Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the application, as detailed in the appended claims.
The display module comprises a back plate and a display panel arranged on the back plate. In the related art, referring to fig. 1, the back panel 110 'generally includes a side wall plate 111' and a carrier plate 112 'bent inward from an end of the side wall plate 111', so that a receiving cavity is defined between the side wall plate 111 'and the carrier plate 112', and the display panel 120 'is disposed in the receiving cavity, so that the display panel 120' is obstructed by the side wall plate 111 'when the display panel 120' is mounted, and the assembly efficiency is low. Based on this, this application has proposed a display module assembly and display device, aim at solving above-mentioned defect.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a display module 100. Referring to fig. 2 to 9, the display module 100 is used for displaying images, videos, and the like, and the display module 100 includes a back plate 110, a connecting member 120, and a display panel 130.
The back plate 110 may include a bottom plate 111, a first bending section 112 and a second bending section 113 which are connected in sequence, the first bending section 112 is folded and attached to the outer edge of the bottom plate 111, and the second bending section 113 is folded and attached to the bottom plate 111, and the first bending section 112 is far away from one end of the outer edge and is folded and extended towards the direction far away from the bottom plate 111. Through the setting of the first bending section 112 of the back plate 110 attached to the bottom plate 111, the bending resistance and the torsion resistance of the back plate 110 can be enhanced, the structural strength of the back plate 110 is enhanced, and the structural strength of the display module 100 is further improved.
Meanwhile, the bottom plate 111, the first bending section 112 and the second bending section 113 are formed by an integral bending process, so that on one hand, the assembling procedure of the bottom plate 111, the first bending section 112 and the second bending section 113 can be omitted, and the flatness of the back plate 110 is better; on the other hand, the connection strength of the bottom plate 111, the second bending section 113 and the second bending section 113 can also be enhanced, so that the structure of the back plate 110 is more stable.
The connecting member 120 is connected to the first bending section 112 and/or the second bending section 113. It is understood that the connection of the connecting member 120 to the first bending section 112 and/or the second bending section 113 may be any connection; for example, it may be a snap connection, an adhesive connection, a spot welding connection, a screw connection, or the like.
The display panel 130 is located on a side of the second bending section 113 away from the bottom plate 111, the display panel 130 includes a display area 131 and a non-display area 132 located outside the display area 131, the non-display area 132 has an inner surface 132a facing the bottom plate 111, an outer surface 132b facing away from the bottom plate 111, and an outer circumferential surface 132c connecting the inner surface 132a and the outer surface 132b, the inner surface 132a is connected to the connecting member 120, and the outer surface 132b and the outer circumferential surface 132c serve as appearance surfaces of the display module 100. Through the internal surface 132a with display panel 130 connecting piece 120, the surface 132b and the outer peripheral face 132c of display panel 130 are as the outward appearance face of display module assembly 100 for whole display panel 130 can be observed from the side of display module assembly 100, and display panel 130 presents the suspension effect promptly, and the equipment is more convenient and can promote user visual experience.
The back plate 110 may be used to mount a reflective sheet, a light guide plate, an optical film, etc. therein. The back plate 110 may be made of any material having a certain hardness, such as metal and plastic. Of course, in order to make the back plate 110 have the characteristics of hardness and lightness, the back plate 110 may preferably be made of a metal material; specifically, it may be made of iron plate, aluminum alloy plate, magnesium alloy plate, or the like.
The second bending section 113 of the back plate 110 and the first bending section 112 may be disposed at any angle greater than 0 ° and less than 180 °, for example, at an angle of 60 °, 70 °, 80 °, 90 °, 100 °, 110 °, or 120 °. Preferably, the second bending section 113 and the first bending section 112 are arranged at an included angle of 90 °, so that the back plate 110 has a strong bending resistance.
In order to provide sufficient supporting strength for the back plate 110 to the display panel 130, the width of the first bending section 112 may be substantially equal to the width of the non-display area 132 of the display panel 130. For example, when the width of the non-display area 132 is between 5.0mm and 5.9mm, the width of the first bending section 112 may be about 6 mm. Preferably, the width of the first bending section 112 may be greater than 6mm, for example, the width of the first bending section 112 may be 8mm to 10 mm.
In an implementation, the connecting element 120 may include a third bending section 121, where the third bending section 121 is folded from an end of the second bending section 113 away from the first bending section 112 and is spaced apart from the first bending section 112, and a surface of the third bending section 121 away from the first bending section 112 is connected to the inner surface 132 a. The third bending section 121 of the connecting member 120 and the second bending section 113 of the back plate 110 are integrally formed by bending, i.e., the back plate 110 can be directly formed with the third bending section 121 connected to the inner surface 132a by an integral bending process, so that the production process can be simplified, the production cost can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved.
It is understood that the third bending section 121 and the first bending section 112 may be respectively located at opposite sides of the second bending section 113, that is, the third bending section 121 is located at the inner side of the second bending section 113; the third bending section 121 and the first bending section 112 may also be located on the same side of the second bending section 113, that is, the third bending section 121 is located on the outer side of the second bending section 113. Preferably, after the inner surface 132a of the non-display area 132 is connected to the third bending section 121, the outer peripheral surface 132c of the non-display area 132 can approach or even form the outermost edge of the whole display module 100, so as to increase the screen occupation ratio of the display panel 130, and the third bending section 121 is preferably located outside the second bending section 113. Meanwhile, the third bending section 121 is arranged at the outer side of the second bending section 113, so that the display panel 130 can span the second bending section 113, that is, the display panel 130 is supported by the second bending section 113, thereby reducing the stress of the third bending section 121 and improving the stability of the display module 100; and because the first bending section 112 is attached to the bottom plate 111, the connection surface of the third bending section 121 connected to the inner surface 132a has sufficient supporting strength under the condition of being narrow, so that the widths of the first bending section 112 and the third bending section 121 can be reduced, and the miniaturization of the display module 100 is realized.
The third bending section 121 and the second bending section 113 may be disposed at any included angle between more than 0 ° and less than 180 °, for example, at an included angle of 60 °, 70 °, 80 °, 90 °, 100 °, 110 °, or 120 °. Preferably, the third bending section 121 and the second bending section 113 are arranged at an included angle of 90 °, so that the back plate 110 and the third bending section 121 have strong bending resistance. That is, preferably, the first bend section 112 and the third bend section 121 are perpendicular to the second bend section 113.
When the third bending section 121 is disposed outside the second bending section 113, a projection of the third bending section 121 on the bottom plate 111 may be located inside the bottom plate 111 or outside the bottom plate 111. Since the edge of the third bending section 121 may be formed into a relatively sharp edge by a cutting process, etc., the projection of the third bending section 121 on the bottom plate 111 is disposed in the bottom plate 111 to avoid the edge of the third bending section 121 from being cut.
The third bending portion 121 may be directly connected to the inner surface 132a of the non-display region 132, and the third bending portion 121 may also be connected to the inner surface 132a of the non-display region 132 through an intermediate member. When the third bending section 121 is directly connected to the inner surface 132a of the non-display area 132, only the relative relationship between the size of the third bending section 121 and the size of the inner surface 132a of the non-display area 132 needs to be considered, for example, the length and/or the width of the third bending section 121 is approximately equal to the length and/or the width of the inner surface 132a of the non-display area 132, so that the precision requirement of the display module 100 can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved. When the third bending segment 121 is connected to the inner surface 132a of the non-display region 132 through the intermediate member, the display panel 130 is supported by the third bending segment 121 and the intermediate member, so that the structural strength requirement of the third bending segment 121 can be reduced, and the third bending segment 121 and the backplate 110 can be easily formed by an integral bending process.
Specifically, when the third bending section 121 is directly connected to the inner surface 132a of the non-display area 132, and the third bending section 121 and the first bending section 112 are located on the same side of the second bending section 113, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the connecting member 120 may only include the third bending section 121. Because the back plate 110 and the third bending section 121 are directly formed by an integral bending process, that is, the back plate 110 and the third bending section 121 belong to different parts of the same component, the connecting member 120 is set to include only the third bending section 121, that is, the display panel 130 can be supported by only one component, so that the assembling process of the display module 100 can be saved, and the production cost can be reduced. In another embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the connecting member 120 may further include a middle frame 122 besides the third bending section 121, the first bending section 112, the second bending section 113, and the third bending section 121 enclose to form an accommodating cavity N, at least a portion of the middle frame 122 may be located in the accommodating cavity N and abut against the first bending section 112 and the third bending section 121, and at this time, the middle frame 122 may enhance the bending resistance and the torsion resistance of the back plate 110, and enhance the structural strength of the display module 100. In this case, the middle frame 122 can be connected with the first bending section 112 and the third bending section 121 in an interference fit manner, i.e., a snap fit manner, so that the connection is more convenient; the middle frame 122 may also be connected to at least one of the first bending section 112, the second bending section 113, and the third bending section 121 by means of an adhesive, spot welding, screws, or the like.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 4, the middle frame 122 may be wholly located in the accommodating cavity N, and referring to fig. 5, the middle frame 122 may also be partially located in the accommodating cavity N. When the middle frame 122 is integrally located in the accommodating cavity N, the middle frame 122 is shielded by the display panel 130 or the third bending section 121 when being viewed from the front of the display panel 130, so that the screen occupation ratio of the display panel 130 can be visually enlarged, and the user experience is improved. When the middle frame 122 is partially positioned in the accommodating cavity N, the middle frame 122 can be disassembled and assembled in the accommodating cavity N through the exposed part of the middle frame 122, so that the assembly is more convenient; meanwhile, the exposed part of the middle frame 122 can also play a role of a decoration, and the aesthetic property of the display module 100 is improved.
When the middle frame 122 is partially located in the receiving cavity N, referring to fig. 5, the middle frame 122 may include a first portion 1221 and a second portion 1222, and the first portion 1221 may be located in the receiving cavity N and abut against the first bent segment 112 and the third bent segment 121, so that the first portion 1221 can function to enhance the bending and torsion resistance of the back plate 110. The second portion 1222 may be located outside the receiving cavity N and connected with the first portion 1221; in this way, the second portion 1222 outside the receiving cavity N can be forced to achieve the mounting and dismounting of the middle frame 122 in the receiving cavity N, and the second portion 1222 can function as a decoration.
Preferably, in order to make the structure of the display module 100 more compact and smaller, referring to fig. 5, one end of the second portion 1222 may be flush with a surface of the third bending section 121 facing away from the first bending section 112, and the other end of the second portion 1222 may be flush with a surface of the bottom plate 111 facing away from the first bending section 112, so that the middle frame 122 wraps the back plate 110 and the third bending section 121 when viewed from a side of the display module 100, which can make the structure of the display module 100 more orderly and make the middle frame 122 have a better decorative effect.
In the third bending section 121 connected to the inner surface 132a of the non-display area 132 via an intermediate member, and the third bend 121 and the first bend 112 are located on the same side of the second bend 113, the intermediate piece may include the third portion 1223 of the middle frame 122, that is, referring to fig. 6, the middle frame 122 may include a third portion 1223 in addition to the first portion 1221 and the second portion 1222 described above, the third portion 1223 can be located outside the accommodating cavity N and fit against the surface of the third bending section 121 facing away from the first bending section 112, the third portion 1223 is connected to the second portion 1222, the third bent segment 121 may be connected to the inner surface 132a via the third portion 1223, so configured, the first portion 1221, the third portion 1223 and the third bending section 121 will jointly carry the display panel 130, the structural strength requirement of the third bending segment 121 can be reduced, so that the third bending segment 121 and the back plate 110 are more easily formed by an integral bending process.
