Further, the rivet feeding mechanism 400 includes a rivet conveying mechanism 410 and a first positioning mechanism 420 near an output end of the rivet conveying mechanism 410, please refer to fig. 5. Rivet conveying mechanism 410 is used for the rivet to carry one by one, the centre gripping of first fixture 500 centre gripping the rivet that rivet conveying mechanism 410 carried is placed first positioning mechanism 420 location back, the clamping arrives in the positioning fixture 300. In this embodiment, specifically, the rivet conveying mechanism 410 conveys rivets one by one, the rivets output by the rivet conveying mechanism 410 are clamped by the first clamping mechanism 500, the rivets are placed on the first positioning mechanism 420 for secondary positioning, and then the rivets in the first positioning mechanism 42 are clamped by the first clamping mechanism 500 and positioned on the positioning fixture 300, so that automatic feeding and positioning of the rivets into the positioning fixture 300 are realized.
Further, the rivet conveying mechanism 410 includes a disc conveying mechanism 411, a vibrator 412, a conveying track 413, a support seat 414, a pneumatic sliding table 415, and a positioning plate 416, as shown in fig. 6. The disc conveying mechanism 411, the straight vibrator 412 and the support seat 414 are sequentially arranged on the rack 100, and the conveying track 413 is arranged on the straight vibrator 412 and the end part of the conveying track is connected with the disc conveying mechanism 411. The pneumatic sliding table 415 is disposed on the supporting base 414, and the positioning plate 416 is disposed at an upper end of the pneumatic sliding table 415. The positioning plate 416 is provided with a positioning cavity for positioning the rivet. When the positioning plate 416 is pulled by the pneumatic sliding table 415 to move down to the bottom end, the bottom surface of the positioning cavity is flush with the bottom surface of the track groove of the conveying track 413. In this embodiment, the disc conveying mechanism 411 conveys rivets to the conveying track 413, the straight vibrator 412 conveys the rivets in the conveying track 413 forward to the inside of the positioning cavity of the positioning plate 416, the pneumatic sliding table 415 pushes the pneumatic sliding table 415 to move upward, so that the end face of the pneumatic sliding table 415 limits the rest of the rivets in the conveying track 413, and the first clamping mechanism 500 clamps the rivets in the positioning cavity and transfers the rivets to the first positioning mechanism 420.
Referring to fig. 7, the first positioning mechanism 420 includes a fixing base 421, a parallel clamp 422, a backing plate 423, and two clamping plates 424. The fixing seat 421 is disposed on the machine frame 100, the parallel clamp 422 is disposed at the upper end of the fixing seat 421, and the cushion plate 423 is disposed at the top end of the fixing seat 421 and extends between the two clamping jaws of the parallel clamp 422. The base plate 423 is provided with a guide groove, the two clamping plates 424 are slidably arranged in the guide groove and connected with corresponding clamping jaws, and the opposite sides of the two clamping plates 424 are provided with V-shaped grooves. In this embodiment, when the first clamping mechanism 500 clamps the rivet on the positioning plate 416 and places the rivet on the backing plate 423, the parallel clamp 422 pushes the two clamping plates 424 to move oppositely to clamp the rivet, so as to clamp the rivet through the two V-shaped grooves.
