Both sides of the tool bit fixing plate 410 are provided with elastic pieces 411, and the elastic pieces 411 extend out in the direction away from the motor 420. The spring 411 is fastened with a spring slot provided on the mounting structure 120, so as to fix the cutter head assembly on the front side of the main body 40.
The blade head fixing plate 410 is further provided with a through hole between the two elastic sheets 411, and the eccentric shaft 421 of the motor 420 penetrates through the through hole.
The main control circuit board 450 is fixed to the rear of the motor 420 and electrically connected to the motor 420. The main control circuit board 450 is used for controlling the motor 420 and the lamp control circuit board 440. The upper side of the main control circuit board 450 is provided with a gear switch 451. The range switch 451 is used to turn the clipper on or off, and may also be used to select the mode of operation of the clipper (e.g., a silent mode of operation or a aggressive mode of operation). The shift switch 451 may be a push switch or a slide switch. The specific setting can be according to needs.
In practical applications, the gear switch 451 may be electrically contacted with the main control circuit board 450 through a gear switch elastic sheet (e.g., plated beryllium bronze), so as to achieve the functions of switching and adjusting gears.
In practical application, the hair clipper can realize an automatic gear shifting function in an intelligent mode (described below), and at this time, the power compensation module can adjust the power of the motor 420 to enter different gears in real time according to the load of the cutter head assembly, for example, one gear is a silent working mode, the power of the motor 420 is small, the other gear is a strong working mode, and the power of the motor 420 is large. The rear end of the main control circuit board 450 is further provided with a tool bit resetting switch 452, and the tool bit resetting switch 452 is used for resetting the service life of the tool bit assembly 10 displayed on the display module 441 or resetting the display color of the blade life indicator 481 (see fig. 8) after the tool bit assembly 10 is replaced.
In practical applications, the LED lighting lamp 430 can also be controlled by the tool bit resetting switch 452. For example, clicking the tool bit reset switch 452 turns the LED illumination lamp 430 on or off, and pressing the tool bit reset switch 452 for a long time (e.g., 5 seconds) enables the reset function.
In practical application, the blades (the static blade and the movable blade) of the hair cutter have certain service life. When the blade reaches the upper limit of the service life after long-time use, the blade assembly 10 or the blade needs to be replaced if the blade is seriously worn, and after the blade is replaced, the blade resetting switch 452 needs to be used for resetting the service life of the blade assembly 10 or the blade, the working time of the blade is counted again, and the service life of the blade assembly 10 displayed on the display module 441 is reset or the display color of the blade life indicator 481 is reset.
In practical applications, the main control circuit board 450 may be provided with a power compensation module, which controls the power of the motor 420 by sensing the resistance of the blade during the cutting action (i.e., adjusting the power of the motor 420 in real time according to the load of the cutter head assembly). For example, after the intelligent mode selection function is started, when the hair is thick, the resistance is increased, the power compensation module controls the working voltage of the motor 420 to be 3.4V, the output power of the motor 420 is increased, and the motor enters a powerful working mode; when the hair is less, the resistance is reduced, the power compensation module controls the working voltage of the motor to be 3.0V, the output power of the motor 420 is reduced, and the mute working mode is entered. The power compensation module avoids the problems of increased energy loss of the battery 460, loss of service life of the cutter head assembly 10 and increased frictional heat caused by idle work of the motor 420 due to high-power and high-speed operation under low load, and also avoids the problem of unsmooth trimming caused by low-power and low-speed operation of the motor 420 under high load.
The lamp control circuit board 440 and the main control circuit board 450 can be electrically connected through an 8P connection line. The LED illumination lamp 430 is electrically connected to the lamp control circuit board 440. The lamp control circuit board 440 can be further provided with an ambient brightness sensing module and a brightness adjusting module, the ambient brightness sensing module can automatically sense the brightness data of the environment, and the brightness adjusting module adjusts the brightness of the LED illuminating lamp 430 according to the brightness data. The display module 441 is disposed on the lamp control circuit board 440. The display module 441 is provided with LED patch lamps arranged in a matrix, and under the control of the lamp control circuit board 440, the display module can light up different LED patch lamps to display different characters, symbols or patterns for displaying the working state of the hair cutter. An intelligent mode button (SMART button) 442 is further arranged on the lamp control circuit board 440, and the intelligent mode button 442 is arranged behind the display module 441 and used for turning on or off an intelligent mode selection function of the hair cutter.
