Detailed Description
First of all, it should be noted that the structural composition, characteristics and advantages of the comb plate for a conveyor system, the associated devices and the conveyor system according to the utility model will be illustrated hereinafter by way of example, without however all the description being applied in any way to form a limitation of the utility model.
In this document, the technical terms "first" and "second" are used for distinguishing expression purposes only and are not intended to indicate their order or relative importance. Furthermore, to any single feature described or implicit in an embodiment herein or shown or implicit in any single feature or features shown or implicit in the drawings, the utility model still allows any combination or permutation to be continued between the features (or their equivalents) without any technical barriers, and thus further embodiments according to the utility model should be considered within the scope of this disclosure. In addition, for simplicity of the drawings, identical or similar zero correlation devices and features may be labeled in only one place or in several places in the same drawing.
In fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of a comb plate according to the utility model is illustrated in an exemplary manner, by means of which embodiment the utility model will be described first.
Referring to the drawings in combination, the comb plate 100 is configured for installation in various types of transportation systems, such as escalator, moving walkway, etc., for example, it may be installed at both the entrance and exit of the transportation system, or only at the entrance or exit of the transportation system, and the present invention allows for selection or adjustment thereof according to the actual application requirements. Through set up the fishback in the conveying system, can play the aspect effect such as safety protection, for example can prevent that foreign matter from undesirably getting into the system and leading to conveying system trouble, stop operation etc..
In the present embodiment, the comb plate 100 may be made of any one or more suitable materials, such as an aluminum alloy material, a steel material, and the like. As shown in fig. 1, the comb plate 100 may include a body 11 and a plurality of comb teeth 12, and in practical use, the body 11 and the comb teeth 12 may be integrally formed by any feasible process such as casting, machining, etc., or it is also contemplated that they may be separately manufactured and then the body 11 and the comb teeth 12 are joined together by using a connection means such as welding, etc. Further, the comb teeth 12 of the comb plate 100 may be provided to have a suitable number, size, shape, arrangement position, etc., depending on factors such as the required width of the escalator or moving walkway, for example, the comb teeth may be differently spaced from each other or may be identical to each other, the respective horizontal inclination angles (denoted as a and a ' in fig. 2) may be substantially the same (e.g., 10 ° or the like) or slightly different, and the respective heights (denoted as H2 and H2' in fig. 2) of the comb teeth and the respective heights (denoted as H and H ' in fig. 2) of the connecting portions thereof, which will be described later, may be substantially the same or slightly different. With respect to the above aspects, the present invention is not limited in any particular way.
It may comprise two parts for each comb tooth 12, namely a connection 121 and a tooth 122. As shown in fig. 1, the connection portion 121 of the comb teeth 12 connects the tooth portion 122 to the body 11, thereby connecting the comb teeth 12 and the body 11 together to finally form the comb plate 100. Generally, the connecting portion 121 may be configured in a substantially linear elongated shape, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, for example. Turning again to fig. 3, upon mounting the combplate 100 to the transport system, the teeth 122 of the combplate 100 will engage with corresponding tooth slots 21 on an adjacent associated device 200 (e.g., steps, pallets, moving walkway tape, etc. in the transport system), such as schematically illustrated in fig. 3 as height H11 or H11' of the engagement of the teeth 122 into the tooth slots 21.
According to the design concept of the present invention, the teeth 122 of two or more of the comb teeth 12 may be arranged to have different heights in the direction D shown in the drawing (which is perpendicular to the top plane 110 of the body 11), respectively, so as to form a height difference, for example, (a) and (b) in fig. 2 and the respective teeth 122 of the two comb teeth 12 are schematically illustrated to have different heights H1 and H1', respectively, so as to form a height difference Δ H = H1-H1'. By adopting the above structural optimization design for the comb plate and the associated devices described hereinafter, unlike the prior art, the anti-skid level thereof will be effectively improved, and the anti-skid performance of the transportation systems such as escalator, moving sidewalk, etc. will be further enhanced, which will be described later.
By way of illustration, the above-mentioned selection range for the tooth height H1 can optionally be set to 9.8-10.2mm, and the selection range for the other tooth height H1' can optionally be set to 9.1-9.3 mm. It should be noted that the above specific value ranges are only used for exemplary purposes, and are not limited to the specific values, and those skilled in the art will allow any other values to be selected for different applications, and are not limited to the situation where only one tooth height difference exists between adjacent comb teeth in the comb plate 100, for example, two, three or more different tooth height differences exist between the comb teeth 12, so as to match the configuration of the corresponding associated device 200, and to fully satisfy various application requirements.