Further, referring to fig. 10, the first clamping mechanism 500 includes a first moving mechanism 501, a first connecting seat 502, a first rotating cylinder 503, a first pneumatic clamp 504, and a second pneumatic clamp 505. The first moving mechanism 510 is disposed on the rack 100, the first connecting base 502 is disposed at a moving end of the first moving mechanism 501, and the first moving mechanism 510 drives the first connecting base 502 to move up and down and laterally. An extension plate 506 is arranged at one end of the first connecting seat 502, and the second pneumatic clamp 505 is arranged at the bottom end of the extension plate 506; the first rotary cylinder 503 is disposed at the bottom of the first connecting seat 502, and the first pneumatic clamp 504 is disposed at the rotating end of the first rotary cylinder 503. In this embodiment, the first clamping mechanism 500 clamps the rivet while it is positioned in the positioning fixture 300; specifically, the first moving mechanism 501 drives the first connecting seat 502 to move, the first rotary cylinder 503 drives the first pneumatic clamp 504 to turn over above the positioning plate 416, and after the rivet is clamped, the first rotary cylinder 503 drives the first pneumatic clamp 504 to rotate, so that the rivet on the first pneumatic clamp 504 is positioned on the first positioning mechanism 420, the rivet on the first positioning mechanism 420 is clamped by the second pneumatic clamp 505, and the rivet is clamped and positioned in the positioning fixture 300 by the second pneumatic clamp 505 driven by the first moving mechanism 501.
Further, the aluminum sheet feeding mechanism 700 includes a belt conveyor 710 and a second positioning mechanism 720, refer to fig. 8 and 9. The belt conveyor 710 is supported on the machine frame 100, and a plurality of positioning grooves 711 are arranged on a conveying belt of the belt conveyor 710 and used for conveying and positioning aluminum sheets. The second positioning mechanism 720 is arranged close to the output end of the belt conveyor 710 and used for secondary positioning of the aluminum sheet. In this embodiment, the aluminum sheet is placed in the positioning groove 711, the belt conveyor 710 conveys the aluminum sheet to the bottom end of the second clamping mechanism 600 one by one, the second clamping mechanism 600 picks up the aluminum sheet in the positioning groove 711, and after the aluminum sheet is positioned to the second positioning mechanism 720 for fine positioning, the second positioning mechanism 720 positions the aluminum sheet for fine positioning in the positioning fixture 300, and the aluminum sheet is assembled with the rivet.
Further, the second positioning mechanism 720 includes a mounting seat 721, two positioning push plates 722 and two positioning cylinders 723. The mounting seat 721 is disposed on the rack 100, and a positioning pin 724 is disposed at the top of the mounting seat 721 and used for positioning a riveting hole of an aluminum sheet. The two positioning push plates 722 are oppositely arranged at the top of the mounting seat 721, and the two positioning cylinders 723 are connected with the corresponding push plates 722 and used for pushing the two positioning push plates 722 to move oppositely. In this embodiment, when the second clamping mechanism 600 picks up the aluminum sheet in the picking positioning groove 711 and moves to the upper side of the second positioning mechanism 720, the two positioning cylinders 723 push the pushing plate 722 to move, so that the aluminum sheet can be accurately positioned on the positioning pin 724 after the two pushing plates 722 position the aluminum sheet.
Further, referring to fig. 11, the second clamping mechanism 600 includes a second moving mechanism 601, a second connecting seat 602, a second rotary cylinder 603, a first mounting plate 604, a first suction head 604, a second mounting plate 605, and a second suction head 606. The second moving mechanism 601 is disposed on the frame 100, and the second connecting seat 602 is disposed on the moving seat of the second moving mechanism 601. The second moving mechanism 601 drives the second connecting seat 602 to move up and down and transversely. The second rotary cylinder 603 is disposed at one end of the second connecting seat 602, the first mounting plate 604 is disposed at a bottom end of the second rotary cylinder 603, and the first suction head 604 is disposed at a bottom end of the first mounting plate 604. The second mounting plate 605 is disposed at the other end of the second connecting seat 602, and the second suction head 606 is disposed at the bottom end of the second mounting plate 604. In this embodiment, the second moving mechanism 601 drives the first suction head 604 to move to the upper side of the positioning groove 711 to suck the aluminum sheet, the second rotary cylinder 603 drives the aluminum sheet to rotate to the second positioning mechanism 720 for secondary positioning, and then the second suction head 606 sucks the aluminum sheet, and the second moving mechanism 601 drives the second connecting seat 602 to move, so that the aluminum sheet is positioned on the rivet of the positioning fixture 300, and the assembly of the aluminum sheet and the rivet is realized.