In another implementation, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the connecting member 120 may include a middle frame 124, the middle frame 124 may include a first portion 1241, the first portion 1241 and the first bend 112 may be located on the same side of the second bend 113, that is, the first portion 1241 is located on the outer side of the second bend 113, and the first portion 1241 is connected to the inner surface 132a away from the surface of the first bend 112. By disposing the first portion 1241 of the connecting inner surface 132a outside the second bending section 113, the outer peripheral surface 132c of the non-display area 132 can be close to or even form the outermost edge of the entire display module 100, thereby increasing the screen occupation ratio of the display panel 130. Because the first bending section 112 is attached to the bottom plate 111, the connection surface of the first portion 1241 connected to the inner surface 132a has sufficient support strength even when the connection surface is narrow, so that the widths of the first bending section 112 and the first portion 1241 can be reduced, and the miniaturization of the display module 100 is realized.
The first portion 1241 may connect the first bend 112, the second bend 113, or both the first bend 112 and the second bend 113. Specifically, the connection may be by means of an adhesive, spot welding, screws, or the like. When the first portion 1241 is connected to the first bending section 112, one end of the first portion 1241 needs to extend to the first bending section 112 and be connected to the first bending section 112, and the other end of the first portion 1241 needs to extend to the inner surface 132a of the non-display area 132 and be connected to the inner surface 132a, at this time, the size of the first portion 1241 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 111 is large, and the supporting effect on the display panel 130 is excellent. Preferably, the first portion 1241 can be attached to both the first bending section 112 and the second bending section 113, so that the structure of the display module 100 is more compact and the impurities such as dust are prevented from falling into the display module.
The end of the first portion 1241 facing away from the non-display area 132 may be flush with the surface of the first bending section 112 facing away from the bottom plate 111, or flush with the surface of the bottom plate 111 facing away from the first bending section 112. When the end of the first portion 1241 away from the non-display area 132 is flush with the surface of the first bending section 112 away from the bottom plate 111, the structure of the middle frame 124 can be more compact, and the weight of the display module 100 can be reduced. When the end of the first portion 1241 departing from the non-display area 132 is flush with the surface of the bottom plate 111 departing from the first bending section 112, when viewed from the side of the display module 100, the middle frame 124 wraps the back plate 110, so that the structure of the display module 100 is more tidy and a better decoration effect is achieved.
Furthermore, referring to fig. 9, the middle frame 124 may further include a second portion 1242, the second portion 1242 is attached to the surface of the second bending section 113 away from the first bending section 112 and connected to the first portion 1241, and a surface of the second portion 1242 away from the second bending section 113 is flush with a surface of the first portion 1241 away from the first bending section 112. By providing the second portion 1242, on one hand, the connection area between the middle frame 124 and the inner surface 132a can be increased, and the connection performance can be enhanced; on the other hand, the contact area between the middle frame 124 and the back plate 110 can be increased, and the bearing capacity of the middle frame 124 and the back plate 110 on the display panel 130 can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the display module 100 may further include an adhesive member 140, wherein the adhesive member 140 is located between the connecting member 120 and the inner surface 132a to connect the connecting member 120 and the inner surface 132 a. Specifically, the adhesive member 140 may include glue, double-sided tape, and the like. The orthographic projection of the adhesive member 140 on the bottom plate 111 may be located in the orthographic projection of the display panel 130 on the bottom plate 111, so that the adhesive member 140 is not exposed when viewed from the front of the display panel 130, and the screen occupation ratio of the display panel 130 is improved.
It is understood that the first bending section 112, the second bending section 113 and the connecting member 120 can be disposed around the outer edge of the bottom plate 111, and the adhesive member 140 can be made of a material with matting property to prevent light from being emitted from the back plate 110.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a display device, including the display module 100 described above. The first bending section 112 of the back plate 110 is attached to the bottom plate 111, so that the bending resistance and torsion resistance of the back plate 110 can be enhanced, the structural strength of the back plate 110 is enhanced, and the structural strength of the display module 100 is further improved.
The display device can be any product or component with a display function, such as a notebook computer display screen, electronic paper, a liquid crystal display, a liquid crystal television, a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like.
