The upper surface of the supporting portion 31 may further include an avoiding surface 312, and the avoiding surface 312 is located below the electrical control box 50 and is used for avoiding the electrical control box 50 and preventing the supporting seat 30 from interfering with the electrical control box 50. In some embodiments, the escape surface 312 may be a planar surface. The escape surface 312 may be spaced apart from the lower surface of the electronic control box 50 by a predetermined gap, or the electronic control box 50 may be supported by the escape surface 312 to further support and limit the electronic control box 50.
The following describes a connection structure of the second connection portion 33 and the base 10 according to some embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 7 and 10, the base 10 may be provided with a coupling protrusion 11 protruding upward. As shown in fig. 11 to 12, the connection protrusion 11 may extend into the second connection portion 33, so that the second connection portion 33 and the base 10 are stably supported and limited by the wall surface of the second connection portion 33 and the outer surface of the connection protrusion 11. For example, the side wall of the second connecting portion 33 can be engaged with the side surface of the connecting protrusion 11 to limit the supporting seat 30 and the base 10 in the horizontal direction; the top wall of the second connecting portion 33 may be supported on the top surface of the connecting protrusion 11 to stabilize the support base 30.
In some embodiments, the connection protrusion 11 may have a main body 12, and the sidewall of the second connection portion 33 may have a receptacle 331, so that the connection protrusion 11 can be prevented from being removed from the second connection portion 33 by the receptacle 331 and the post 12 being inserted into each other.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 and 16, a rear side wall of the second connecting portion 33 is provided with an opening, and the second connecting portion 33 is moved from front to rear when assembled, so that the connecting protrusion 11 can be moved into the second connecting portion 33 through the opening. As shown in fig. 12, the front side wall of the second connecting portion 33 may be provided with a receptacle 331, the side surface corresponding to the connecting protrusion 11 is provided with a post 12, and the post 12 can be inserted into the receptacle 331 after the connecting protrusion 11 moves into the second connecting portion 33.
Therefore, the connection convex part 11 is matched with the left side wall, the top wall and the right side wall of the second connection part 33 to realize the limit in the left-right direction and the downward direction, and the insertion hole 331 and the column body 12 can realize the limit in the up-down direction and the left-right direction, thereby realizing the connection limit in the three-dimensional direction.
Of course, the positions of the insertion hole 331 and the column 12 can be interchanged, that is, the sidewall of the second connecting portion 33 is provided with the column 12 and the connecting protrusion 11 is provided with the insertion hole 331, which is also within the scope of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the cylinder 12 can be a non-cylindrical structure and the receptacle 331 can be a non-circular hole. For example, the interface of the post 12 may be a well-shaped as shown in FIG. 10, and the interface of the receptacle 331 may be rectangular to prevent rotation of the post 12 within the receptacle 331. In some embodiments, there may be a plurality of the insertion holes 331, and the columns 12 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the insertion holes 331, so as to improve the structural strength and achieve the rotation prevention effect.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, a lower portion of the rear case 20 may be connected to a rear portion of the base 10. In some embodiments in which the rear case 20 has an arc-shaped structure, the middle portion of the rear case 20 in the left-right direction protrudes rearward, so that the lower edge of the rear case 20 is formed into an arc-shaped edge, which may be connected to the rear portion of the outer circumferential edge of the base 10. The second connecting portion 33 can be connected to the front portion of the base 10, so that the front portion of the base 10 can be connected to the rear case 20 through the supporting seat 30, the stability of the whole device is improved, and the stability of the structures such as the air outlet frame assembly 66, the display assembly 62, the front panel assembly 61, the lower panel assembly 67 and the like connected to the front portion of the base 10 is facilitated.
In some embodiments in which the rear box 20 has an arc-shaped structure, as shown in fig. 12 and 16, two first connection portions 32 may be respectively connected to two side edges of the arc-shaped structure, so as to facilitate connection and improve stability of the arc-shaped structure, and especially, in cooperation with the connection structure between the arc-shaped structure and the base 10, the arc-shaped structure is less prone to deformation.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11-12 and fig. 15-16, the first reinforcing sheet metal 21 and the second reinforcing sheet metal 22 are respectively disposed at two side edges (e.g., a left edge and a right edge) of the rear box 20, the two first connecting portions 32 can be respectively connected to the first reinforcing sheet metal 21 and the second reinforcing sheet metal 22, and the first reinforcing sheet metal 21 and the second reinforcing sheet metal 22 are matched with the first reinforcing portion 32, so that the strength of the connecting structure and the stability of the connection between the base 10 and the rear box 20 can be further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, 12 and 16, the first connection portion 32 may include a vertical connection plate 322 and a horizontal connection plate 321, wherein the horizontal connection plate 321 generally extends along the horizontal direction, the vertical connection plate 322 generally extends along the vertical direction, and the extending directions of the two connection plates are different and connected to each other, so that the first connection portion 32 generally forms an "L" shaped structure, which is not easy to deform and has a more stable structure.
Also, as shown in fig. 9, the horizontal connection plate 321 may be connected to the support portion 31 to achieve the connection of the first connection portion 32 to the support portion 31. As shown in fig. 16, the vertical connecting plate 322 may be connected to the rear case 20 by a fastener, for example, a reinforcing metal plate of the rear case 20, and the connection is convenient and firm.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 16, the support base 30 may further include a reinforcement portion 34. One end of the reinforcing part 34 in the horizontal direction (e.g., left-right direction) may be connected to the first connecting part 32, the other end of the reinforcing part 34 in the horizontal direction may be connected to the second connecting part 33, and the upper end of the reinforcing part 34 may be connected to the support part 31. The supporting portion 31, the first connecting portion 32 and the second connecting portion 33 can be further integrally connected by the reinforcing portion 34, so that the overall stability and the structural rigidity are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the support portion 31 may be a support plate and the reinforcement portion 34 may be a reinforcement plate. Wherein, the reinforcing plate can extend along vertical direction to the upside border of reinforcing plate can be connected with the back side edge of backup pad, and the two constitutes "L" type structure on the whole, and stability is higher.
In addition, the edges of the reinforcing plate along the two sides of the horizontal direction can be respectively connected with the rear side edge of the second connecting portion 33 and the vertical connecting plate 322 of the first connecting portion 32, so that the whole supporting seat 30 is formed into a whole through sheet metal machining, and the supporting seat is easy to machine and high in structural strength.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 16, there may be two reinforcing portions 34, and the two reinforcing portions 34 are respectively disposed at two sides of the second reinforcing portion 33 along the left-right direction, and are respectively connected to the two first connecting portions 32, and are both connected to the supporting portion 31, so as to improve the structural strength of the supporting seat 30 in a wider range, and the structural design is more reasonable.
