A second support 104 is provided on the upper end surface of the housing 10 or on the outer side wall surface of the upper end of the housing 10 for supporting the mounting case cover 3, and a third support 106 is provided on the inner side wall surface of the upper end of the housing 10 for supporting the mounting bracket 24.
In these embodiments, a plurality of first supporting platforms 28 can be disposed on the article placing shelf 2, so that a supporting platform can be formed by the plurality of first supporting platforms 28, and the article placing pieces such as the baking tray and the frying barrel can be effectively supported. And when the housing cover 3 is installed, it can be installed on the second supporting platform 104 of the housing 10 of the base assembly 1, so that the base assembly 1 and the housing cover 3 can form a sealed space, thus avoiding air leakage from the article carrier 2. Meanwhile, a third support table 106 supporting the shelf 2 may be provided on an upper inner sidewall surface of the housing 10 so that the shelf 2 can be completely installed between the housing 10 and the case cover 3.
Further, the air fryer also includes a seal ring disposed on the cover 3 and/or the housing 10 for sealing the cover 3 when in contact with the housing 10. The sealing ring can be provided with a first sealing ring at the end of the housing cover 3 and/or with a second sealing ring on the second support 104, so that a sealing connection between the housing 10 and the housing cover 3 can be achieved by means of the first sealing ring and/or the second sealing ring.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, a heating cavity 100 and a heat dissipation cavity 102 are formed in the housing 10 from top to bottom at intervals, the hot air blower includes a hot air fan 14 and a hot air motor connected to each other, the heating module 12 and the hot air fan 14 are located in the heating cavity 100, and the heating module 12 is located above the hot air fan 14; the base assembly 1 further comprises a heat dissipation fan which comprises a heat dissipation fan blade 16 and a heat dissipation motor which are connected with each other, wherein the heat dissipation fan blade 16 and the heat dissipation motor are both positioned in the heat dissipation cavity 102; wherein, the hot air motor is positioned in the heat dissipation cavity 102.
In these embodiments, heat can be dissipated by the heat dissipation fan, so that overheating in the base assembly 1 can be avoided, and overheating protection can be performed on elements such as an electric control board in the base assembly 1. By arranging the heating module 12 and the hot air fan 14 in the heating chamber 100 and arranging the heat dissipation fan and the hot air motor in the heat dissipation chamber 102, the heat generated by the heating module 12 can be concentrated, which can not only avoid heat waste, but also prevent the heat dissipation fan and the hot air motor from being heated.
Specifically, the base assembly 1 further comprises: a first partition 108 disposed within the housing 10, the first partition 108 dividing the interior of the housing 10 into the heating chamber 100 and the heat dissipation chamber 102.
In these embodiments, the first partition plate 108 is disposed to divide the housing 10 into two chambers in the up-down direction, that is, the heating chamber 100 and the heat dissipation chamber 102, so that the chamber division of the housing 10 is simply and conveniently realized. Moreover, with the structure, only the shell 10 and the first separating plate 108 with simpler structures need to be processed, so that the whole structure is simpler. Of course, in other aspects, the separation chamber may be formed in other ways.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the hot air motor and the heat dissipation motor are both motors 18. Namely, the heat radiation fan blades 16 and the hot fan blades 14 are driven by the motor 18, so that the use of one motor can be reduced, and the whole structure of the air fryer is simpler and more compact. Of course, in other embodiments, the hot air fan 14 and the heat dissipating fan 16 may be driven by different motors.
Further, the hot air fan blade 14 and the heat dissipation fan blade 16 are coaxially disposed and are both mounted on the output shaft of the motor 18.
In these embodiments, the hot air fan blade 14 and the heat dissipating fan blade 16 are directly driven by the same motor shaft of the motor 18, i.e. there is no additional transmission structure between the motor 18 and the hot air fan blade 14 and the heat dissipating fan blade 16, so that the driving mechanism of the fan blades is relatively simple. Thus not only reducing the cost, but also reducing the bulk of the base assembly 1. Of course, in other embodiments, the motor 18 may be indirectly driven by a transmission member such as a gear, etc. with the hot air fan 14 and the heat dissipating fan 16.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 5, the base assembly 1 further includes a second partition plate 109, the second partition plate 109 is disposed in the heat dissipation cavity 102, and the second partition plate 109 divides the heat dissipation cavity 102 into an upper cavity and a lower cavity along the up-down direction. The motor 18 is mounted in the lower cavity, the heat dissipating fan 16 is mounted in the upper cavity, and the second partition plate 109 is provided with a through hole for the output shaft of the motor 18 to pass through.
