In some embodiments, the radii of curvature of the plurality of first sub-protrusions 2212 are all the same as each other, so that the plurality of first wavy protrusions 221 are simple in process.
In other embodiments, the curvature radii of the first sub-protrusions 2212 are different from each other, for example, the curvature radii of the first sub-protrusions 2212 decrease from the center of the surface of the massaging portion 22 to the edge of the surface of the massaging portion 22, and it can be understood that the impact force generated by the first sub-protrusions 2212 near the center of the surface of the massaging portion 22 is larger than the impact force generated by the first sub-protrusions 2212 near the edge of the surface of the massaging portion 22. In some embodiments, the radii of curvature of the second sub-protrusions 2123 are all the same as each other, so that the second plurality of wavy protrusions 2121 are simple in process. In other embodiments, the curvature radii of the second sub-protrusions 2123 are different from each other, which can also improve the massage effect of the second wavy protrusion 2121.
Referring further to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the massage part 22 protrudes from the surface 212 of the base plate 21 by a distance in a range of 5 mm to 25 mm. It can be understood that when the distance of the massage part 22 protruding from the surface 212 of the base plate 21 is less than 5 mm, the distance between the surface of the massage part 22 and the surface 212 of the base plate 21 is too small, because the skin of the human body is elastic, the first wavy protrusions 221 on the surface of the massage part 22 and the second wavy protrusions 2121 on the surface 212 of the base plate 21 simultaneously perform a massage effect, so that the massage contact area of the whole massage head 20 is increased, and the difference between the impact force of the first wavy protrusions 211 on the surface of the massage part 22 and the impact force of the second wavy protrusions 2121 on the surface of the base plate 21 on the skin of the human body is small, the effect of the massage head 20 is equivalent to that of a flat plate, and the massage mainly performs a beating effect, and easily causes beating pain to the user. When the distance of the massage part 22 protruding from the surface 212 of the base plate 21 is greater than 25 mm, the distance between the first wavy protrusions 221 on the surface of the massage part 22 and the second wavy protrusions 2121 on the surface 212 of the base plate 21 is too large, the second wavy protrusions 2121 on the surface of the base plate 21 are difficult to massage, and the first wavy protrusions 221 of the massage part 22 are mainly used for generating a massage effect, at this time, the impact force of the massage part 22 on the skin of a human body is easy to cause discomfort or pain to a user, and the complexity of the processing technology for integrally molding the massage part 22 and the base plate 21 is increased, and in addition, the massage head 20 is too large in size and inconvenient to carry. Accordingly, the massage portion 22 of the massage head assembly 100 protrudes from the surface of the base plate 21 by 5 mm to 25 mm, for example, 5 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 13 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, 23 mm, 25 mm, etc. Therefore, the massage effect of both the massage part 22 and the bottom plate 21 can be ensured, discomfort or pain of a user can be avoided during massage, and meanwhile, the integral forming operation of the massage part 22 and the bottom plate 21 is simplified. Referring to fig. 4, 8 and 9, in some embodiments, the massage head 20 is detachably mounted in the receiving space 1211, and the massage head 20 may further include a lifting portion 2122 extending from the surface 212 of the bottom plate 21, wherein the lifting portion 2122 is located at an edge of the bottom plate 21 and exposed from the receiving space 1211 for lifting. The massage head 20 is in contact with the human body during the operation of the massage head assembly 100 to generate a massage effect on the human body. The use for a long time may cause abrasion to the massage head 20, so that it is necessary to make the massage head 20 detachable for easy replacement of the massage head 20, and the detachment of the massage head 20 may also facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the massage head 20. Therefore, in order to facilitate the removal of the massage head 20 from the accommodation space 1211, a pulling portion 2122 may be provided. In some embodiments, the number of the pulling portion 2122 is plural, and the plurality of pulling portions 2122 are symmetrically arranged about the center of the bottom plate 21. It can be understood that the plurality of pulling portions 2122 arranged in the central symmetry of the bottom plate 21 can make it more convenient for the user to detach the massage head 20 from the mounting seat 10, which improves the detachment efficiency.
Referring to fig. 10, an embodiment of the present application provides a fascial gun 1000. The fascia gun 1000 includes a fascia gun body 200 and a massage head assembly 100. The mounting base 10 of the massage head assembly 100 is mounted on the fascia gun body 200.
The structure of the fascia gun body 200 is a hoe shape, which is convenient for a user to hold the fascia gun body 200 to drive the massage head assembly 100 to massage. The fascia gun body 200 is internally provided with a rechargeable battery, a driving module and the like. The rechargeable battery may be a rechargeable lithium battery. The driving module is used for driving the massage head assembly 100 to move so as to generate impact force, and the driving module comprises a driving motor, a driving connection assembly and the like. The exterior of the fascia gun body 200 is also provided with a speed-regulating and frequency-modulating knob, so that different striking gears such as a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a fourth gear, a fifth gear and the like can be arranged from low to high according to the rotating speed, different requirements of different users on the massage force can be met, and the user experience can be enhanced.
The mounting seat 10 is fixedly connected with the driving connection assembly through a mounting rod 113. The connection mode of the fixed connection between the mounting rod 113 and the driving connection assembly can be bonding, clamping, screwing and the like, and the specific connection mode is not limited. In the operation process of the fascia gun 1000, the driving motor of the fascia gun body 200 rotates to drive the mounting rod 113 to move through the driving module, and then the whole massage head assembly 100 is driven to vibrate, so that the massage head assembly 100 can generate impact force, and when the massage head 20 of the massage head assembly 100 acts on the skin of a human body, a massage effect can be generated.

