Embodiments of an air conditioner outdoor unit electrical box, an air conditioner outdoor unit, and an air conditioner according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(1) Embodiments of an air conditioner outdoor machine Electrical Box
Referring to fig. 1 to 14, in the electrical box of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided in this embodiment, a heat dissipation module mounting area is disposed on a first side of the electrical box 10, and the heat dissipation module mounting area is used for mounting a heat dissipation module 20 of the electrical box; an electric control element such as a control device is provided on a second side opposite to the first side. When the electrical box 10 is installed in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, the electrical box 10 is installed in a vertical state, specifically, on a partition plate of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, which partitions the outdoor unit of the air conditioner into a blade space and a pipeline space, and a first side of the electrical box 10 faces the blade space of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner and a second side of the electrical box 10 faces the pipeline space.
On the electrical box 10, a first drainage groove 101 extending along the transverse direction is arranged above the heat dissipation module mounting area. When raindrops are thrown or blown to the upper side of the electrical box 10 by the fan blades of the air conditioner outdoor unit or water exists above the electrical box 10 due to other reasons, the electrical box 10 is vertically installed on the partition plate, the water flows downwards along the surface of the first side of the electrical box 10, and the water in the first drainage groove 101 flows into the first drainage groove 10 when the water flows downwards.
Second flow-guiding grooves 102, which extend in the longitudinal direction and communicate with the first flow-guiding grooves 101, are provided at the sides of the heat dissipation module mounting region. A drain hole 103 communicating with the second drainage groove 102 is provided at the lower portion of the heat dissipation module mounting region. The water in the first drainage groove 101 flows into the second drainage groove 102, flows along the second drainage groove 102 from the upper side to the lower side of the electrical box 10, and is discharged through the drainage hole 103 to the outside, and is separated from the electrical box 10. Specifically, the number of the drain holes 103 is plural, for example, 4 as shown in fig. 5.
A water guard plate 104 is provided at the rear of the heat dissipation module mounting region, and the upper edge of the water guard plate 104 is higher than the lower edge of the heat dissipation module mounting region. The rear portion of the water baffle 104 is opposite to the heat dissipation module 20 installed in the heat dissipation module installation area, and in a state that the electrical box 10 is installed in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the heat dissipation module 20 faces the fan blades of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the heat dissipation module 20 is located between the water baffle 104 and the fan blades of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner. The water baffle 104 can prevent the water flowing out of the second drainage groove 102 from flowing to the second side of the electrical box 10 before being discharged from the drainage hole 103. Specifically, the upper end of the water guard 104 is higher than the lower edge of the heat dissipation module placed at the heat dissipation module mounting region, and the distance therebetween in the longitudinal direction is greater than 6 mm.
The air condensing units electrical apparatus box that this embodiment provided, its first side has heat dissipation module installing zone, and the top of heat dissipation module installing zone is provided with along the first drainage groove 101 of horizontal extension, is provided with along the second drainage groove 102 of longitudinal extension at the lateral part of heat dissipation module installing zone, and second drainage groove 102 and first drainage groove 101 intercommunication, therefore, the water on the upper portion of electrical apparatus box 10 can flow downwards under the effect of gravity, flows into in the first drainage groove 101 to flow from the upper portion of electrical apparatus box 10 to the lower part in getting into the second drainage groove 102. And a water discharge hole 103 communicating with the second drainage groove 102 is formed at the lower portion of the electrical box 10, so that water flowing out of the second drainage groove 102 can be discharged to the outside through the water discharge hole 103. Meanwhile, a water baffle 104 is disposed at the lower portion of the electrical box 10, and the water baffle 104 is located at a position close to the rear portion, which can block water flowing out from the second drainage groove 102 from flowing out toward the rear portion, i.e., toward the second side of the electrical box 10.
Referring to fig. 4, a cut-off groove 105 communicating with the second drainage groove 102 is further provided at the first side of the electrical box 10, the cut-off groove 105 is positioned below the first drainage groove 101, and a projection of the cut-off groove 105 on the heat dissipation module mounting region is positioned in the heat dissipation module mounting region. In general, water flowing into the first drainage groove 101 flows laterally into the second drainage groove 102, but in practice, some water may infiltrate from the contact portion between the heat dissipation module 20 and the electrical box 10. In this embodiment, a cut-off groove 105 is further provided below the first drainage groove 101, so that the penetrated water can enter the cut-off groove 105, thereby preventing the penetrated water from entering the second side of the electrical box 10. The water collected in the cut-off groove 105 may flow along the cut-off groove 105 into the second flow-guiding groove 102 communicating with the cut-off groove 105, and thus be discharged to the outside through the water discharge hole 103 of the lower portion of the electrical box 10.
