when the sleep-aiding head band is worn, the two first massagers are positioned at the positions of the sleep-aiding points on the left side and the right side of the head, and the second massagers are positioned at the positions of the Baihui points in the middle of the top of the head.

A sleep-assisting head band as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end of the head band is provided with a fixing band, the adjusting mechanism comprises a fixing seat and a limiting rod, the fixing seat is fixed on the fixing band, the fixing seat is provided with an adjusting channel for the head band to pass through, a plurality of limiting blocks are uniformly distributed on the outer side surface of the head band, the fixing seat is provided with a first through hole, the middle of the limiting rod is rotatably connected with the fixing seat, one end of the limiting rod passes through the first through hole and is clamped between the two limiting blocks, and a spring is arranged between the other end of the limiting rod and the fixing seat.

A sleep-assisting head band as claimed in claim 1, wherein a liquid outlet is provided on the liquid medicine tank, a liquid infusion tube is connected to the liquid outlet, the end of the liquid infusion tube extends to the massage head, a sponge strip is filled in the liquid infusion tube, one end of the sponge strip extends to the inside of the liquid medicine tank, and the other end of the sponge strip extends to the outside of the liquid infusion tube and contacts with the skin of the user.

5. The sleep-assisting head band as claimed in claim 1, wherein the output end of the motor is provided with a low-frequency pulse emitter, the end of the massage head is provided with an electrode plate, and the low-frequency pulse emitter is electrically connected with the electrode plate.
6. The sleep-aiding head band as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a moving base provided on the headband and movable in a longitudinal direction of the headband on a body, the first massager being provided on the moving base.
7. The sleep-aiding head band as claimed in claim 6, wherein a second through hole is provided on the movable seat, and the first massager is disposed toward the inner side of the headband through the second through hole.

The sleep-assisting head band as claimed in claim 7, wherein an electric push rod is provided at an output end of the motor, a fixed end of the electric push rod is connected to an output end of the motor, an output end of the electric push rod is connected to the massage head, and the electric push rod is located in the second through hole.
9. The sleep-aiding head band as claimed in claim 6, wherein the outer side surfaces of the left and right ends of the head band are both wavy curved surfaces, and the movable seat is provided with a buckle which is engaged with the wavy curved surfaces.

A sleep aid head band as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a controller and a remote controller, the controller being electrically connected to the remote controller and the infrared emitter, the motor, the electric push rod and the low frequency pulse emitter in the first and second massagers, respectively.
