For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination with fig. 3 and 4, the housing 1 includes a front panel 11, a back panel 12, and a left side panel 13 and a right side panel 14 connected between the front panel 11 and the back panel 12, which are disposed opposite to each other in the front-back direction. The air outlet may be formed on the front panel 11 of the case 1, and the air inlet 121 may be formed on the back panel 12 of the case 1.
It should be noted that, when a human body is parallel to and stands on the air conditioning indoor unit 100, a side of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 facing the human body may be understood as "front" in the present application, and correspondingly, a side of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 facing away from the human body may be understood as "rear" in the present application.
In addition, in the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "lateral", "length", "width", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", "axial", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
The air duct component is arranged in the shell 1. An accommodation space may be formed in the housing 1, and the air duct member is provided in the accommodation space. Specifically, the air duct member may include a first air duct member 21 and a second air duct member 22.
The first air duct component 21 includes a first volute 211 and a first wind-guiding wheel 212, a first air duct 2111 is formed in the first volute 211, the first air duct 2111 is communicated with the air inlet 121 and the first air outlet 111, and the first wind-guiding wheel 212 is transversely disposed in the first air duct 2111. That is, the central axis of the first through-flow wind rotor 212 may extend substantially in a horizontal direction. When the first wind wheel 212 works, the air flow can be driven to enter the first air channel 2111 from the air inlet 121 and flow out from the first air outlet 111.
The second air channel member 22 is provided below the first air channel member 21. The second air duct component 22 includes a second volute 221 and a second cross flow wind wheel 222, a second air duct 2211 is formed in the second volute 221, the second air duct 2211 is communicated with the air inlet 121 and the second air outlet 112, and the second cross flow wind wheel 222 is transversely disposed in the second air duct 2211. That is, the central axis of the second cross-flow wind wheel 222 may extend substantially in the horizontal direction. When the second cross-flow wind wheel 222 works, the air flow can be driven to enter the second air duct 2211 from the air inlet 121 and flow out from the second air outlet 112.
In the airflow direction, a portion of the first air duct 2111 close to the first air outlet 111 (for example, a portion of the first air duct 2111 between the first cross-flow wind wheel 212 and the first air outlet 111) extends upward, and/or a portion of the second air duct 2211 close to the second air outlet 112 (for example, a portion of the second air duct 2211 between the second cross-flow wind wheel 222 and the second air outlet 112) extends downward.
It should be noted that the term "upwardly extending" in this application includes upwardly extending along a straight line, upwardly extending along an arc, upwardly extending along a curved line, and the like. "downwardly extending" includes extending straight downwardly, extending in an arc downwardly, extending in a curve downwardly, etc
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the first air duct 2111 near the first air outlet 111 may be configured to extend upward in the direction of the air flow, and the portion of the second air duct 2211 near the second air outlet 112 may be configured to extend downward in the direction of the air flow, for example, the portion of the second air duct 2211 near the second air outlet 112 may extend horizontally, upward in the direction of the air flow, and so on. In other embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the second air duct 2211 close to the second air outlet 112 may be configured to extend downward in the direction of the airflow, and the portion of the first air duct 2111 close to the first air outlet 111 may be configured to extend upward in other directions than the direction of the airflow, for example, the portion of the first air duct 2111 close to the first air outlet 111 may extend horizontally, extend downward, etc. in the direction of the airflow. In still other embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the first air channel 2111 near the first air outlet 111 may be configured to extend upward in the direction of the air flow, and the portion of the second air channel 2211 near the second air outlet 112 may be configured to extend downward in the direction of the air flow.
Specifically, in the flowing direction of the air flow, when the portion of the first air duct 2111 near the first air outlet 111 extends upward, the air outlet direction of the first air duct 2111 may be inclined upward relative to the horizontal direction, and the air flow blown out from the first air duct 2111 may flow upward, so that the air flow blown out from the first air duct 2111 may be prevented from blowing directly to the human body, thereby achieving air sheltering, and being beneficial to improving the comfort of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner. In the flowing direction of the air flow, when the portion of the second air duct 2211 close to the second air outlet 112 extends downward, the air outlet direction of the second air duct 2211 may be inclined downward relative to the horizontal direction, and the air flow blown out from the second air duct 2211 may flow downward, so as to prevent the air flow blown out from the second air duct 2211 from directly blowing to the human body, thereby avoiding people from being hit by the air flow, and being beneficial to improving the comfort of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner.
For example, in the example of fig. 4, in the direction of airflow, a portion of the first air passage 2111 near the first air outlet 111 extends upward and a portion of the second air passage 2211 near the second air outlet 112 extends downward. When the air conditioning indoor unit 100 operates in a cooling mode, the first through wind wheel 212 can be opened to enable cold air to be blown out upwards through the first air channel 2111, and due to the fact that the density of the cold air is high, the cold air can gradually sink to the activity area of a user, so that air flow can be prevented from blowing towards the human body directly, people can be avoided, comfort of the indoor unit is improved, the activity area of the user can be cooled, and the cooling effect of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is guaranteed.
