Meanwhile, after the supporting member 200 is fixedly connected with the coil panel assembly 400, the inner bottom wall 110 of the outer pot 100 can limit the supporting member 200 to prevent the supporting member 200 from moving downwards, and the outer bottom wall 110 of the outer pot 100 can limit the coil panel assembly 400 to prevent the coil panel assembly 400 from moving upwards, so that the supporting member 200 and the coil panel assembly 400 can be reliably limited in the up-down direction.
For example, after the assembly is completed, the upper edge of the mounting boss 410 can be stopped against the outer bottom surface of the bottom wall 110 of the outer pot 100. Thus, the outer pot 100 can limit the mounting boss 410, and the positioning accuracy and reliability of the coil panel assembly 400 are ensured. Thereby, the outer pot 100, the support member 200 and the coil disk assembly 400 can be connected together, and the outer pot 100, the support member 200 and the coil disk assembly 400 can be reliably fixed.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the upper end cover of the coil disc assembly 400 is provided with a waterproof cover 430, the waterproof cover 430 has a mating surface 402, and the upper portion of the support member 200 can be contact-fitted with the mating surface 402. This may increase the connection point of the support member 200 and the coil disk assembly 400, which may facilitate the reliability of the connection between the support member 200 and the coil disk assembly 400.
For example, the coil disk assembly 400 may include a coil disk 420 and a support portion 440, and the cooking appliance 1 may further be provided with a waterproof cover 430, the waterproof cover 430 being fastened over the coil disk 420, and at least a portion of an upper portion of the coil disk 420 being capable of being fitted within the waterproof cover 430. The mounting boss 410 may be provided on the coil disc 420 and the mating surface 402 may be provided on an upper end surface of the waterproof case 430. After assembly, the coil disk 420 is fixedly connected with the support member 200, and the waterproof cover 430 may be contact-fitted with the support member 200 through the fitting surface 402. This may increase the connection point of the support member 200 and the coil disk assembly 400, which may facilitate the reliability of the connection between the support member 200 and the coil disk assembly 400.
In some embodiments, the supporting member 200 may be an integrally formed plastic member, the supporting member 200 may include a supporting portion 210, a supporting leg 220, and a mounting column 230, the supporting portion 210 may be formed in a ring shape extending along a circumferential direction of the inner pan 300, the supporting leg 220 may be plural and the plural supporting legs 220 may be arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the supporting portion 210, and the mounting column 230 may be plural and the plural mounting columns 230 may be arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the supporting portion 210. Therefore, the cost of the supporting member 200 is reduced, the inner pot 300 is prevented from being scratched by the supporting member 200 when the inner pot 300 is taken and placed, and more supporting legs 220 and mounting posts 230 are arranged, so that the supporting stability and the connection reliability of the supporting member 200 are improved.
