The heating ventilation device that provides an ability air-purifying in this embodiment is used for solving some present heating ventilation devices and has a lot of problems in the use, and some present heating ventilation devices are not convenient for dismantle the maintenance, increase the manipulation strength, and some inside dust that filters the interception of heating ventilation device are not convenient for clear up, influence the problem of using.
According to one aspect of the application, a heating and ventilating device capable of purifying air is provided, which comprises a main shell, a support, a placing seat, a side plate, a fixing bolt, a clamping mechanism and a purifying and disassembling mechanism; the surface of the bottom side of the main shell is fixedly connected with a support, the inner wall of the bottom side of the main shell is fixedly connected with a placing seat, the surface of the front side of the main shell is attached with a side plate, and the surface of the front side of the side plate is in threaded connection with a fixing bolt;
fixture includes heater, slide bar, coupling spring and splint, the heater is placed and is being placed seat top side, it has the slide bar to place seat side surface sliding connection, slide bar one end fixedly connected with splint, splint side surface and heater laminating, and splint opposite side surface through cup joint at the coupling spring on slide bar surface with place seat elastic connection.
Furthermore, the surface of the left side of the main shell is fixedly communicated with a ventilation pipe, the side surface of the right end of the ventilation pipe is fixedly sleeved with a connecting seat, and the side surface of the connecting seat is in threaded connection with a connecting bolt.
Further, the tail end of the connecting bolt penetrates through the side surface of the connecting seat, and the tail end of the connecting bolt is in threaded connection with the left side surface of the main shell.

The heating and ventilation device in this embodiment may be applied to various activated carbon filters, for example, the following activated carbon filter is provided in this embodiment, and the heating and ventilation device in this embodiment may be used to install the following activated carbon filter.
An activated carbon filter screen comprises a first bracket, a second bracket arranged below the first bracket and a filter screen coated above the first bracket; the first bracket and the second bracket are respectively provided with active carbon, and the active carbon in the first bracket and the active carbon in the second bracket are distributed in a staggered manner in the vertical direction.
A plurality of first V-shaped grooves which are continuously arranged are arranged in the first bracket, a plurality of first through holes which penetrate through the inner surface and the outer surface of the first V-shaped grooves are formed in the inner walls of the first V-shaped grooves, and activated carbon is arranged in the first V-shaped grooves; the structure of the second bracket is the same as that of the first bracket, a plurality of second V-shaped grooves which are continuously arranged are arranged in the second bracket, a plurality of second through holes which penetrate through the inner surface and the outer surface of the second V-shaped grooves are formed in the inner walls of the second V-shaped grooves, the second bracket is inverted relative to the first bracket and is arranged below the first bracket, activated carbon is arranged in the second V-shaped grooves, and the first V-shaped grooves and the second V-shaped grooves are distributed in a staggered mode in the vertical direction.

The height of the active carbon is less than the depth of the first V-shaped groove and the second V-shaped groove.
The active carbon is one or a mixture of more of coconut shell active carbon, wood active carbon, coal active carbon or asphalt-based active carbon.

A ventilation pipe 15 is fixedly communicated with the left side surface of the main shell 1, a connecting seat 16 is fixedly sleeved on the side surface of the right end of the ventilation pipe 15, and a connecting bolt 17 is in threaded connection with the side surface of the connecting seat 16, so that air can be conveniently introduced; the tail end of the connecting bolt 17 penetrates through the side surface of the connecting seat 16, and the tail end of the connecting bolt 17 is in threaded connection with the left side surface of the main shell 1, so that the connecting seat 16 and the main shell 1 are fixed conveniently; four support seats 2 are fixedly connected to the bottom side surface of the main shell 1, and the four support seats 2 are positioned at four corner positions of the bottom side surface of the main shell 1, so that the main shell 1 can be stably supported; the number of the fixing bolts 4 is four, the four fixing bolts 4 are positioned at four corner positions of the front side surface of the side surface, and the tail ends of the fixing bolts 4 penetrate through the side plate 3 to be in threaded connection with the surface of the main shell 1, so that the side plate 3 and the main shell 1 can be fixed conveniently; the inner cavity at the right end of the main shell 1 is fixedly connected with a fan 6 through a fixed frame, and a protective filter screen 5 fixedly connected to the right side of the main shell 1 is arranged on the right side of the fan 6, so that air can flow conveniently; the number of the clamping plates 10 is two, the two clamping plates 10 are positioned at two opposite sides of the bottom end of the heater 11, and the clamping plates 10 are attached to the side surfaces of the heater 11, so that the heater 11 can be clamped conveniently; the purifying and disassembling mechanism comprises a connecting frame 12, a connecting plate 13, a handle 14 and a clamping seat 18, the clamping seat 18 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the bottom side of the left end of the main shell 1, the connecting frame 12 is connected to the clamping seat 18 in a clamping manner, the connecting plate 13 is fixedly connected to the surface of the top side of the connecting frame 12, the handle 14 is fixedly connected to the surface of the top side of the connecting plate 13, a purifying process is conveniently carried out through a primary filter screen 19, an active carbon filter screen 20 and an HEPA efficient filter screen 21, the cleanness of gas in the main shell 1 is ensured, the connecting frame 12 is conveniently taken out from the top side of the main shell 1, and the corresponding filter screen in the connecting frame 12 is conveniently cleaned and conveniently used; the connecting frame 12 penetrates through the top side of the main shell 1 in a sliding mode, and the connecting plate 13 is clamped on the surface of the top side of the main shell 1; the 12 figure of jointing frame is three, three 12 parallel placements of jointing frame, three the jointing frame 12 from left to right inner chamber fixedly connected with is just imitated filter screen 19, active carbon filter screen 20 and HEPA high efficiency filter screen 21 in proper order, is convenient for purify the filtration.
When the electric heating device is used, electric elements in the electric heating device are externally connected with a power supply and a control switch, a fan 6 accelerates the discharge of hot gas in a main shell 1, meanwhile, the gas in the main shell 1 sequentially passes through a primary filter screen 19, an activated carbon filter screen 20 and an HEPA high-efficiency filter screen 21 from left to right to perform a purification process, the cleanness of the gas in the main shell 1 is guaranteed, meanwhile, when the electric heating device is disassembled, a connecting plate 13 is pulled by a handle 14 to move, the connecting plate 13 drives a connecting frame 12 fixedly connected with the bottom side to be separated from a clamping seat 18, the connecting frame 12 is further conveniently taken out from the top side of the main shell 1, the corresponding filter screen in the connecting frame 12 is conveniently cleaned, the operation of a worker is convenient, meanwhile, the gas in the main shell 1 is conveniently heated by a heater 11, under the elastic action of a connecting spring 9, the clamping plate 10 is convenient to stably clamp and fix the heater 11 on the top side of a placing seat 7, and the worker when dismantling heating ventilation unit, through dismantling fixing bolt 4, take off curb plate 3, then take out heater 11, make things convenient for the worker to use, satisfy worker's user demand.
The application has the advantages that:
