As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a first aspect of the present invention provides a mounting assembly for a showerhead, including a mounting base 118, a push rod 102 and a movable plate. Take the example of applying the mounting assembly of the spray head to a dental irrigator.
The mounting seat 118 is used for mounting the spray head 100, so that the first mounting hole 104 is formed in the mounting seat 118, and the spray head 100 can be detachably inserted into the first mounting hole 104.
The push rod 102 is used for being operated by a user to realize the operation of the movable plate, for example, the user can press the push rod 102 or slide the push rod 102 to realize the control of the movable plate.
The movable plate is used for avoiding the first mounting hole 104 or shielding the first mounting hole 104, the first mounting hole 104 is used for mounting the nozzle 100, and the first mounting hole 104 may be a water spray hole. When the movable plate is away from the first mounting hole 104, the user can directly mount the nozzle 100 to the first mounting hole 104, and when the movable plate shields the first mounting hole 104, the movable plate can effectively prevent impurities such as dust from entering the first mounting hole 104.
Thus, in the embodiment of the present invention, the push rod 102 has two different states, i.e., the push rod 102 can be switched between the two states.
The movable plate is hinged to the push rod 102, and as mentioned above, when the push rod 102 is in the pressed state, the movable plate can be avoided from the first mounting hole 104, so that the spray head 100 can be mounted in the first mounting hole 104; when the push rod 102 is in the reset state, the movable plate can shield the first mounting hole 104 to prevent impurities such as dust from entering the first mounting hole 104, so that the impurities such as dust can be effectively prevented from entering the first mounting hole 104, the impurities are prevented from blocking the first mounting hole 104, and the normal use of the tooth flushing device is ensured. When the user needs to take down the spray head 100, the push rod 102 can be pressed and slid again to make the movable plate avoid the first mounting hole 104, so that the user can take down the spray head 100 conveniently.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the push rod 102 includes two portions, one of which is the operating portion 106 and the other of which is the connecting portion 108. The operating portion 106 is connected to a first end of the connecting portion 108, and the movable plate is hinged to a second end of the connecting portion 108.
The user can press or slide the operation unit 106 by pressing or sliding, and when the user presses or slides the operation unit 106, the operation unit 106 can drive the connection unit 108 to operate. When the connecting portion 108 is activated, since the connecting portion 108 and the movable plate are hinged to each other, the connecting portion 108 can synchronously drive the movable plate to rotate around the hinge axis of the movable plate and the connecting portion 108. When the movable plate rotates, the purpose of avoiding or shielding the first mounting hole 104 can be achieved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting portion 108 includes a first connecting portion (not shown) and a second connecting portion (not shown), please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are integrally formed with the operating portion 106 and form a structure similar to a U shape, that is, the first end of the first connecting portion and the first end of the second connecting portion are respectively connected to one side of the operating portion 106. The movable plate is hinged with the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion respectively, and is hinged to the second end of the first connecting portion and the second end of the second connecting portion respectively.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the movable plates include a first movable plate 110 and a second movable plate 112. In other words, the first movable plate 110 is hinged to the first connecting portion, and the second movable plate 112 is hinged to the second connecting portion. The first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112 are substantially L-shaped. Taking the first movable plate 110 as an example, a longer section of the first movable plate 110 is a first end of the first movable plate 110, and a shorter section of the first movable plate 110 is a second end of the first movable plate 110.
Therefore, when the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion respectively drive the first ends of the first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112 to move, the second ends of the first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112 can be moved away from the first mounting hole 104 or shield the first mounting hole 104. The first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112 may be made of a material having a certain deformation, and the purpose of this is to, on one hand, enable the sealing performance between the first movable plate 110 and the first mounting hole 104 to be better through the partial deformation of the first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112, and, on the other hand, enable a user to still install the showerhead 100 in the first mounting hole 104 through the elastic deformation of the first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112 if the first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112 do not completely avoid the first mounting hole 104 when the first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112 avoid the first mounting hole 104.
Of course, in other embodiments, the movable plates may be arranged as one.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the movable plate is adapted to be hinged to the second end of the connecting portion 108 by a first hinge structure.
Wherein, the first hinge structure includes a first hinge shaft 114 and a first hinge hole 116 which are hinge-coupled with each other. In the present embodiment, the first hinge hole 116 is a long hole. The reason for this is that since the connecting portion 108 moves in the left-right direction as shown in fig. 6, the first mounting hole 104 is provided in the form of an elongated hole in order to avoid displacement of the connecting portion 108 in the up-down direction as shown in fig. 6, in which the extending direction of the first mounting hole 104 is the up-down direction as shown in fig. 6.
That is, taking the first movable plate 110 as an example, the first movable plate 110 and the first connecting portion can be hinged at least in two ways:
the first hinge mode:
a first hinge shaft 114 is provided at a first end of the first movable plate 110, and a first hinge hole 116 is formed at a second end of the first connecting portion.
That is, in this hinge manner, the first hinge shaft 114 disposed at the first end of the first movable plate 110 can be inserted into the first hinge hole 116 disposed at the second end of the first connecting portion, when the first connecting portion moves along the left-right direction as shown in fig. 6, the first connecting portion can drive the first movable plate 110 to move, the first hinge shaft 114 can slide in the first hinge hole 116, and when the first movable plate 110 rotates, the first movable plate 110 can partially shield the first mounting hole 104 and avoid a portion of the first mounting hole 104.
As described above, since the movable plates include the first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112 in the present invention, when the first movable plate 110 or the second movable plate 112 is operated, only the shielding portion of the first mounting hole 104 and the shielding portion of the first mounting hole 104 can be performed. When the first movable plate 110 and the second movable plate 112 simultaneously operate, the functions of shielding all the first mounting holes 104 and avoiding all the first mounting holes 104 can be realized.
And a second hinge mode:
a first hinge hole 116 is formed at a first end of the first movable plate 110, and a first hinge shaft 114 is disposed at a second end of the first connecting portion. Wherein, the first hinge hole 116 is a long hole; or the diameter of the first hinge hole 116 is larger than the diameter of the first hinge shaft 114.
That is, in this hinge manner, the first hinge shaft 114 disposed at the second end of the first connecting portion can be inserted into the first hinge hole 116 disposed at the first end of the first movable plate 110, when the first connecting portion moves along the left-right direction as shown in fig.
Of course, in other embodiments, the hinge of the first movable plate 110 and the first connecting portion may be formed by other hinge structures, such as a ball hinge, a hinge, and the like.
