Rural family domestic sewage recycling system
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of rural household domestic sewage treatment, in particular to a rural household domestic sewage recycling system.
Background
The domestic sewage in rural areas mainly comprises three types: kitchen sewage, washing sewage and toilet flushing water. The kitchen sewage is composed of sewage generated by washing dishes, brushing pots, washing vegetables, washing meat, washing fruits and the like, and contains grease; the washing sewage is composed of sewage generated by allied washing, bathing, clothes washing and the like; the toilet flushing water consists of excrement, urine and flushing water; the daily production of each person is most washing sewage, less flushing water and least kitchen sewage. Domestic sewage of rural families is generally directly discharged outdoors without being treated, so that water resources are wasted, and point pollution is easily caused. At present, most rural areas in China, particularly northern rural areas, have severe water shortage situations, and the high-quality recycling of water resources at low cost has important significance.
In the prior art, domestic sewage/wastewater is recycled to occasions with lower requirements on water quality, such as toilet flushing and the like. For example, an apparatus for utilizing waste water from washing as water for flushing a toilet includes: the device comprises a water collecting tank, a sewage pump, a water level controller, a wall-mounted water tank, an upper limit water level sensor of the wall-mounted water tank and a lower limit water level sensor of the wall-mounted water tank, wherein the upper limit water level sensor and the lower limit water level sensor are arranged in the wall-mounted water tank; the water collecting tank is provided with a water collecting pipe, the water collecting pipe is communicated with the wash basin, the wall-hung water tank is arranged on a wall higher than the height of the closestool, the wall-hung water tank is provided with a wall-hung water tank water inlet pipe and a flushing pipe, the wall-hung water tank water inlet pipe is communicated with a sewage pump, the sewage pump is arranged at the bottom of the water collecting tank, the flushing pipe is provided with a flushing valve, the flushing pipe is communicated with the closestool, and the wall-hung water tank upper limit water level sensor, the wall-hung water tank lower limit water level sensor and the sewage pump are respectively connected to the water level controller. The device can utilize the washing waste water as the water for flushing the toilet, thereby improving the utilization rate of water resources. However, the device only aims at the wastewater in the hand washing sink, and the treatment range is small; sewage is not treated, the water quality is too low, odor is easily generated, and bacteria can be possibly bred; in addition, the power consumption is high.

The number of steps is not limited in the present disclosure, but generally 4-8 steps are provided per week (or per layer), and 1-2 layers (4-16 steps in total) are provided.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, the edge of the horizontal plate of the step is provided with a baffle 751 to block the filter material and prevent the filter material from flowing away.
Optionally, a detachable or non-detachable filter frame is disposed on the step 75, and the filter layer is disposed in the filter frame. The filter material frame can be disassembled, so that the filter material can be replaced more conveniently. More preferably, a perforated disc is arranged above the filter material frame, so that the inlet water is further uniformly dispersed.
Alternatively, holes may be formed in the horizontal plate of some or all of the steps 75, and some of the sewage may directly fall down after being filtered without being filtered by the next adjacent step, which helps to reduce the impact on the apparatus when the flow rate of the sewage is increased. Preferably, a hole is formed in the horizontal plate of the step 75 from the third step or the fourth step at the water inlet. Because the processing burden of the first step and the second step is heavier than that of other steps, the filter materials of the first step and the second step are replaced more frequently, and therefore, the maintenance work of the design is relatively simple and convenient.
In the above embodiment of the present disclosure, another filter layer is further disposed at the bottom of the cylindrical housing 73. If the stair-type filter layer is a first filter layer, the other filter layer is a second filter layer, and the second filter layer can further carry out secondary filtration treatment on the sewage after the primary filtration treatment of the first filter layer. The filter layer preferably comprises a quartz sand layer 71 and an activated carbon layer 72, and the quartz sand layer 71 is positioned above the activated carbon layer 72.
