Claims (13)

1. The locking assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that a second retaining member (4) is provided between the collar (100) and the member to be locked, the second retaining member comprising a retaining protrusion (401) and a circumferential groove (402) which can be mutually snap-fitted for retaining, the retaining protrusion (401) being movably rotatable within the circumferential groove (402) to define the rotatable angle of the collar.
4. A locking assembly according to claim 3, wherein the retention tab (401) comprises a resilient wall (403), the resilient wall (403) being adapted to abut against a wall of the circumferential groove (402), whereby abutment of the resilient wall (403) provides damping of rotation of the collar.
5. A locking assembly according to claim 3, wherein the second retaining member (4) further comprises a rib (404) arranged in the middle of the circumferential groove to provide a change in damping when the collar is switched between the locked and the open position.
6. The locking assembly according to claim 1, wherein the collar comprises a first end (102) and a second end (103), the first end (102) is close to the member to be locked, the second end (103) is far away from the member to be locked, the outer diameter of the collar gradually increases from the second end (103) to the first end (102), and the first retaining member (101) is disposed at the first end (102).