Further, in the present embodiment, in order to realize the linkage of the first clamping mechanism 500 and the second clamping mechanism 600, the first clamping mechanism 500 and the second clamping mechanism 600 are driven to be linked by the double-station linkage manipulator 900. Specifically referring to fig. 12 to 14, the first clamping mechanism 500 and the second clamping mechanism 600 are oppositely disposed at two ends of the double-station linkage manipulator 900, and the double-station linkage manipulator 900 drives the first clamping mechanism 500 and the second clamping mechanism 600 to move oppositely.
Further, referring to fig. 12 to 14, the double-station linkage manipulator 900 includes a base 901, a lifting plate 902, a second pushing plate 903, a cross beam 904, a two-piece moving seat 905, a two-piece swinging arm 906, a rotating shaft 907, a first cam 908, a second cam 909, a first tension spring 910, a second tension spring 911 and a power piece 912. A vertical plate 913 extends upward from the base 901, and the lifting plate 902 is disposed on the back of the vertical plate 913 in a vertically sliding manner. The second push plate 903 is connected to the back surface of the lifting plate 902 in a vertically sliding manner. Crossbeam 904 is located the upper end of lifter plate 902, two remove the seat 905 relatively sliding connection in the both ends of crossbeam 904, each remove the seat 905 and extend and have connecting plate 914, be provided with vertical spout 915 on the connecting plate 914. The two swing arms 906 are pivoted on two sides of the upper end of the vertical plate 913, one end of each swing arm 906 is limited at the top of the second push plate 903, and the other end of each swing arm 906 is provided with a connecting pin 916 extending into the vertical sliding groove 915. The rotating shaft 907 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the vertical plate 913, the first cam 908 and the second cam 909 are sleeved on the rotating shaft 907, the first cam 908 abuts against the bottom of the lifting plate 902, and the second cam 908 abuts against the bottom of the second pushing plate 903. The first tension spring 910 is connected to the base 901 and the lifting plate 902, the second tension spring 911 is connected to the two movable seats 905, and the power member 912 is connected to the rotating shaft 907 and is used for driving the rotating shaft 907 to rotate. The first clamping mechanism 500 and the second clamping mechanism 600 are respectively connected with the corresponding movable seat 905. In this embodiment, the driving member 912 drives the rotating shaft 907 to rotate, the first cam 908 and the second cam 909 rotate along with the rotating shaft 907, the first cam 908 pushes the lifting plate 902 to move upward, the second cam 909 pushes the second pushing plate 903 to move upward, the second pushing plate 903 pushes the two swinging arms 906 to rotate, the swinging arms 906 push the corresponding moving seats to slide along the cross beam 904, and when the lower points of the first cam 908 and the second cam 909 are in contact with the lifting plate 902 and the second pushing plate 903, the two moving seats 901 move up and down and laterally under the tension of the first tension spring 910 and the second tension spring 911, so as to drive the first clamping mechanism 500 and the second clamping mechanism 600 to be linked.
Further, a pushing cylinder 917 is further disposed on a side of the lifting plate 902 facing the rotary table 200, referring to fig. 15, a pressing plate 918 is disposed at a telescopic end of the pushing cylinder 917, and a clearance hole is disposed at a bottom end of the pressing plate 918; after the rivet is positioned in the positioning fixture 300, the pressing plate 918 is pushed by the pressing cylinder 917 to press the rivet downwards, so that the rivet is attached to the positioning fixture 300, and the positioning accuracy is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 16 and 17, the ultrasonic welding mechanism 800 includes a translating mechanical clamp 810, an ultrasonic welding machine 820, a welding counter mold 830, and a transfer mechanism 840, which are disposed on the frame 100. And a welding upper die 821 is arranged on the ultrasonic welding machine 820, and the welding upper die 821 is positioned above the welding bottom die 830. And the bottom of the welding upper die 821 is provided with a clearance hole for a clearance rivet. The mechanical clamp 810 is used for clamping rivets assembled with aluminum sheets in the positioning clamp 300 to be positioned on the welding bottom die 830, and clamping the aluminum sheets on the welding bottom die 830 to be transferred to the transfer mechanism 840. Specifically, the mechanical clamp 810 for translation clamps the rivet with the aluminum sheet to be positioned on the welding bottom die 830, the upper welding die 821 on the ultrasonic welding machine 820 is pressed downwards, the head of the rivet and the aluminum sheet are welded together, the welded rivet is transferred to the transfer mechanism 840 through the mechanical clamp 810 for translation, and meanwhile, the rivet with the aluminum sheet assembled in the positioning clamp 300 for translation clamps is positioned on the welding bottom die 830 and circulates in sequence.
