The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect.
The existing water leakage detection technology generally adopts two closely spaced but disconnected metal wires to detect whether water leakage occurs, and when the two metal wires are conducted by water, the corresponding I/O port outputs low level, thereby determining whether water leakage occurs. However, when water leaks, the electrochemical reaction may deteriorate the conductivity of the metal wire for detecting water leakage, and the water leakage detection may fail. Moreover, the above method may fail to detect when there is only a small amount of water leakage. In addition, the metal wire is generally directly connected with other circuits, and other circuits also cause certain interference to the detection circuit, so that false detection or missing detection is caused, and the accuracy of water leakage detection is reduced.
In view of the above, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a water leakage detecting device is provided. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a water leakage detecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the water leakage detecting apparatus includes:
a detection unit 110 for detecting whether water leakage occurs;
a determining unit 120, connected to the detecting unit 110, for sending a first water leakage signal when the detecting unit 110 detects that water leakage occurs;
and an isolating unit 130 connected to the determining unit 120, configured to isolate the determining unit 120 from the main control unit, convert the first water leakage signal into a second water leakage signal, and send the second water leakage signal to the main control unit.
The detection unit 110 can detect whether water leakage occurs in an area to be detected, when the detection unit 110 detects that water leakage occurs, the judgment unit 120 sends out a first water leakage signal, the first water leakage signal is converted into a second water leakage signal after passing through the isolation unit and is sent to the main control unit, so that the detection unit 110 and the judgment unit 120 are isolated from other circuits, interference of other circuits on the detection unit 110 and the judgment unit 120 is avoided, the anti-interference capability is enhanced, and the accuracy of water leakage detection of the detection unit 110 and the judgment unit 120 is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the detecting unit 110 may include:
a water absorption member for absorbing water when water leakage occurs;
the water absorption component is connected between the two water leakage detection components;
wherein the water absorption member absorbs water to cause the two water leakage detection members to be continuously short-circuited, thereby detecting the occurrence of water leakage.
Optionally, a first water leakage detecting member of the two water leakage detecting members is connected to the judging unit through a first connector, and a second water leakage detecting member of the two water leakage detecting members is grounded through the first connector.
In some embodiments, the absorbent member comprises a water absorbent material. Further, the water absorbent material may be a water absorbent cotton.
The water absorption component absorbs water as long as the water leakage condition occurs in the area to be detected, so that the two water leakage detection components are in short circuit, and are in continuous short circuit, and water leakage cannot be detected due to the fact that the water leakage amount is less influenced. In the prior art, not only the leakage of a small amount of water may not be detected, but even if the leakage is detected, if some reason is left midway (for example, the water is inclined to another position by the machine), the detected leakage may disappear. According to the embodiment of the utility model, compared with the prior art, the water leakage can be detected in time, the sensitivity of water leakage detection is increased, the stable first water leakage signal can be generated, the interference of external factors is reduced, and the accuracy of water leakage detection is improved.
In some embodiments, the water leak detection component may include a water leak detection line. In practical application, the water leakage detection line is adopted, the design of the water leakage detection plate is omitted, the water leakage detection line is convenient to cut, and the water leakage detection line is convenient to install and is insulated from the metal bulkhead.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring again to fig. 1, the determining unit 120 includes:
a comparator including a first input terminal a connected to a reference voltage, a second input terminal B connected to an output terminal of the detection unit 110, and an output terminal C;
when the voltage of the detection signal output by the detection unit 110 is less than the reference voltage, the output end of the comparator outputs the first water leakage signal.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the isolated power supply 140 includes a positive input terminal D, a negative input terminal E, a positive output terminal F, and a negative output terminal G, wherein,
the positive input end D is connected with a power supply, the negative input end E is grounded, and the positive input end D is connected with the negative input end E through a first capacitor C1;
the positive output terminal F is connected to the first input terminal a via a first resistor R1 for providing the reference voltage, the negative output terminal G is grounded, and the positive output terminal E and the negative output terminal G are connected by a second capacitor C2.
Optionally, the connection point of the first resistor R1 and the first input terminal a is further connected to ground via a second resistor R2, and the positive output terminal F is further connected to the second input terminal B via a third resistor R3.
Optionally, the isolation unit 130 includes an optical coupler isolation, wherein when the determination unit 120 outputs the first water leakage signal, the optical coupler isolation is turned on, and the optical coupler isolation outputs the second water leakage signal.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the isolation power supply 140 provides a reference voltage for the determining unit 120, and the voltage of the first input terminal a of the comparator is the reference voltage; when the detection unit 110 does not detect water leakage, the voltage of the second input terminal B of the comparator is higher than the reference voltage of the first input terminal a, and the output terminal C of the comparator outputs a high level; then, the input side of the isolation unit 130 is not turned on, and the output side of the isolation unit 130 outputs a high level to the main control unit. When the detection unit 110 detects a water leak, the voltage of the second input terminal B of the comparator is lower than the reference voltage of the first input terminal a, and the output terminal C of the comparator outputs a low level (i.e., a first water leak signal); then, the input side of the isolation unit 130 is turned on, and the output side of the isolation unit 130 outputs a low level (i.e., a second water leakage signal) to the main control unit. The main control unit may issue a water leakage alarm and/or perform a water leakage protection operation under a preset condition (e.g., at intervals of 100ms and continuously detecting the second water leakage signal 50 times).
According to the embodiment of the utility model, the underwater operation equipment is further provided. As shown in fig. 2, the underwater working device includes: a main control unit 210 and a water leakage detection device 220 according to an embodiment of the present invention; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
when the water leakage detection unit detects water leakage, sending a corresponding second water leakage signal to the main control unit;
and the main control unit executes water leakage alarm operation and/or water leakage protection operation based on the second water leakage signal.
