The absorption layer 30 includes: an absorbent body 31 and a wrapping 32.
The absorber 31 includes a plurality of super absorbent resin bodies 312 arranged side by side and a water absorbent foam body 311, and two adjacent super absorbent resin bodies 312 are arranged at intervals, and the water absorbent foam body 311 is arranged at the interval. Specifically, the water absorbent foam 311 is provided with a plurality of gaps in parallel. In the thickness direction of the absorber 31, a gap penetrates the absorber 31, and the super absorbent resin body 312 is positioned in the gap.

In one embodiment of the present application, the superabsorbent polymer 312 has a grammage of 20 to 300 grams per square meter, a water retention capacity of not less than 25 grams per gram, and a fluid communication capacity of not less than 0.1 ml/min; the super absorbent resin body 312 is composed of super absorbent resin particles, and the particle diameter of the super absorbent resin particles is 25-100 mesh.
The super absorbent resin body 312 meets the above parameters, so that the super absorbent resin body 312 has strong water absorbability, the water absorbability of the absorbent article is greatly improved, and the dryness and the smoothness of the absorbent article can be ensured by rapidly absorbing liquid.
In one embodiment of the present application, the thickness of the absorber 31 is 1mm to 5mm, the width of the absorber 31 is 30mm to 350mm, and the length of the absorber 31 is 40mm to 600 mm.
The absorber 31 meets the above parameters, so that the absorber 31 has strong water absorption, the water absorption performance of the absorbing article is greatly improved, and the liquid can be rapidly absorbed, so that the dryness of the absorbing article is ensured.
In one embodiment of the present application, the wrapping 32 is a composite water-absorbent paper having a grammage of 50-150g per square meter; the composite absorbent paper comprises two raw paper layers and a macromolecular absorbent resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers.
The composite absorbent paper has strong absorbency, and under the condition of the same absorption capacity, the composite absorbent paper has smaller thickness and lighter weight, so that the wrapping layer 32 made of the composite absorbent paper is lighter and thinner.
The composite absorbent paper is made by a wet papermaking process. The wet-process manufactured composite absorbent paper refers to that: the composite absorbent paper is formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers made of wood pulp through a papermaking process, and each layer of wet papermaking composite absorbent paper consists of two raw paper layers and the super absorbent resin sandwiched between the two raw paper layers.
The manufacturing process of the super absorbent resin composite paper manufactured by the wet method comprises the following steps:
step (1), respectively carrying out net surfing molding on the surface sizing agent and the bottom sizing agent to obtain wet surface layer base paper and wet bottom layer base paper; the relative water content of the wet surface layer base paper and the wet bottom layer base paper is 50-80%.
And (2) respectively spraying the wet surface layer base paper and the wet bottom layer base paper prepared in the step (1) with high molecular water-absorbing resin, and compounding the wet surface layer base paper and the wet bottom layer base paper which are respectively sprayed with the high molecular water-absorbing resin to prepare wet raw paper.
And (3) sequentially squeezing and drying the wet raw paper sheet prepared in the step (2) to prepare the super absorbent resin composite paper manufactured by the wet method.
In one embodiment of the present application, the face layer has a grammage of 10-40 grams per square meter; the gram weight of the flow guide layer is 15-40g per square meter; the gram weight of the bottom film is 15-50g per square meter.
In one embodiment of the present application, the water absorbent foam is a polyurethane foam or a polyolefin foam.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, the second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the description of the same parts is omitted, except that: in one embodiment of the present application, the absorbent body 31 includes a plurality of absorbent foam bodies 311 and a plurality of super absorbent resin bodies 312 arranged side by side, the plurality of absorbent foam bodies 311 are arranged alternately with the plurality of super absorbent resin bodies 312, and the plurality of absorbent foam bodies 311 are arranged alternately with the plurality of super absorbent resin bodies 312.

Example 1
An absorbent article comprises a surface layer, a flow guide layer, an absorbent layer, a package and a bottom film from top to bottom. The surface layer is a hot air embossing surface layer, and the gram weight of the surface layer is 25g per square meter; the flow guide layer is a hot air stable surface layer, and the gram weight of the flow guide layer is 25g per square meter; the basement membrane is a breathable basement membrane, and the gram weight of the basement membrane is 30 grams per square meter. The absorption layer includes: the absorbent comprises a water-absorbing foam body and a plurality of super absorbent resin bodies arranged side by side. The length of the absorption layer is 250mm, the width of the absorption layer is 85mm, the thickness of the water-absorbing foam body is 3.5mm, the gram weight of the high water-absorbing resin body is 10 g/square meter, the high water-absorbing resin body is embedded into the strip-shaped intervals of the water-absorbing foam body in a strip shape, the width of the intervals is 8.8mm, the length of the intervals is 200mm, and four intervals are arranged in the absorption layer. The wrapping layer is composite absorbent paper, and the gram weight of the wrapping layer is 100 g/square meter.
Comparative example 1
An absorbing article, which comprises a surface layer, a heat conduction flow, an absorbing core, a wrapping layer and a bottom film from top to bottom in sequence. The absorption core comprises wet strength paper, fluff pulp and high water absorption resin mixed absorption core and wet strength paper from top to bottom in sequence, the surface layer material is hot air non-woven fabric, and the gram weight is 25 g/square meter; the diversion material is hot air non-woven fabric, and the gram weight is 25g per square meter; the bottom film is a breathable bottom film, and the gram weight is 30 g/square meter.
Comparative example 2
An absorbent article, which comprises a surface layer, a diversion layer, a fluff pulp absorption core and a bottom film from top to bottom in sequence. The surface layer material is hot air non-woven fabric, and the gram weight is 25g per square meter; the diversion material is hot air non-woven fabric, and the gram weight is 25g per square meter; the fluff pulp absorbing core is formed by mixing fluff pulp and high water absorption resin and then wrapping the mixture by spun-bonded non-woven fabric; the bottom film is a breathable bottom film, and the gram weight is 30 g/square meter.
The absorbent articles manufactured in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to the performance test of the present invention, and the results of the performance test are shown in table 1.
The test method comprises the following steps: 5mL of fresh animal blood was applied to the absorbent article, and the time at which the first absorption was completed was recorded as a first absorption rate in s (seconds), and after an interval of 10 minutes, 5mL of fresh animal blood was again applied to the absorbent article, and the time at which the second absorption was completed was recorded as a second absorption rate.
And a second testing method comprises the following steps: applying 5mL of fresh animal blood to the absorbent article, pressing the filter paper on the absorbent article for 1min with a 1.2kg weight after 5min, and weighing the gram weight added by the filter paper as the first reverse osmosis amount; after the test was completed, 5mL of physiological saline was again applied to the absorbent article, and after 5min the filter paper was pressed against the absorbent article with a 1.2kg weight for 1min, and the grammage of the filter paper was weighed to give a second rewet in g (grams).