Further, referring to fig. 16 and 18, a shaping mechanism 850 is further disposed between the ultrasonic welding machine 820 and the transfer mechanism 830 for shaping the aluminum sheet. The shaping mechanism 850 includes a vertical plate 851, a base 852, a push-down cylinder 853, an upper shaping die 854, and a lower shaping die 855. The vertical plate 851 and the base 852 are disposed on the frame 100. The shaping lower die 855 is arranged on the base 852, and a positioning concave part for positioning an aluminum sheet and a rivet head is arranged on the shaping lower die 855. An installation part 856 extends from the top end of the vertical plate 851 to the upper part of the shaping upper die 854, the lower air cylinder 853 is arranged on the installation part 856, the shaping upper die 854 is arranged at the bottom of the lower air cylinder 853, and a clearance hole for clearance rivets is arranged at the bottom of the shaping upper die 854.
Further, referring to fig. 19, the translating mechanical clamp 810 includes a second seat 811, a translating seat 812, a guide 813, a carrier plate 814, a cam mechanism 815, a first link 816, a second link 817, and at least two sets of fifth pneumatic clamps 818. The second seat 811 is disposed on the rack 100, the translation seat 812 is slidably disposed on the second seat 811, the guide 813 is disposed on the translation seat 812, and the carrier 814 is disposed at a top end of the guide 813; the cam mechanism 815 is disposed in the frame 100, and the first link 816 connects the translation seat 812 and the cam mechanism 815 for pushing the translation seat 812 to translate. The second link 816 connects the carrier plate 814 and the cam mechanism 815, and is used to push the carrier plate 814 to move up and down. The fifth pneumatic clamp 818 is disposed on the carrier 814, the two jaws of the fifth pneumatic clamp 818 are relatively provided with clamp blocks 819, and opposite sides of the two clamp blocks 819 are provided with V-shaped positioning clamp slots. In this embodiment, the cam mechanism 815 pushes the first link 816 and the second link 817, the first link 816 translates the seat 812, so that the fifth pneumatic clamp 818 translates, the second link 817 pushes the carrier plate 814 to move upward, and the fifth pneumatic clamp 818 moves up and down, so that the fifth pneumatic clamp 818 can move up and down and translate, and the fifth pneumatic clamp 818 can clamp rivets and take out of the positioning fixture 300 one by one, and is positioned on the welding bottom die 830, transferred from the welding bottom die 830 to the shaping lower die 845, and finally transferred to the transfer mechanism 840.
Further, the aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device further includes a detection screening mechanism 10, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, which is disposed between the sheet feeding mechanism 700 and the ultrasonic welding mechanism 800, and is used for detecting the aluminum sheet in the positioning fixture 300. And detecting that no aluminum sheet exists, and taking out the rivet.
Further, referring to fig. 20, the aluminum sheet assembling rivet and welding integrated device further includes a cleaning mechanism 20, which is disposed between the rivet feeding mechanism 400 and the ultrasonic welding mechanism 800, and is used for cleaning the inside of the positioning fixture 300. The cleaning mechanism 20 comprises a stand 21, a head cover 22, a rotating motor 23 and a brush 24. The vertical seat 21 is arranged on the rack 100, the head cover 22 is arranged on one side, facing the rotary workbench 200, of the upper end of the vertical seat 21, and a clearance is arranged at the bottom of the head cover 22. The rotating motor 23 is arranged on the other side of the vertical seat 21, a rotating shaft of the rotating motor 23 extends into the head cover 22, the brush 24 is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the head cover 22 is connected with an air draft system pipeline. In this embodiment, the brush 24 is driven to rotate by the rotating motor 23, and the positioning jig 300 is cleaned.