In practical application, the characters, symbols or patterns displayed by the display module 441 can be used for displaying the battery power, the service life of the blade, the working mode and/or the temperature prompt of the cutter head.
The housing of the main body 40 includes an upper cover 471, a lower cover 472, and a handle case 473. The upper cover 471 and the lower cover 472 cooperate with each other to form a vertically closed housing. The bit mount plate 410, the motor 420, and the lamp control circuit board 410 are located at the front side of the housing. Wherein, the lamp control circuit board 410 is fixed on the upper cover 471 and located above the motor 420; the LED illuminating lamp 430 is fixed at the front end of the shell; the eccentric shaft 421 of the motor 420 and the elastic piece 411 of the cutter head fixing plate 410 extend out from the front end of the shell; the elastic sheet 411 is buckled with an elastic sheet clamping groove arranged on the mounting structure 120, so that the cutter head assembly 10 is fixed on the front side of the shell; the eccentric shaft 421 is inserted into the eccentric shaft hole (or eccentric shaft mounting groove) of the connecting structure of the movable blade holder 310, so as to movably cooperate with the movable blade holder 310, and the movable blade holder 310 is driven by the motor 420 to swing left and right, so as to realize the shearing action between the movable blade 320 and the stationary blade 200. The main control circuit board 450 and the battery 460 are provided at the rear side of the case. The battery 460 is electrically connected to the main control circuit board 450 and is disposed below the main control circuit board 450.
In practical application, the motor 420 may be fixed on a motor fixing frame, the motor fixing frame may be disposed on the lower cover 472 or the upper cover 471 according to actual requirements, the motor fixing frame may be plate-shaped, and a vibration-proof rubber ring may be disposed between the motor fixing frame and the motor 420 to reduce vibration of the motor 420 and protect the motor 420.
The upper cover 471 is provided with a display panel 4711 corresponding to the display module 441, and the display panel 4711 is provided with a light transmission structure so that characters, figures or symbol lamps on the display module 441 can be seen. The upper cover 471 is further provided with key holes corresponding to the shift switch 451 and the bit reset switch 452.
The lower cover 472 is provided with a battery compartment for placing the battery 460.
The lower cover 472 and the upper cover 471 are also provided with a snap slot corresponding to the snap 124 on the mounting portion 120. The buckle 124 is matched with the buckle slot, and the elastic sheet 411 and the elastic sheet slot on the mounting portion 120 fix the cutter head assembly 10 at the front side of the main body 40 together.
The handle case 473 is sleeved on the rear portion of the case to facilitate grasping of the hair cutter, and is provided with a key hole corresponding to the shift switch 451.
In practical application, the battery can be a rechargeable battery, the main control circuit board 450 is further provided with a charging plug board 453, a charging interface is arranged on the charging plug board, and the shell and the handle shell 473 are provided with charging holes corresponding to the charging interface.
In the hair clipper of this embodiment, the tool bit subassembly is with quiet blade and move tool bit subassembly direct mount on heat abstractor, and for prior art, it has not only increased blade and heat abstractor's area of contact, can realize good heat dissipation function, has still saved the knife rest of prior art tool bit subassembly, has also reduced manufacturing cost when having simplified tool bit subassembly's structure. Example 2:
the hair clipper of the embodiment is provided on the basis of the embodiment 1, and the display module in the embodiment 1 is replaced by a working state indicator light and a blade life indicator light.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the operation status indicator lamps include a power indicator lamp 482 and an operation mode indicator lamp 483. The power indicator 482 and the blade life indicator 481 are provided on the front side of the lamp control circuit board 440, and the operation mode indicator 483 is provided on the rear side of the lamp control circuit board 440. The operation mode indicator 483 includes a plurality of indicator lights arranged side by side, and indicates different operation modes of the hair clipper according to the number of the illuminated indicator lights, for example, when the illuminated indicator lights are few, the operation mode is indicated as a silent operation mode, and when all the indicator lights of the operation mode are illuminated, the operation mode is indicated as a strong operation mode.
