In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 7 to 11, when the outer wall of the fixing member 110 is provided with the channel 112, the outer wall of the fixing member 110 is provided with a plurality of convex strips 115, the channel 112 is formed between two adjacent convex strips 115, and the outer surfaces of the plurality of convex strips 115 are projected in the axial direction of the tube assembly 120 to form a closed loop; or, the outer wall of the fixing member 110 is provided with a groove 116, the inner space of the groove 116 forms the channel 112, and the outer surface of the fixing member 110 is a closed loop in the axial projection of the pipe assembly 120.
It should be noted that the protruding strips 115 may be disposed continuously or may be disposed in several sections. The number of the grooves 116 may be one or more, and may be set as needed, which is not limited herein.
In the guiding catheter replacement assisting device 100 provided by this embodiment, the projection of the surface of the fixing member 110, which is in contact with the inner wall of the vessel, in the axial direction of the tube assembly 120 is a closed ring, so that when the guide wire 300 is located at each position of the periphery of the fixing member 110, the fixing member 110 can press the guide wire 300 against the inner wall of the vessel, and the guide wire 300 is fixed effectively and reliably.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the charging and discharging member 130 includes a connecting member 131 and an injection member, wherein the connecting member 131 is used for sealing the injection member with the switch member 123,
it should be noted that the connecting element 131 may be configured as a luer connector or a needle holder, and the injection element may be a syringe or a syringe pump, etc., and may be selected according to the needs, which is not limited herein. The guide catheter replacement assisting device 100 having the above structure is convenient for fluid filling and discharging and has good sealing performance.
The present embodiment also provides a method for replacing a guide catheter, the method for replacing a guide catheter using the guide catheter replacement assistance device 100, the method for replacing a guide catheter comprising:
loading a first guide catheter within the vessel, loading the guidewire 300 within the first guide catheter with the distal end of the guidewire 300 beyond the distal end of the first guide catheter;
loading the guide catheter exchange aid 100 in the first guide catheter with the fixing member 110 interposed between the distal end of the first guide catheter and the distal end of the guide wire 300;
injecting fluid into the accommodating cavity 111 of the fixing member 110 through the tube assembly 120 by using the filling and discharging member 130, so that the guide wire 300 is pressed against the inner wall of the vessel after the accommodating cavity 111 is enlarged;
disconnecting the charging and discharging member 130 from the tube assembly 120, withdrawing the first guide catheter from the guide wire 300, and loading the second guide catheter over the guide wire 300 until the distal end of the second guide catheter is proximal to the proximal end of the anchor 110;
reconnecting the stent 130 to the tube assembly 120, removing fluid from the receiving lumen 111 through the tube assembly 120 using the stent 130 to release the guidewire 300 from the inner wall of the vessel;
the guide catheter replacement assistance device 100 is withdrawn from the second guide catheter.
The operating physician can independently complete the replacement of the guiding catheter 200 by using the guiding catheter replacement assisting device 100 and adopting the method, the operation is simple, the time consumption is short, and the pain of the patient can be relieved; when the fixing member 110 is provided with the channel 112, the blood in the patient's vessel can flow through the channel 112 of the fixing member 110 while the guiding catheter 200 is replaced, so that the pain of the patient can be further relieved, and the injury of the patient due to vessel blockage can be avoided.

Claims (10)

1. A guide catheter replacement assistance device for use with a guide catheter and a guidewire, comprising: the guide catheter replacing auxiliary device comprises a fixing piece, a pipe assembly and a charging and discharging piece which are sequentially connected from the far end to the near end; the anchor has an expandable receiving lumen, the tube assembly is for placement within the catheter, and the tube assembly has a selectively closable lumen in communication with the receiving lumen, the charging and discharging member is removably coupled to the tube assembly, the charging and discharging member is for injecting fluid through the tube assembly into the receiving lumen to press the guidewire against the inner wall of the vessel, and removing fluid from the receiving lumen through the tube assembly to release the guidewire from the inner wall of the vessel.
2. The guide catheter replacement assistance device of claim 1, wherein: the tube assembly comprises a tube member and a switch member which are connected, the tube member is connected with the fixing member and is provided with the tube cavity, and the switch member is detachably connected with the charging and discharging member and is used for selectively closing the proximal end of the tube cavity.
3. The guide catheter replacement assistance device of claim 2, wherein: the switch piece comprises a first connector, a flexible piece and a second connector, wherein a first through hole is formed in the first connector, and a step is arranged on the inner wall of the first through hole; the flexible piece is arranged in the first through hole, and a second through hole which can be communicated with the first through hole is formed in the flexible piece; the second connector is movably arranged in the first through hole, and the second connector can move to enable the flexible piece to be tightly pressed on the step, so that the second through hole is closed.
4. The guide catheter replacement assistance device of claim 3, wherein: the second connector be equipped with the third through-hole of second through-hole intercommunication, the second connector with in the first connector with the pipe connection, the second connector with in the first connector another with the piece can be dismantled and be connected.
5. The guide catheter replacement assistance device of claim 3, wherein: the second connector with first connector threaded connection or detachable joint.

The guide catheter replacement assistance device of claim 2, wherein: the switch piece comprises a valve body with an inner cavity and a valve core with a fourth through hole, one end of the valve body is connected with the pipe fitting, the other end of the valve body is detachably connected with the charging and discharging piece, the valve core is rotatably arranged in the valve body, and the fourth through hole is separated from or communicated with the inner cavity along with the rotation of the valve core.

The guide catheter replacement assistance device of claim 2, wherein: the pipe fitting is a hypotube, the hypotube is provided with the pipe cavity, a metal wire extending along the axial direction of the hypotube is arranged on the pipe wall of the hypotube, and the metal wire extends to the far end of the fixing piece.

The guide catheter replacement assistance device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the fixing piece is provided with a channel which is separated from the accommodating cavity and is used for keeping the vessel in conduction; the channel is arranged in the fixing piece, or the channel is arranged on the outer wall of the fixing piece.

The guide catheter replacement assistance device of claim 8, wherein: when the channel is arranged on the outer wall of the fixing piece, a plurality of convex strips are arranged on the outer wall of the fixing piece, the channel is formed between every two adjacent convex strips, and the axial projection of the outer walls of the convex strips on the pipe assembly is a closed loop; or the outer wall of the fixing piece is provided with a groove, the inner space of the groove forms the channel, and the axial projection of the outer wall of the fixing piece on the pipe assembly is a closed loop.