An aluminum sheet assembling rivet and welding integrated device is characterized by comprising a rack, a rotary workbench, a plurality of groups of positioning clamps, a rivet feeding mechanism, a first clamping mechanism, a second clamping mechanism, an aluminum sheet feeding mechanism and an ultrasonic welding mechanism; the rotary worktable is arranged on the rack, and the plurality of groups of positioning fixtures are sequentially arranged along the edge of the rotary worktable; the rivet feeding mechanism, the first clamping mechanism, the second clamping mechanism, the aluminum sheet feeding mechanism and the ultrasonic welding mechanism are sequentially arranged on the rack around the rotary worktable; the first clamping mechanism is used for clamping the rivet on the rivet feeding mechanism and positioning the rivet into the positioning clamp, and the second clamping mechanism is used for clamping the aluminum sheet on the aluminum sheet feeding mechanism and assembling the aluminum sheet on the rivet; the ultrasonic welding mechanism is used for welding the aluminum sheet and the head of the rivet.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 1, wherein; the positioning clamp comprises a clamp body, a clamping block and a compression spring; the clamp body is provided with an aluminum sheet positioning cavity, a semicircular clamping position and a sliding groove; the clamping block is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, and a semicircular arc notch is formed in one end, facing the semicircular clamping position, of the clamping block; the compression spring is arranged in the sliding groove, one end of the compression spring is abutted against the clamping block, the other end of the compression spring is abutted against the end part of the sliding groove, and the compression spring extrudes the clamping block to enable the semicircular notch and the semicircular clamping position to form a rivet positioning cavity; the mouth of the rivet positioning cavity is provided with a guide part.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the sliding grooves penetrate through two sides of the clamp body, and a limiting plate crossing the sliding grooves is arranged on the top surface of the clamp body; the semicircular clamping positions are arranged on the two sides of the limiting plate; the number of the clamping blocks is two, the clamping blocks are respectively positioned on two sides of the limiting plate, and one end of each clamping block extends to the bottom of the limiting plate.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the end surfaces of the opposite ends of the two clamping blocks are inclined surfaces; the bottom of the clamp body is provided with a guide clearance hole; and one end of the ejection mechanism is provided with an ejector rod for extending into the guide clearance hole to extrude the two clamping blocks.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the rivet feeding mechanism comprises a rivet conveying mechanism and a first positioning mechanism close to the output end of the rivet conveying mechanism; the rivet conveying mechanism is used for conveying rivets one by one, and the first clamping mechanism clamps the rivets conveyed by the rivet conveying mechanism and places the rivets into the positioning fixture after the rivets are positioned by the first positioning mechanism.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the rivet conveying mechanism comprises a disc conveying mechanism, a straight vibrator, a conveying track, a supporting seat, a pneumatic sliding table and a positioning plate; the disc conveying mechanism, the straight vibrator and the supporting seat are sequentially arranged on the frame, the conveying track is arranged on the straight vibrator, and the end part of the conveying track is connected with the disc conveying mechanism; the pneumatic sliding table is arranged on the supporting seat, and the positioning plate is arranged at the upper end of the pneumatic sliding table; the positioning plate is provided with a positioning cavity for positioning the rivet; when the pneumatic sliding table pulls the positioning plate to move downwards to the bottom end, the bottom surface of the positioning cavity is flush with the bottom surface of the track groove of the conveying track;