It can be understood that, when the air conditioning indoor unit 100 operates in a cooling mode, the second cross flow wind wheel 222 may be turned on or not. That is to say, when the air conditioning indoor unit 100 operates in a cooling mode, only the first cross flow wind wheel 212 may be turned on, or the first cross flow wind wheel 212 and the second cross flow wind wheel 222 may be turned on at the same time, so that a user may select the first cross flow wind wheel according to actual needs. When the first cross flow wind wheel 212 and the second cross flow wind wheel 222 are simultaneously opened, the air supply range can be expanded, and the refrigeration efficiency is improved.
When the air-conditioning indoor unit 100 is operated for heating, the second cross-flow wind wheel 222 can be opened to blow out hot air downwards through the second air duct 2211, and because the density of the hot air is low, the hot air can gradually rise, so that not only can the air flow be prevented from blowing directly to the human body, but also the air can be prevented from avoiding people, the comfort of the indoor unit is improved, the temperature rise of a user activity area can be realized, and the heating effect of the air-conditioning indoor unit 100 is ensured. It can be understood that, when the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is in heating operation, the first wind turbine 212 may be turned on or may not be turned on. That is to say, when the air conditioning indoor unit 100 is operated to perform heating, only the second cross flow wind wheel 222 may be turned on, or the first cross flow wind wheel 212 and the second cross flow wind wheel 222 may be turned on at the same time, so that the user may select the wind wheel according to actual needs. When the first cross flow wind wheel 212 and the second cross flow wind wheel 222 are simultaneously opened, the air supply range can be expanded, and the heating efficiency is improved.
In this way, by setting the air outlet direction of the first air duct 2111 to be inclined upward relative to the horizontal direction and setting the air outlet direction of the second air duct 2211 to be inclined downward relative to the horizontal direction, when the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner operates, not only can the air flow blown out from the first air duct 2111 and the second air duct 2211 be prevented from directly blowing the human body, but also the cooling and heating effects of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner can be ensured.
According to the utility model discloses machine 100 in air conditioning is indoor, set up to upwards extending in the direction that the air current flows through the part that is close to first air outlet 111 with first wind channel 2111, and/or the part that second wind channel 2211 is close to second air outlet 112 sets up to downwards extending in the direction that the air current flows, can avoid first wind channel 2111 and/or second wind channel 2211's air current to blow directly to the human body, realize wind and keep away the people, be favorable to improving the travelling comfort of machine 100 in air conditioning.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first air outlet 111 and the second air outlet 112 are spaced in the up-down direction. The first air outlet 111 is communicated with the first air channel 2111, and the second air outlet 112 is communicated with the second air channel 2211.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the first outlet 111 and the second outlet 112 may both form a front side of the housing 1, the first outlet 111 may be disposed above the second outlet 112, and the first outlet 111 and the second outlet 112 are not communicated with each other. The air flow entering the first air channel 2111 through the air inlet 121 can flow out of the first air outlet 111. The air flow entering the second air duct 2211 through the air inlet 121 can flow out from the second air outlet 112. Therefore, by arranging the first air outlet 111 communicated with the first air duct 2111 and the second air outlet 112 communicated with the second air duct 2211, the sizes and the positions of the first air outlet 111 and the second air outlet 112 can be designed according to the actual positions of the first air duct 2111 and the second air duct 2211, so that the opening area of the air outlets is prevented from being too large, and the appearance attractiveness of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first air outlet 111 is provided with a first air deflector 41, the first air deflector 41 is rotatable between a first closed position closing the first air outlet 111 and a first open position opening the first air outlet 111, the second air outlet 112 is provided with a second air deflector 42, and the second air deflector 42 is rotatable between a second closed position closing the second air outlet 112 and a second open position opening the second air outlet 112.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first air deflector 41 is in a first closed position for closing the first air outlet 111, and the second air deflector 42 is in a second closed position for closing the second air outlet 112. As shown in fig. 4, the first air deflector 41 is in a first open position to open the first air outlet 111, and the second air deflector 42 is in a second open position to open the second air outlet 112.
When the first air deflector 41 closes the first air outlet 111, dust, flying insects and the like can be prevented from entering the first air channel 2111 through the first air outlet 111, and when the second air deflector 42 closes the second air outlet 112, dust, flying insects and the like can be prevented from entering the second air channel 2211 through the second air outlet 112, so that the cleanness of the first air channel 2111 and the second air channel 2211 is ensured, and the reliability of the air channel component is improved.