In these embodiments, a second partition plate 109 is additionally disposed in the heat dissipation chamber 102, so that the heat dissipation fan 16 and the motor 18 are disposed in two separate chambers, thereby preventing the hot air blown by the heat dissipation fan 16 from acting on the motor 18, and thus preventing the motor 18 from overheating.
In any of the above embodiments, the base assembly 1 further comprises: and the electric control board is arranged in the shell 10 and used for controlling the heating module 12 and the hot air fan to work.
In these embodiments, the electric control board is used for overall control of the air fryer, such as controlling heating power and controlling the speed of air circulation, so as to realize different cooking modes. Of course, the electric control board can also control whether the air fryer works or not or control the display of the display interface, the work of the indicator light and the like under the operation of a user.
In any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the heating module 12 is a heat pipe tray, and the middle of the heat pipe tray is provided with a mounting hole, and the heat pipe tray is arranged around the hot air fan 14 of the hot air fan through the mounting hole, or the heat pipe tray is arranged above the hot air fan.
In this embodiment, the heating module 12 is a heat pipe plate, and the heat pipe plate is disposed around the hot air fan blades 14, so that the air blown by the hot air fan blades 14 can be uniformly heated, and the heating uniformity of the air fryer can be improved. Of course, the hot fan blades 14 can also be arranged below the hot tube plate, so that heating can be achieved during the air rising process, and this arrangement can relatively increase the height of the base assembly 1. In practice, the relative positions of the hot fan blades 14 and the hot pipe coil can be reasonably set according to requirements.
The detailed construction of the air fryer is described below in connection with three specific embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air fryer provided according to embodiment 1 includes a base assembly 1, a rack 2, a cover 3, and a fry vat 4. Wherein, base subassembly 1 is as the base of air fryer, not only can be used for heating the air and make the air circulation flow, can also be used for supporting installation supporter 2, just so can produce the required hot air of air-fry. The storage rack 2 is arranged on the base component 1 and is specially used for supporting and installing the frying barrel 4, and food materials to be air-fried can be placed in the shell cover 3 through the frying barrel 4. And the shell cover 3 is directly installed on the base component 1 and forms a cooking space with the shelf 2, so that an independent air frying space can be formed above the base, hot air generated by the base component 1 can be gathered in the shell cover 3, and the food in the shell cover 3 is heated and air fried. This kind of structure compares in current air fryer, and it will heat module 12, hot air blower and all concentrated on base subassembly 1 to all concentrate on the culinary art space in cap 3, consequently just simplified the first half structure of air fryer, make the air fryer only need wash cap 3 and supporter 2 after the use, just can make equipment cleaner, and then make the washing more convenient.
Further, in the embodiment 1, the rack 2 includes the rack support 24 for supporting and the oil receiving tray 26 for receiving the excess grease, and the grease of the food material in the case cover 3 can be prevented from falling into the base assembly 1 to contaminate the base assembly 1 by the oil receiving tray 26. The drip pan 26 is integral with the storage rack 24. The object placing rack 2 is directly installed at the opening at the upper end of the heating chamber 100, so that the air in the heating chamber 100 can be directly discharged through the air outlet 22 on the object placing rack 2, and the air can be directly returned through the air return hole 20 on the object placing rack 2.
Further, connect the food tray 26 to be located the top of putting the support 24, return air hole 20 sets up in the middle part that connects the food tray 26, all is provided with one or more exhaust vents 22 on putting the lateral wall of support 24 and/or on putting the top edge of support 24. The object placing support 24 further comprises an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, and the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are connected through a plurality of connecting rods. And the air outlet 22 on the side wall of the article holding bracket 24 is surrounded by an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate and two adjacent connecting rods. The air outlet 22 on the top of the rack 24 is arranged on the upper connecting plate.
Further, the air outlet 22 on the side wall of the object placing bracket 24 can be communicated with the inside of the shell cover 3, and a certain gap is formed between the side wall of the object placing bracket 24 and the inner side wall of the shell cover 3 so as to allow air to circulate. The arrangement simplifies the air duct structure of the whole air fryer. Simultaneously, the mode of middle part return air, edge air-out can make hot-air more even that distributes in cap 3, therefore more do benefit to the even heating and eat the material.