the first positioning mechanism comprises a fixed seat, a parallel clamp, a base plate and two clamping plates; the fixed seat is arranged on the rack, the parallel clamp is arranged at the upper end of the fixed seat, and the base plate is arranged at the top end of the fixed seat and extends to a position between the two clamping jaws of the parallel clamp; the base plate is provided with a guide groove, the two clamping plates are slidably arranged in the guide groove and connected with corresponding clamping jaws, and the opposite sides of the two clamping plates are provided with V-shaped grooves.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein: the first clamping mechanism comprises a first moving mechanism, a first connecting seat, a first rotary cylinder, a first pneumatic clamp and a second pneumatic clamp; the first moving mechanism is arranged on the rack, the first connecting seat is arranged at the moving end of the first moving mechanism, and the first moving mechanism drives the first connecting seat to move up and down and transversely; one end of the first connecting seat is provided with an extension plate, and the second pneumatic clamp is arranged at the bottom end of the extension plate; the first rotary cylinder is arranged at the bottom of the first connecting seat, and the first pneumatic clamp is arranged at the rotating end of the first rotary cylinder.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the aluminum sheet feeding mechanism comprises a belt conveyor and a second positioning mechanism; the belt conveyor is supported on the rack, and a conveying belt of the belt conveyor is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves for conveying and positioning the aluminum sheets; and the second positioning mechanism is arranged close to the output end of the belt conveyor and used for secondary positioning of the aluminum sheet.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the second positioning mechanism comprises a mounting seat, two positioning push plates and two positioning cylinders; the mounting seat is arranged on the rack, and a positioning pin is arranged at the top of the mounting seat and used for positioning a riveting hole of an aluminum sheet; the two positioning push plates are oppositely arranged at the top of the mounting seat, and the two positioning cylinders are connected with the corresponding push plates and used for pushing the two positioning push plates to move oppositely.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 8 or 9, wherein: the second clamping mechanism comprises a second moving mechanism, a second connecting seat, a second rotary cylinder, a first mounting plate, a first adsorption head, a second mounting plate and a second adsorption head; the second moving mechanism is arranged on the rack, and the second connecting seat is arranged on the moving seat of the second moving mechanism; the second moving mechanism drives the second connecting seat to move up and down and transversely; the second rotary cylinder is arranged at one end of the second connecting seat, the first mounting plate is arranged at the bottom end of the second rotary cylinder, and the first adsorption head is arranged at the bottom end of the first mounting plate; the second mounting panel is located the other end of second connecting seat, the second adsorption head is located the bottom of second mounting panel.

The aluminum sheet assembling rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the double-station linkage manipulator is characterized by further comprising a double-station linkage manipulator, the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are arranged at two ends of the double-station linkage manipulator relatively, and the double-station linkage manipulator drives the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism to move oppositely.

The aluminum sheet assembly rivet and welding integrated device as claimed in claim 11, wherein: the double-station linkage manipulator comprises a base, a lifting plate, a second push plate, a cross beam, two moving seats, two swing arms, a rotating shaft, a first cam, a second cam, a first tension spring, a second tension spring and a power part; the base extends upwards to form a vertical plate, and the lifting plate is arranged on the back of the vertical plate in a vertically sliding manner; the second push plate is connected to the back of the lifting plate in a vertically sliding manner; the beam is arranged at the upper end of the lifting plate, the two moving seats are relatively and slidably connected to the two ends of the beam, a connecting plate extends from each moving seat, and a vertical sliding chute is formed in each connecting plate; the two swing arms are pivoted on two sides of the upper end of the vertical plate, one end of each swing arm is limited at the top of the second push plate, and the other end of each swing arm is provided with a connecting pin extending into the vertical sliding groove; the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the lower end of the vertical plate, the first cam and the second cam are sleeved on the rotating shaft, the first cam abuts against the bottom of the lifting plate, and the second cam abuts against the bottom of the second pushing plate; the first tension spring is connected with the base and the lifting plate, the second tension spring is connected with the two moving seats, and the power part is connected with the rotating shaft and used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate; the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism are respectively connected with the corresponding movable seat.