Again by way of illustration, as shown in FIG. 1, the comb teeth 12 may be arranged to include a first set of comb teeth and a second set of comb teeth, which have been correspondingly labeled in FIG. 1 with reference numerals g1 and g2, respectively. The first and second sets of comb teeth may be arranged in parallel and spaced apart from each other, and the specific number of comb teeth included in each set may not necessarily be limited, for example, the first and second sets of comb teeth may be arranged to be identical or different from each other, which is allowed by the present invention.
For example, for the first group g1, two or more comb teeth may be provided, the teeth of which each form a first height difference in a direction D (fig. 3) perpendicular to the top plane 110 of the body 11, or two or more different height differences.
Similarly, for the second group g2, it may also include two or more comb teeth, and the respective teeth of these comb teeth may form a second height difference or more different height differences, for example, in the above-described direction D. It should be understood that the second height differences may be the same as the first height differences or may be different from each other. In most cases, it is relatively advantageous to configure the first set of comb teeth and the second set of comb teeth to be identical, which may therefore provide ease in manufacturing, installation, and maintenance, and may be more cost effective to control.
The present invention provides, in addition to the above-discussed comb plate for a conveyor system, an association means for cooperating with the comb plate to further increase the level of slip resistance, such association means may include, but are not limited to, devices such as steps, pallets, moving walkway tape, and the like.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, an associated apparatus 200 is illustrated that may be used in conjunction with the comb plate 100. In this embodiment, the association device 200 is provided with a plurality of tooth grooves 21, which cooperate with the comb teeth 12 of the comb plate 100, not only for safety protection purposes such as preventing foreign objects from intruding into the system, but also for enhancing the anti-slip performance of the system.
Specifically, two or more tooth slots 21 in the associated device 200 may be configured to have different depths, i.e., a depth difference is formed in the aforementioned direction D (fig. 3), which is correspondingly matched to a height difference formed in the direction D by the respective teeth 122 of two or more comb teeth 12 in the comb plate 100. For example, in fig. 3 and 5 it is shown that two different tooth slots 21 each have a depth S1 and S1', thereby forming a depth difference Δ S = S1-S1', which corresponds to the above-mentioned height difference Δ h formed by two different teeth 122. It should be understood that in different applications, one, two or more depth differences may exist simultaneously in the association device 200.
By way of illustration, for example, when the height ranges of the respective teeth 122 of the at least two comb teeth 12 in the comb plate 100 in the direction D perpendicular to the top plane 110 of the body 11 are 9.8-10.2mm and 9.1-9.3mm, respectively, the depth ranges of the at least two tooth slots 21 in the associated device 200 may be set to 10.8-11.2mm and 10.1-10.3mm, respectively, correspondingly. It is understood that any other range of values can be alternatively used by those skilled in the art to meet the needs of different applications in light of the teachings of the present invention.
The tooth grooves with different depths are adopted in the correlation device, and the comb plate is also provided with the comb teeth which are matched with the tooth grooves and have tooth parts with different heights, so that the friction effect when a bearing object is contacted can be obviously enhanced, the risks of personnel slipping, injured bleeding, goods toppling and damage and the like are prevented, the anti-slip level of equipment is effectively improved, the anti-slip safety performance of a conveying system in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction is improved, and the long-term and good operation and use can be realized even in the outdoor environments such as rain, snow, moisture, dust, sundries and the like.
According to the technical scheme of the utility model, the comb plate designed according to the utility model and the related device matched with the comb plate can be configured in the conveying system, so that the anti-skid protection and other functions of carrying objects such as passengers, goods, pets and the like and related equipment in the conveying system are realized, and the safety protection performance of the conventional conveying system is obviously improved. It should be noted that the conveying systems mentioned throughout this document may include, but are not limited to, for example, escalators, moving walkways, etc., which may be used to convey various possible objects such as passenger personnel, goods, pets, etc., and which are suitable for use in various indoor and outdoor work environments.
The comb plate for a conveyor system, the associated device and the conveyor system according to the present invention have been explained in detail above only by way of examples, which are provided only for illustrating the principles of the present invention and the embodiments thereof, and not for limiting the present invention, and various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, all equivalents are intended to be included within the scope of this invention and defined in the claims which follow.