Furthermore, a ring of retaining ring 262 is arranged around the return air hole 20 in the middle of the oil receiving pan 26, and the oil storage space of the oil receiving pan 26 is surrounded by the outer side wall of the oil receiving pan 26 and the retaining ring 262, so that the oil storage space can be prevented from entering the return air hole 20. The purpose of preventing grease from leaking from the return air hole 20 is achieved.
Further, the shelf 2 is provided with a plurality of first supporting platforms 28, so that a supporting platform can be formed by the first supporting platforms 28, and the food materials such as baking trays and frying barrels can be effectively supported. And when the housing cover 3 is installed, it can be installed on the second supporting platform 104 of the housing 10 of the base assembly 1, so that the base assembly 1 and the housing cover 3 can form a sealed space, thus avoiding air leakage from the article carrier 2. Meanwhile, a third support base 106 for supporting and mounting the shelf 2 is provided on an inner side wall surface of the upper end of the housing 10.
Furthermore, sealing rings are provided on the housing cover 3 and/or on the housing 10.
Specifically, a first seal ring is provided at an end portion of the housing cover 3, and a second seal ring is provided on the second support base 104, whereby the housing 10 and the housing cover 3 are sealingly connected to each other by the first seal ring and the second seal ring.
Further, a first partition 108 is provided in the housing 10. The first partition plate 108 divides the housing 10 into two chambers in the vertical direction, that is, the heating chamber 100 and the heat dissipation chamber 102 are separated from top to bottom in the housing 10, so that the chamber division of the housing 10 is simply and conveniently realized. Moreover, with the structure, only the shell 10 and the first separating plate 108 with simpler structures need to be processed, so that the whole structure is simpler.
Further, the hot air fan comprises a hot air fan blade 14 and a hot air motor which are connected with each other, the heating module 12 and the hot air fan blade 14 are positioned in the heating cavity 100, and the heating module 12 is positioned above the hot air fan blade 14; the base assembly 1 further comprises a heat dissipation fan which comprises a heat dissipation fan blade 16 and a heat dissipation motor which are connected with each other, wherein the heat dissipation fan blade 16 and the heat dissipation motor are both located in the heat dissipation cavity 102.
Wherein, the hot air motor is positioned in the heat dissipation cavity 102. The heat can be dissipated through the heat dissipation fan, so that overheating in the base assembly 1 can be avoided, and overheating protection can be performed on elements such as an electric control board in the base assembly 1. By arranging the heating module 12 and the hot air fan 14 in the heating chamber 100 and arranging the heat dissipation fan and the hot air motor in the heat dissipation chamber 102, the heat generated by the heating module 12 can be concentrated, which can not only avoid heat waste, but also prevent the heat dissipation fan and the hot air motor from being heated. The hot air motor and the heat dissipation motor are the same motor 18.
Furthermore, the heat dissipating fan blades 16 and the hot air fan blades 14 are directly driven by the motor 18, so that the use of one motor 18 can be reduced, and the whole structure of the air fryer is simpler and more compact.
Meanwhile, the second partition plate 109 is additionally arranged in the heat dissipation cavity 102, so that the heat dissipation fan blades 16 and the motor 18 are arranged in two independent cavities, and thus, hot air blown out by the heat dissipation fan blades 16 can be prevented from acting on the motor 18, and overheating of the motor 18 can be avoided.
Further, the heating module 12 arranged on the upper portion of the hot air blower is a heat pipe disc which is arranged around the hot air fan blades 14, so that the air blown out by the hot air fan blades 14 can be uniformly heated, and the heating uniformity of the air fryer can be improved. Of course, the hot fan blades 14 can also be arranged below the hot tube plate, so that heating can be achieved during the air rising process, and this arrangement can relatively increase the height of the base assembly 1.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the air fryer according to embodiment 2 comprises a base assembly 1, a shelf 2, and a cover 3. A gridiron 5 is arranged in the shell cover 3, and the gridiron 5 can replace the frying barrel 4. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the base assembly 1 serves as a base of the air fryer, and not only can be used for heating air and enabling the air to flow circularly, but also can be used for supporting and installing the object placing frame 2, so that hot air required by air frying can be generated. The shelf 2 is mounted on the base assembly 1 and is used for supporting and mounting a grill 5, and the food to be air-fried is placed in the shell cover 3 through the grill 5. And the shell cover 3 is installed at the edge of the shelf 2 and forms a cooking space with the shelf 2, so that an independent air frying space can be formed above the base, hot air generated by the base can be gathered in the shell cover 3, and the food in the shell cover 3 is heated and air-fried. This kind of air fryer compares in current air fryer, and it will heat module 12, hot air blower and all concentrated on base subassembly 1 to all concentrate on the culinary art space in cap 3, consequently just simplified the first half structure of air fryer, make the air fryer only need wash cap 3 and supporter 2 after the use, just can make equipment cleaner, and then make the washing more convenient. Meanwhile, the air fryer can cook barbecue food materials through the grill 5 and fry the food through the frying barrel 4, so that the purpose of the air fryer is expanded, and the utilization rate of the air fryer is improved.
