2. The lid structure of claim 1, wherein the lid body is provided with a mounting cavity, and the water inlet is disposed on a bottom wall of the mounting cavity.
3. The lid structure of claim 2, wherein a connecting section is provided between the side wall of the water inlet and the side wall of the mounting cavity, and the cover body covers at least a portion of the connecting section.
4. The lid flipping structure of claim 1, wherein the lid body is provided with a protrusion structure, and the protrusion structure is disposed between the pivot portion and the water inlet.

The kettle lid flip structure according to claim 4, wherein the kettle lid body is provided with a mounting cavity, and the water inlet is arranged on the bottom wall of the mounting cavity; the water inlet is characterized in that a connecting section is arranged between the side wall of the water inlet and the side wall of the mounting cavity, the blocking cover body covers at least one part of the connecting section, and the protruding structure is arranged on the connecting section.
6. Lid-flipping structure according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the protrusion structure is provided as a cylinder section, which extends in a direction towards the lid-retaining body.

The lid flipping structure of claim 4 or 5, wherein the protrusion structure comprises at least two protrusion sections arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the water inlet, and the protrusion sections are connected with the cover blocking bodies in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
8. The lid flipping structure of claim 1, wherein the lid body is provided with a mounting protrusion, and the pivot portion is pivotally connected to the mounting protrusion.
9. The lid flipping structure according to claim 1, wherein an abutting structure is provided between the lid body and the lid body.
10. The lid flipping structure of claim 9, wherein the abutting structure comprises an extension section disposed on the pivot portion, the extension section is configured to abut against the lid body.
11. The lid flipping structure of claim 9, wherein the at least two lid blocking bodies are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the water inlet, and the ends of any two adjacent lid blocking bodies are used for abutting against each other.

The lid flipping structure according to claim 11, wherein the lid body has a bending section at an end thereof adjacent to the water inlet, the bending section extends in a direction toward the water inlet, and the bending sections of any two adjacent lid bodies are configured to abut against each other.
13. The lid flipping structure of claim 9, wherein the abutting structure comprises a protrusion structure provided on the lid body, the protrusion structure being configured to abut against the lid body.
14. The lid-flipping structure according to claim 13, wherein the protrusion structure comprises a barrel section, and/or comprises at least two protrusion sections arranged at intervals along the circumference of the water inlet, and/or comprises a riser.
15. The lid flipping structure of claim 13, wherein the protrusion structure comprises a cylinder section, and an annular retainer ring is disposed on an end of an inner wall of the cylinder section, and the annular retainer ring is configured to abut against the lid body.

The lid flipping structure of claim 9, wherein the abutting structure comprises a bending section, the bending section is disposed at an end of the lid body close to the water inlet, the bending section extends in a direction toward the water inlet, and the end of the bending section close to the water inlet is configured to abut against the lid body.
17. The lid-flipping structure of claim 1, wherein the lid-flipping body is provided with a magnetic attraction body.
18. The lid flipping structure of claim 17, wherein the magnetic attracting member is disposed on a side of the lid retaining member adjacent to the water inlet.
19. The lid flipping structure of claim 17, wherein the lid body has a bending section at an end thereof adjacent to the water inlet, the bending section extends in a direction toward the water inlet, the magnetic attraction body is disposed on a side of the lid body facing the water inlet, and the magnetic attraction body abuts against a side of the bending section.
20. The lid-flipping structure of claim 17, wherein the magnetic element is a magnet or an iron block.
21. The lid structure of claim 1, wherein a pivot connection structure is disposed between the lid body and the lid body, the pivot connection structure comprises a pivot shaft and a first mounting hole, and the pivot shaft is connected to the first mounting hole.
22. The lid flipping structure of claim 21, wherein the pivot connection structure further comprises a second mounting hole for connecting to the pivot connection, and a mounting notch is provided on a sidewall of the second mounting hole.
23. The lid flipping structure of claim 22, wherein the lid body has a cavity, the water inlet is disposed on the bottom wall of the cavity, a connection section is disposed between the sidewall of the water inlet and the sidewall of the cavity, the connection section is detachably connected to the lid body, and the connection section covers the opening.
24. A liquid storage container comprising a container body provided with a containing cavity, characterized by comprising the lid-flipping structure of any one of claims 1 to 23, wherein the lid-flipping structure covers the opening of the containing cavity.
25. A liquid heating apparatus comprising a heating base and a water adding arm, wherein the apparatus comprises the liquid storage container of claim 24, and further comprises a driving mechanism for driving the end of the cover close to the water inlet to be away from the water inlet.
