The top of the front foot component 2 is hinged with the bottom of the handle component 1 at a first hinge point 61, the top of the rear foot component 3 is hinged with the handle component 1, a connecting rod 5 is hinged between the rear foot component 3 and the front foot component 2, and the handle component 1, the front foot component 2, the rear foot component 3 and the connecting rod 5 form a foldable four-bar linkage mechanism. The armrest assembly 4 is formed by assembling a rod or a plurality of rods, one end of the armrest assembly is hinged to the second hinge point 62 with the connecting rod 5 or the rear foot assembly 3, and the middle part of the armrest assembly is hinged to the front foot assembly 2 or the handle assembly 1 at the third hinge point 63. The armrest component 4 is specifically folded along with other components:
the first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, the third hinge point 63 is slidable relative to the front foot assembly 2 or the handlebar assembly 1. The specific folding process is as follows: for example, the second hinge point 62 is disposed on the connecting rod 5, the third hinge point 63 is disposed on the front leg assembly 2, when the stroller starts to fold, the handle assembly 1 and the front leg assembly 2 rotate around the first hinge point 61 to close the rear leg assembly 3, the connecting rod 5 drives the handle assembly 4 to rotate around the second hinge point 62, the third hinge point 63 is driven to slide on the front leg assembly 2, and simultaneously, the connecting rod 5 rotates around the third hinge point 63 relative to the front leg assembly 2 until the folding is completed.
Example two: as shown in fig. 2, the portion of the armrest assembly 4 at the second hinge point 62 and the third hinge point 63 is a telescopic rod structure. The specific folding process is as follows: for example, the third hinge point 63 is disposed on the front foot assembly 2, the second hinge point 62 is disposed on the connecting rod 5, when the stroller is folded, the handle assembly 1 and the front foot assembly 2 rotate around the first hinge point to close the rear foot assembly 3, the second hinge point 62 and the third hinge point 63 move away from each other, and the armrest assembly 4 is stretched immediately until the folding is completed.
In the folding process of the baby carriage, all components in the four-bar mechanism are drawn together, and finally folded into a flat shape, so that the baby carriage is convenient to store. And handrail component 4 has the connection of two places and other subassemblies at least, has improved the structural stability under the expansion state, and more traditional structure is more firm, is difficult for rocking.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the armrest assembly 4 comprises a straight rod section 41 and a curved rod section 42 for holding by a child, the middle part of the straight rod section 41 is hinged to the front foot assembly 2 or the handle assembly 1 at a third hinge point 63, and the curved rod section 42 connects the two side straight rod sections 41 and is assembled with the straight rod sections 41 to form a limiting rod for preventing the child from sliding out of the stroller. The connecting part of the handrail component 4 and other components is a straight rod, so that the structural strength is further improved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in one embodiment, during the folding of the stroller, the handle assembly 1 and the front leg assembly 2 are rotated toward the rear leg assembly 3 until the folding is completed, and in the folded state, the curved bar section 42 is extended away from the handle assembly 1, so that the adult can hold the curved bar section 42 and carry and move the curved bar section 42 in the folded state.
In one embodiment, a locking mechanism for keeping the stroller in the unfolded state is disposed at the first hinge point 61, and in the locked state, the armrest assembly 4 in the first embodiment is relatively fixed with respect to the other assemblies and does not slide; the arm rest assembly 4 of the second embodiment cannot be extended or contracted by itself. In one embodiment, the locking mechanism includes a locking pin (not shown) disposed on one of the front foot assembly 2 and the handlebar assembly 1 and a locking slot (not shown) disposed on the other such that the stroller has:
in the locking state, the locking pin extends into the locking groove and limits the handle assembly 1 to rotate around the first hinge point 61;
when the locking state is released, the locking pin exits the locking groove, and the handle assembly 1 can rotate around the first hinge point 61.
In one embodiment, the handle assembly 1 is provided with a protrusion 11, and the rear foot assembly 3 is hinged at the protrusion 11, so that after the stroller is folded, the handle assembly 1 is closer to the rear foot assembly 3, and the folding volume is smaller.
In one embodiment, the front foot assembly 2, the rear foot assembly 3 and the handlebar assembly 1 are coplanar, which makes the stroller more compact. In the preferred embodiment, the handlebar assembly 1 and the forefoot assembly 2 are collinear in the unfolded state, further contributing to the appearance of being compact.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the front leg assembly 2 is provided with a first wheel 21, and the bottom of the rear leg assembly 3 is provided with a second wheel 31 for the stroller to move, and preferably, the wheel spacing of the first wheel 21 is smaller than the wheel spacing of the second wheel 31, so that the first wheel 21 can be partially folded into the second wheel 31 to reduce the folded volume.
In one embodiment, the handle assembly 1 can be folded or extended to further reduce the volume after folding.
The handrail component in the perambulator of this application has two tie points with other subassemblies at least, and more traditional perambulator of only a pin joint, its structural strength is higher, is difficult for rocking. And the handrail component can be arranged on other components in a sliding way or the handrail component is provided with a telescopic rod structure to realize synchronous folding with the whole vehicle.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features. When technical features in different embodiments are represented in the same drawing, it can be seen that the drawing also discloses a combination of the embodiments concerned.
The above examples only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application.