Wherein supporter 2 is including the thing support 24 that plays supporting role and the oil receiving disc 26 that is used for connecing unnecessary grease, and the grease of eating the material in can avoiding the cap 3 through setting up oil receiving disc 26 drops inside the base subassembly 1 and pollutes base subassembly 1.
Further, the oil receiving tray 26 and the storage rack 24 are of a detachable structure in a split type. The object placing rack 2 is directly installed at the opening at the upper end of the heating chamber 100, so that the air in the heating chamber 100 can be directly discharged through the air outlet 22 on the object placing rack 2, and the air can be directly returned through the air return hole 20 on the object placing rack 2.
Further, connect the food tray 26 to be located the top of putting the support 24, return air hole 20 sets up in the middle part that connects the food tray 26, all is provided with one or more exhaust vents 22 on putting the lateral wall of support 24 and/or on putting the top edge of support 24.
Further, the object placing support 24 further comprises an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, and the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are connected through a plurality of connecting rods. And the air outlet 22 on the side wall of the article holding bracket 24 is surrounded by an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate and two adjacent connecting rods.
Further, a certain gap is formed between the side wall of the rack 24 and the inner side wall of the housing cover 3 for air circulation. The arrangement simplifies the air duct structure of the whole air fryer. Simultaneously, the mode of middle part return air, edge air-out can make hot-air more even that distributes in cap 3, therefore more do benefit to the even heating and eat the material.
Further, the oil pan 26 has a raised-top structure with a high middle and four low sides. The return air hole 20 is provided in the middle of the oil pan 26.
Further, the shelf 2 is provided with a plurality of first supporting platforms 28, so that a supporting platform can be formed by the first supporting platforms 28, and the food materials such as baking trays and frying barrels can be effectively supported.

The heat can be dissipated through the heat dissipation fan, so that overheating in the base assembly 1 can be avoided, and overheating protection can be performed on elements such as an electric control board in the base assembly 1. By arranging the heating module 12 and the hot air fan 14 in the heating chamber 100 and arranging the heat dissipation fan and the hot air motor in the heat dissipation chamber 102, the heat generated by the heating module 12 can be concentrated, which can not only avoid heat waste, but also prevent the heat dissipation fan and the hot air motor from being heated.
Further, the heat dissipation motor and the hot air motor are two independent motors. By the arrangement, the radiating fan blades 16 and the hot fan blades 14 can be separately controlled, so that the rotating speed of the fan blades can be separately adjusted in the temperature change process, and the temperature change is more targeted. The heat dissipation fan blade 16, the hot air motor and the heat dissipation motor are arranged in two independent cavities, so that hot air blown out by the heat dissipation fan blade 16 can be prevented from acting on the hot air motor and the heat dissipation motor, and overheating of the hot air motor and the heat dissipation motor can be avoided.
Further, the heating module 12 disposed at the upper portion of the hot air blower is a heat pipe plate, and the hot fan blades 14 are disposed below the heat pipe plate, so that heating can be achieved during the air rising process, and this arrangement can relatively increase the height of the base assembly 1.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air fryer according to embodiment 3 includes a base assembly 1, a shelf 2, a cover 3, and a frying tub 4. The shelf 2 is provided with an oil receiving disc, and the inner bottom wall of the oil receiving disc 26 is of a structure with high middle part and low periphery. Wherein, base subassembly 1 is as the base of air fryer, not only can be used for heating the air and make the air circulation flow, can also be used for supporting installation supporter 2, just so can produce the required hot air of air-fry.