In practical application, the indication meanings of the working state indicator light and the blade life indicator light 481 can be defined according to requirements, for example, the electric quantity indicator light 482 is displayed as green and always on to indicate that the battery is fully charged, green flashing is displayed to indicate that the battery is being charged, and red flashing is displayed to indicate that the electric quantity is insufficient; the blade life indicator 481 is shown as red indicating that the blade needs to be replaced, and the indicator is off indicating that the blade has not reached the end of its useful life.
In this embodiment, each indicator light is provided with a light guide pillar, and the upper cover 471 of the main body 40 is provided with a light hole corresponding to each light guide pillar.

the static blade (200) is fixed on a bottom plate of the mounting structure (120), and a comb of the static blade (200) extends out from the lower part of the heat dissipation plate (110) to the front side;
the movable cutter component (300) comprises a fixed part and a movable part;
the movable piece comprises a movable tool apron (310) and a movable blade (320); the movable knife seat (310) is arranged above the fixed knife blade (200); the movable blade (320) is fixed at the front end of the movable blade holder (310), and the teeth comb of the movable blade (320) extends out of the front end of the movable blade holder (310) to be in contact with the teeth comb of the fixed blade (200); the rear end of the movable cutter seat (310) protrudes upwards to form a protruding part, and the protruding part is inserted into the accommodating cavity (123) from the lower part of the mounting structure (120); the rear side of the protruding part is provided with a connecting structure which is used for being matched with an eccentric shaft (421) of a motor (420);
one end of the fixing piece is fixed on the mounting structure (120), the other end of the fixing piece is fixed on the movable blade (320), and the fixing piece is used for enabling the teeth comb of the movable blade (320) to be in pressing contact with the teeth comb of the static blade (200), so that the movable blade (320) moves left and right and is matched with the static blade (200) to realize shearing action.
2. The cutter head assembly of claim 1 wherein:
the mounting structure (120) comprises a limiting part (121) and a fixing part (122) which are arranged on the bottom plate;
the fixing part (122) is provided with two limiting grooves (1221) with openings facing the heat dissipation plate (110), and a spring clamping groove is arranged between the two limiting grooves (1221);
the limiting part (121) is arranged on the front side of the fixing part (122);
the fixing piece comprises a torsion spring (330), the torsion spring (330) comprises two torsion parts (331), one ends, close to each other, of the two torsion parts (331) are connected through a U-shaped rod (332), and one ends, far away from each other, of the two torsion parts (331) are provided with pressing rods (333); the tail end of the pressure lever (333) is fixed on the movable blade (320) so as to enable the movable blade (320) to be in pressing contact with the fixed blade (200);
the two torsion portions (331) are arranged in the two limiting grooves (1221) respectively, the U-shaped rod (332) is clamped into the spring clamping groove, the two pressing rods (333) are located on two sides of the limiting portion (121) respectively, and the left-right swinging displacement of the two pressing rods is limited by the limiting portion (121).
3. The cutter head assembly of claim 1 wherein the upper surface of said stationary blade (200) and the bottom surface of said mounting structure (120) are both smooth and planar.
4. A hair clipper comprising a body (40), characterized in that it further comprises a cutter head assembly (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, said cutter head assembly (10) being fixed to a front side of said body (40);
the cutter head assembly is characterized in that a motor (420) is arranged in the main body (40), an eccentric shaft (421) of the motor (420) extends out of the front side of the main body (40) to be matched with a connecting structure of a movable cutter base (310) of the cutter head assembly (10), and a movable piece of the cutter head assembly (10) can swing left and right under the driving of the motor (420).

The hair clipper according to claim 4, characterized in that a cutter head fixing plate is further arranged on the outer side of the front end of the main body (40), elastic sheets (411) are arranged on two sides of the cutter head fixing plate (410), a through hole is formed between the two elastic sheets (411), and the eccentric shaft (421) penetrates out of the through hole and is movably matched with the connecting structure of the movable cutter holder (310);
and the mounting structure (120) is also provided with an elastic sheet clamping groove matched with the elastic sheet (411).
