedly connected with the hair-planting sheet and the small-size section respectively; the opening extends from the top of the boss to the root of the boss, and the length of the opening is larger than the length of the large-size section inserted into the positioning hole.
7. The brush head according to claim 6, wherein a flange is arranged at the edge of the back of the bristle-implanting piece, the soft rubber sleeve covers the flange, and the large-size section is fixedly connected with the flange; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the positioning holes are through holes or blind holes.
8. The brushhead of claim 4, further comprising a metal rod, the second end of the brushhead rod being provided with a boss extending from the end of the brushhead rod, the boss being provided with a locating hole;
the brush head comprises a brush head rod, a soft rubber sleeve and a metal rod, wherein one side of the brush head rod, facing the brush head rod, is provided with a connecting hole, the first end of the metal rod is inserted into the connecting hole and is in interference fit with the connecting hole, the second end of the metal rod is inserted into the positioning hole and is in interference fit with the positioning hole, the end part of the boss and the end part of the brush head are arranged at intervals, and the part of the soft rubber sleeve covers the boss and the part of the metal rod, located between the boss and the connecting hole.
9. The brush head according to claim 4, wherein the bristle-implanting plate is further provided with a plurality of supporting columns, and the soft rubber sleeve covers the side walls of the supporting columns; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the outer side of the soft rubber sleeve is provided with a plurality of bulges used for cleaning the tongue coating.
10. An electric toothbrush comprising a handle and a head according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
the toothbrush is characterized in that a driving motor is arranged inside the handle, an output shaft of the driving motor extends out of the end part of the handle, and the output shaft of the driving motor is inserted into the tail part of the toothbrush head body.
