A lifting and walking stable electric fork-lift truck as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the left and right sides of said counterweight truck body (1) are provided with electric storage boxes (12), a plurality of counterweight plates are arranged inside the counterweight truck body (1) and the counterweight box (5), a vertical plate (3) is fixed at the rear side of the counterweight box (5), and a lifting and rotating seat (4) is detachably arranged above the vertical plate (3).

A lifting and walking stable electric fork-lift truck as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein said steering wheel set (2) comprises a first connecting rod (2a), a second connecting rod (2b) and a mounting rod (2c), the mounting rod (2c) is fixed under the weight box (5), two ends of the mounting rod (2c) are rotatably provided with symmetrical synchronizing frames (2e), the outer sides of the synchronizing frames (2e) are respectively provided with a steering wheel (2f), a synchronizing rod (2d) is hinged between the two synchronizing frames (2e), one end of the first connecting rod (2a) is fixed at the lower end of the steering shaft (15), one end of the second connecting rod (2b) is hinged with the other end of the first connecting rod (2a), and the other end of the second connecting rod (2b) is hinged with one of the synchronizing frames (2 e).
