Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the food processor includes a main body 1 and a stirring cup assembly 2 disposed on the main body 1. The stirring cup assembly 2 is detachably assembled to the main machine 1. The stirring cup assembly 2 comprises a stirring cup 20, a stirring device 21 positioned in the stirring cup 20 and a cover body 22 covering the stirring cup 20. The main unit 1 includes a housing 10, a motor 11 and a heating plate 13 assembled to the housing 10, and a lower clutch 12 disposed on the motor 11. The food processor can be a cooking machine, a sauce machine and the like.
When the stirring cup assembly 2 is placed in the host 1, the heating plate 13 is in contact with the stirring cup 20 to heat the food materials in the stirring cup 20. The heating plate 13 is arranged on the host 1, and the stirring cup 20 is not electrified, so that the stirring cup 20 is convenient to clean; meanwhile, the heating plate 13 is convenient to be electrified, and the structure is simple.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the mixing cup 20 includes a bottom wall 201, and a sidewall 202 and a protrusion 203 extending upward from the bottom wall 201. The bottom wall 201 and the side wall 202 enclose a receiving space 2010 for containing food materials. The stirring device 21 is located in the receiving space 2010 to stir the food material and prevent the food material from being burnt when being heated. The protrusions 203 are provided with perforations 2030.
The stirring cup assembly 2 comprises a shaft portion 24 arranged on the bottom wall 201 and an upper clutch assembly 23 arranged on the shaft portion 24. The bore 2030 is for passing the shaft portion 24. The stirring device 21 and the upper clutch assembly 23 are respectively located at the upper side and the lower side of the bottom wall 201. When the stirring cup assembly 2 is placed in the host machine 1, the upper clutch assembly 23 is matched with the lower clutch 12, so that the motor 11 drives the lower clutch 12 to rotate, the upper clutch assembly 23 and the shaft portion 24 can be driven to rotate, and meanwhile, the stirring device 21 is driven to rotate so as to stir food materials.
The upper clutch assembly 23 includes an upper clutch 230 and a lower suction attachment 231 provided to the upper clutch 230. The plurality of the suction attachments 231 is arranged to surround the shaft portion 24 to form a ring shape. In other embodiments, the suction attachment 231 may also be annular and surround the outer periphery of the shaft 24.
The stirring device 21 includes a holder 210, an upper suction member 211, and a covering member 212 covering the holder 210. The retainer 210 includes a base 2101 and a pair of extensions 2102 extending from the base 2101. The base 2101 is provided with an assembly hole 21010 and a housing portion 21013. The shaft portion 24 is assembled to the assembly hole 21010 to fix the stirring device 21 to the shaft portion 24. The base 2101 is further provided with a recess 21012. The upper absorbing member 211 is at least partially accommodated in the recess 21012. The protrusion 203 is located in the receiving portion 21013.
The upper absorbing member 211 is annular and surrounds the periphery of the protrusion 203. In other embodiments, the upper absorbing member 211 may be provided in plurality, and the plurality of upper absorbing members 211 surround the protrusion 203 to effectively ensure the balance of the absorbing force between the lower absorbing member 231 and the upper absorbing member 211 and ensure the stability of the stirring device 21.
The covering member 212 is made of a soft material, such as silicon rubber or fluorine rubber. The cover 212 is integrally formed with the holder 210. The upper absorption piece 211 is located between the covering piece 212 and the holding piece 210. The covering member 212 can effectively hold the upper absorbing member 211 without additionally providing other fixing structures, and has a simple structure. In other embodiments, the covering member 212 may include only the stirring portion 2123 or only the stirring portion 2123 may be made of a soft material.
The covering member 212 includes a main body portion 2120 covering the base portion 2101 and a stirring portion 2123 covering the extending portion 2102. An adsorption force toward the lower suction attachment 231 is generated between the lower suction attachment 231 and the upper adsorption piece 211, so that the stirring part 2123 and the bottom wall 201 can keep a gap as small as possible, and the contact is optimal, so that the stirring part 2123 can stir the food at the bottom of the stirring cup 20, and the food is prevented from being burnt. The covering member 212 is made of a soft material, so as to prevent the stirring portion 2123 from scratching the bottom wall 201 of the stirring cup 20.
One of the upper absorption part 211 and the lower absorption part 231 may be a magnetic part or an electromagnet, and the other one is made of a material that can be absorbed by the magnetic part, such as iron, nickel, cobalt, etc.; or both may be magnetic or electro-magnets. The upper absorbing part 211 and the lower absorbing part 231 are arranged to ensure that the stirring part 2123 and the bottom wall 201 can keep a gap as small as possible, so that the contact is optimal, and in addition, the stirring device 21 can be ensured not to be separated from the shaft part 24 when rotating, and the stirring device 21 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled, so that the cleaning is convenient. If the upper suction piece 211 and the lower suction piece 231 are both magnetic pieces, the suction force of the lower suction piece 231 is greater than the suction force of the upper suction piece 211, so that the lower suction piece 231 can generate a downward suction force on the upper suction piece 211 to ensure that the stirring device 21 is sucked downward, and the food materials at the bottom of the stirring cup 20 can be stirred to prevent bottom pasting.
In other embodiments, one of the upper clutch 230 and the holder 210 is made of a magnetic material, and the other is made of a material that can be absorbed by the magnetic material, such as iron, nickel, cobalt, etc.; alternatively, both are made of magnetic members.