Claims (20)

1. A massage head assembly applied to a fascia gun body is characterized by comprising:

3. The massage head assembly of claim 1 wherein the massage portion surface is formed with a plurality of first wavy projections.
4. The massaging head assembly of claim 3, wherein each of the first undulating projections comprises a plurality of first sub-projections, the plurality of first sub-projections being connected in an undulating shape to form the first undulating projection.
5. The massaging head assembly of claim 4, wherein the radii of curvature of the plurality of first sub-protrusions are all the same as each other or are all different from each other.
6. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the base plate is formed with a plurality of second wavy projections on a side on which the massage portion is provided.
7. The massage head assembly of claim 6, wherein each of the second undulating protrusions comprises a plurality of second sub-protrusions, the plurality of second sub-protrusions being connected in an undulating shape to form the second undulating protrusion.
8. The massaging head assembly of claim 7, wherein the radii of curvature of the plurality of second sub-protrusions are all the same as each other or are all different from each other.
9. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the massage portion is a soft gel or foam.
10. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the base plate is integrally formed with the plurality of massage portions.
11. The massage head assembly of claim 1 wherein the massage portion protrudes from the floor surface by between 5 mm and 25 mm.
12. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the mounting base comprises:
the connecting rod is a rigid connecting rod and is used for being connected with the fascia gun body; the massage cover comprises a first cover body and a second cover body, wherein the first cover body comprises a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other, a groove is formed in the first surface of the first cover body, the massage heads are installed in the groove, and the second surface of the first cover body is connected with the connecting rod.
13. The massage head assembly of claim 12, wherein the base plate is not lower than the first face of the first cover, and an edge of the first face of the first cover has a rounded corner or an obtuse angle.
14. The massage head assembly of claim 12, wherein the mounting base further comprises a second cover, the massage head being mounted in the recess by the second cover;
the second lid includes first face and the second face of carrying on the back mutually, the first face of second lid is provided with accommodation space, the second face of second lid is provided with the boss, the boss is installed in the recess, the first face of first lid with the second face of second lid is contradicted.
15. The massaging head assembly of claim 14, wherein the base plate is not lower than the first face of the second cover, and edges of the first face of the second cover have rounded corners or obtuse angles.
16. The massage head assembly of claim 14, wherein the second cover further comprises a side surface connected to the second face of the second cover, the side surface forming an annular protrusion with the first face of the second cover.

The massage head assembly as recited in claim 16, wherein the massage head is detachably mounted in the receiving space, the massage head further comprising a lifting portion extending from the base plate, the lifting portion being located at an edge of the base plate and exposed from the receiving space for lifting.
18. The massage head assembly of claim 17, wherein the number of the pulling portions is plural, and the plurality of the pulling portions are symmetrically arranged about the center of the bottom plate.
19. The massage head assembly of claim 14, wherein the first cover is a rigid cover and the second cover is an elastomeric cover.
20. A fascial gun, comprising:
a fascia gun body; and
the massage head assembly of any one of claims 1-19, wherein the mounting base of the massage head assembly is mounted to the fascial gun body.
