The inner wall of the hollow portion 28 is provided with guide rails 24 having the same number as the first guide grooves and the second guide grooves, as shown in fig. 3, the starting point of the upper end of the guide rail 24 is located on one side of the second boss 22 close to the third helical teeth 311, the guide rail is integrally embedded into the first guide grooves and the second guide grooves, the width of the guide rail is substantially the same as the width of the first guide grooves and the width of the second guide grooves, one end of the guide rail 24 close to the pen core 40 is provided with first helical teeth 241, and the chamfer angle of the first helical teeth 241 is substantially the same as the chamfer angle of the second helical teeth 321.
When the knock type pen is not used, it is in a non-writing state, as shown in fig. 2 and 9, the knock head 10 and the cartridge 40 are both located at initial positions, the shaft 41 and the tip 42 of the cartridge 40 are both accommodated in the hollow portion 28, the knock mechanism 30 is in the second state, the stopper is disengaged from the second knock member 32, the second knock member 32 is located at the second position, and the guide rail 24 is integrally inserted into the second guide groove of the first knock member 31 and the first guide groove of the second knock member 32. As shown in fig. 5 and 10, when the knock type pen is used, a user presses the knock head 10 to move along the length direction of the pen body 20, so as to drive the first knock member 31 to move until the third inclined tooth 311 of the first knock member contacts with the inclined surface of the second inclined tooth 321 of the second knock member, the guide rail 24 is in the first guide groove of the second knock member 32, so that the rotation of the second knock member 32 is limited, the first knock member 31 drives the second knock member 32 to move along the guide rail 24, the second knock member 32 drives the pen core 40 to move until the pen point 42 partially extends out of the hollow part 28, the first elastic member 50 and the second elastic member 60 are both pressed to be in a compressed state, the guide rail 24 gradually separates from the first guide groove of the second knock member 32 during the downward movement of the second knock member 32, and the second knock member 32 loses the rotation limitation of the guide rail 24, the second helical tooth 321 of the second snap member 32 starts to perform a rotation movement, and the guide rail 24 moves along the slope of the second helical tooth 321 until the edge is locked, at which time the third helical tooth 311 is just in contact with the second helical tooth 321. As shown in fig. 6 and 11, when the user releases the press head 10, the press head 10 automatically rebounds back to the original position under the elastic action of the first elastic member 50, so that the position of the press head 10 remains fixed and cannot be shaken randomly, but the guide rail 24 limits the second pressing member 32 to the first position, and blocks the pen shaft 41 from rebounding under the action of the second elastic member 60, so that the pen point 42 remains extended, and the press pen is in the writing state.
After the use of the knock type pen is finished, the user presses the knock head 10 again to move along the length direction of the pen body 20, so as to drive the first knock member 31 to move until the third bevel 311 of the first knock member contacts with the bevel of the second bevel 321 of the second knock member, as shown in fig. 12, the first knock member 31 presses the second knock member 32, the guide rail 24 is separated from the second knock member 32, so that the second knock member 32 has no rotation limitation, the second knock member 32 rotates simultaneously with the pressing of the first knock member 31, the guide rail 24 gradually slides down along the second bevel 321 into the guide groove of the second knock member 32, and the third bevel 311 rotates to a next preparation position. When the thumb press 10 is released, the thumb press 10 automatically rebounds back to the original position under the elastic action of the first elastic member 50, so that the position of the thumb press 10 is kept fixed and cannot be shaken randomly, the second thumb press 32 is not limited by the guide rail 24 in the radial direction, the second elastic member 60 does not rebound under the compressive force, the pen shaft 41 rebounds to the original position under the action of the second elastic member 60, and the pen point 42 is accommodated in the hollow portion 28 (i.e., in a non-writing state), as shown in fig. 2.
The embodiment of the application also provides a pressing device, which comprises a pressing mechanism, a pressing head and a first elastic part, wherein the pressing head is connected to one end of the pressing mechanism and moves along a pressing direction to drive the pressing mechanism to move along the pressing direction, the first end of the first elastic part is abutted to the pressing head, the second end of the first elastic part is used for being fixed with an external component, when the pressing device is in a non-pressing state, the first elastic part is used for keeping the pressing head at the same position, and because the first end of the first elastic part is abutted to the pressing head and the second end is fixed, the pressing head can automatically rebound to the original position under the action of the first elastic part, so that the position of the pressing head is kept fixed and cannot shake randomly. In the above-described embodiments and implementations of the knock-type pen, the description of the knock mechanism, the knock head, and the first elastic member is also applicable to the knock device of the present embodiment, the knock direction may be a longitudinal direction of the pen body, and the external member may be an inner wall of the hollow portion.