When the first air guiding plate 41 opens the first air outlet 111, the first air guiding plate 41 can guide the air flow flowing out of the first air channel 2111, so as to adjust the flow direction of the air flow better. When the second air guiding plate 42 opens the second air outlet 112, the air flowing out of the second air duct 2211 can be guided by the second air guiding plate 42, so as to adjust the flow direction of the air better.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first air outlet 111 may be provided with a first air outlet frame 31, and the first air guiding plate 41 is rotatably connected to the first air outlet frame 31 through a first rotating component. The second air outlet 112 may be provided with a second air outlet frame 32, and the second air guiding plate 42 is rotatably connected to the second air outlet frame 32 through a second rotating component.
The first air outlet frame 31 and the first volute 211 can be matched in a surface-to-surface and surface-to-surface manner to achieve sealing matching. Similarly, the second air-out frame 32 and the second volute 221 can be matched in a sealing manner by adopting a surface-to-surface and surface-to-surface mode.
Specifically, the first rotating assembly includes a first rotating shaft 311 and a first rotating hole engaged with the first rotating shaft 311. As shown in fig. 6, first rotating shafts 311 may be disposed on both sides of the first air guiding plate 41 in the longitudinal direction (e.g., the left-right direction in fig. 6), a first rotating hole may be disposed on the first air outlet frame 31, and the first rotating shafts 311 may be rotatably disposed in the first rotating hole. The first rotating assembly may further include a first stepping motor 312, and the first stepping motor 312 may be connected to the first rotating shaft 311 to drive the first air deflector 41 to rotate.
The second rotating assembly includes a second rotating shaft 321 and a second rotating hole engaged with the second rotating shaft 321. As shown in fig. 6, second rotating shafts 321 may be disposed on two sides of the second air guiding plate 42 in the length direction (e.g., the left-right direction in fig. 6), and a second turning hole may be disposed on the second air outlet frame 32, and the second rotating shafts 321 may be rotatably disposed in the second turning hole. The second rotating assembly may further include a second stepping motor 322, and the second stepping motor 322 may be connected to the second rotating shaft 321 to drive the second air guiding plate 42 to rotate.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the inner surface of the first air guiding plate 41 is formed as an arc-shaped surface protruding outward; and/or the inner surface of the second air deflection plate 42 is formed as an arc-shaped surface protruding outward.
Specifically, only the inner surface of the first air guiding plate 41 may be set to be an arc-shaped surface protruding outward, only the inner surface of the second air guiding plate 42 may be set to be an arc-shaped surface protruding outward, the inner surface of the first air guiding plate 41 may be set to be an arc-shaped surface protruding outward, and the inner surface of the second air guiding plate 42 may be set to be an arc-shaped surface protruding outward.
When the inner surface of the first air guiding plate 41 is configured as an arc surface protruding outward, according to the coanda effect (the fluid has a tendency to flow along the surface of a protruding object instead of an original flow direction), the airflow flowing out of the first air outlet 111 flows along the surface of the first air guiding plate 41, so that the first air guiding plate 41 can well guide the flowing airflow. In addition, the inner surface of the first air guiding plate 41 is set to be an arc surface protruding outwards, so that the impact of the airflow of the first air outlet 111 on the first air guiding plate 41 can be reduced, and the energy loss is reduced.
When the inner surface of the second air guiding plate 42 is configured as an arc surface protruding outward, according to the coanda effect, the airflow flowing out of the second air outlet 112 flows along the surface of the second air guiding plate 42, so that the second air guiding plate 42 can well guide the flowing airflow. In addition, the inner surface of the second air guiding plate 42 is set to be an arc surface protruding outwards, so that the impact of the airflow of the second air outlet 112 on the second air guiding plate 42 can be reduced, and the energy loss is reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first air outlet 111 and the second air outlet 112 are formed at the front side of the housing 1, the first air outlet 111 is formed at the upper portion of the housing 1, and the second air outlet 112 is formed at the middle portion of the housing 1. It should be noted that "the middle portion of the housing 1" described in the present application is to be understood in a broad sense, that is, not necessarily to be strictly at the middle position of the housing 1, and both the upper side region and the lower side region slightly deviated from the middle position of the housing 1 may be understood as the middle portion of the housing 1 in the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first outlet 111 is disposed near the top of the housing 1, and the second outlet 112 is disposed in the middle of the housing 1. In this way, the air supply range of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 can be increased, and the comfort of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first cross flow wind wheel 212 and the second cross flow wind wheel 222 are turned in opposite directions. For example, in the example of FIG. 4, first crossflow rotor 212 may rotate in a counter-clockwise direction and second crossflow rotor 222 may rotate in a clockwise direction. This makes it possible to easily control the flow direction of the air flow and improve the comfort of the indoor air conditioning unit 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the indoor unit 100 further includes a first motor 213 for driving the first cross flow wind wheel 212 to rotate and a second motor 223 for driving the second cross flow wind wheel 222 to rotate. The first motor 213 may be connected to one end of the first wind rotor 212 in the length direction to rotate the first wind rotor 212. The second motor 223 may be connected to one end of the second cross flow wind wheel 222 in the length direction to drive the second cross flow wind wheel 222 to rotate.