Referring to fig. 4, the first drainage groove 101 slopes downwardly in the direction from the region of the first drainage groove 101 remote from the second drainage groove 102 toward the region adjacent to the second drainage groove 102, i.e., in the direction from the central region of the first drainage groove 101 to the edge region connecting with the second drainage groove 102 in fig. 4. This arrangement accelerates the flow rate of rainwater in the first drainage groove 101 to the second drainage groove 102, thereby rapidly draining rainwater. On the other hand, the probability of water in the first drainage groove 101 seeping downward at the joint of the heat dissipation module 20 and the electrical box 10 can be reduced, and the amount of seeped water can be reduced.
Specifically, the number of the second flow-guiding grooves 102 is two, and the two second flow-guiding grooves 102 are respectively disposed at both sides of the heat dissipation module mounting region. Due to the arrangement, rainwater in the first drainage groove 101 can flow from two sides of the heat dissipation module mounting area to the lower drainage hole 103, so that rainwater on the surface of the electrical box can be drained more quickly.
Similarly, the intercepting groove 105 is also provided in a shape in which both sides are inclined downward so that water in the intercepting groove 105 can rapidly flow into the second drainage groove 102.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 13 and 14, a limiting boss 106 is disposed at a lower end of the heat dissipation module mounting region, and a clamping groove for clamping with a lower portion of the heat dissipation module 20 is formed between the limiting boss 106 and the water baffle 104. Under the condition that the lower part of the heat dissipation module 20 can be clamped in the clamping groove between the limiting boss 106 and the water baffle 104, the upper part of the heat dissipation module 20 only needs to be fixedly connected with the electric appliance box 10 through a screw or other similar modes, under the condition, the installation and connection between the heat dissipation module 20 and the electric appliance box 10 are simple and convenient, a plurality of fixed points do not need to be arranged, and the installation and disassembly process does not need complex steps.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, a protruding support rib 108 is disposed at the bottom of the slot between the limit boss 106 and the water guard 104, and the support rib 108 is used for abutting against the lower portion of the heat dissipation module 20 installed in the slot. The support ribs 108 are disposed in the slots to support the heat dissipation module 20, and a sufficient gap is formed at the bottom of the heat dissipation module 20 to facilitate the water flowing to the drainage holes 103 and draining.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the lower portion of the heat dissipation module installation region is provided with a slope surface 107 that is inclined downward. When the water on the surface of the electrical box 10 is too much to be discharged from the water outlet 103 in time, the water on the surface of the electrical box 10 may flow out along the slope 107.
In this embodiment, the width of the second conduction groove 102 increases in the top-to-bottom direction. This arrangement facilitates rapid flow of water in the second conduction leg 102 and prevents water from seeping in the direction of the second side of the appliance casing 10 during downward flow.
In summary, in the electrical box of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided by this embodiment, the first side of the electrical box has the heat dissipation module mounting area, the first drainage groove 101 extending along the transverse direction is disposed above the heat dissipation module mounting area, the second drainage groove 102 extending along the longitudinal direction is disposed on the side of the heat dissipation module mounting area, and the second drainage groove 102 is communicated with the first drainage groove 101, so that water at the upper portion of the electrical box 10 flows downward under the action of gravity, flows into the first drainage groove 101, and enters the second drainage groove 102 to flow from the upper portion to the lower portion of the electrical box 10. Compared with the prior art, the electrical box of the air conditioner outdoor unit provided by the embodiment can effectively guide water on the surface of the electrical box 10 to flow downwards, so that the water is prevented from permeating into the second side of the electrical box 10, and risks of electric control elements are avoided; in addition, the electric box of the air conditioner outdoor unit provided by the embodiment can be installed in the air conditioner outdoor unit in a vertical state, so that the space occupied by the air conditioner outdoor unit can be reduced; meanwhile, the electrical box 10 does not need to be placed in an inverted manner, the wiring terminal of the electrical box 10 cannot be downward, and inconvenience is brought to production, installation and after-sale maintenance.
