As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the backplate includes a backplate main body 1 and a backplate side wall 2 connected to an edge of the backplate main body 1, and a cavity for accommodating structures such as a light source, an optical diaphragm, and a reflective sheet is formed by the backplate main body 1 and the backplate side wall 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the back plate main body 1 includes a first back plate area 11 and a second back plate area 12, and light sources can be installed in the first back plate area 11 and the second back plate area 12, so that the display function of the liquid crystal display device is realized by the light emission of the light sources and the control of the liquid crystal display panel. The first backplane region 11 and the backplane side wall 2 form a first accommodating cavity 110 on a side facing the light source, and the first accommodating cavity 110 can be used for accommodating the light source mounted in the first backplane region 11. The second backplane region 12 is connected to the first backplane region 11, and a second receiving cavity 120 for receiving a motherboard of the display device is formed in the second backplane region 12 on a side facing the light source, and the second receiving cavity 120 can receive not only the motherboard 3 of the display device but also the light source mounted in the second backplane region 12. Meanwhile, in order to allow the second receiving cavity 120 to have a sufficient space to receive the display device main board 3, it is necessary to design that the depth D2 of the second receiving cavity 120 is greater than the depth D1 of the first receiving cavity, so as to reserve a sufficient mounting space for the display device main board 3 and other structures.
According to the back plate disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure, the back plate main body 1 is divided into the first back plate area 11 and the second back plate area 12, and meanwhile, the second accommodating cavity 120 formed in the second back plate area 12 is large enough to accommodate not only a light source, an optical membrane, a reflector and other display structures, but also a display device mainboard, so that the display device mainboard is installed inside the backlight module, a rear shell can be saved, and the cost is saved; meanwhile, the back plate is generally made of metal materials, so that the back plate is not deformed, faded and cracked due to high temperature and high humidity like the back shell; and the appearance of the whole backboard is more integrated, and the appearance is cleaner and tidier.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the second backplane region 12 is located in the middle of the ground side of the whole backplane body 1, so as to facilitate the installation of the display device motherboard and make the appearance of the display device manufactured by the backplane described in this application more beautiful. In other alternative embodiments, the second backplate area 12 can be designed in any area of the whole backplate main body 1 according to actual needs.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the second backplane region 12 is connected to the first backplane region 11 by sub-sidewalls 13. The backboard further comprises at least one outlet, the outlet is arranged on the sub-side wall 13, and the display device main board 3 is electrically connected with structures such as a liquid crystal display panel through the outlet. As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, in a specific embodiment, two outlets are disposed on the back plate, including a first outlet 102a and a second outlet 102b, wherein the first outlet 102a is disposed on the sub-sidewall 13 located at the ground side of the second back plate region 12, and the second outlet 102b is disposed on the sub-sidewall 13 located at the left side or the right side of the second back plate region 12.
In other embodiments, the back plate further comprises a light shielding sheet. As shown in fig. 2, the light shielding sheet 4 is disposed in the second accommodating cavity 120 and is parallel to the second back plate region 12. The light shielding sheet 4 divides the second accommodating cavity 120 into two parts, wherein the part between the light shielding sheet 4 and the display panel is used for mounting structures such as a light source, an optical film, a reflector and the like; the portion between the light-shielding sheet 4 and the second back plate area 12 is used for mounting the display device main board 3, and the like, that is, the display device main board 3 is disposed between the light-shielding sheet 4 and the second back plate area 12. In this embodiment, the light shielding sheet 4 is black, and shields the light in the second accommodating cavity 120 through the light shielding sheet 4, so as to prevent the light in the second accommodating cavity 120 from being emitted to the outside of the cavity through the outlet.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, an orthographic projection of the light shielding sheet 4 on the back plate coincides with an orthographic projection of the second accommodating cavity 12 on the back plate, that is, in this embodiment, the light shielding sheet 4 has a size large enough to completely cover an area of the second accommodating cavity 12, so that light emitted by the light source can be completely shielded, and the light is prevented from being emitted through the outlet. Alternatively, the respective edges of the light-shielding sheet 4 abut against the sub-side walls 13 or are fixed to the sub-side walls 13.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the light source includes a first light bar 61 and a second light bar 62. The first light bar 61 is arranged in the first back plate area 11; the second light bar 62 is disposed on a surface of the light shielding sheet 4 away from the second back plate area 12, and is fixed in the same plane as the first light bar 61, so that the distance from a light source in the whole backlight module to the liquid crystal display panel is the same, and the display effect of the liquid crystal display device is ensured. Optionally, the first light bar 61 and the second light bar 62 are both LED light bars.
In other optional embodiments, a heat dissipation stop strip is further disposed on the back plate. As shown in fig. 2, the heat dissipation stop strip 5 is disposed between the second light bar 62 and the light shielding sheet 4, and the heat dissipation stop strip 5 can prevent the light-dead phenomenon caused by the poor heat dissipation due to the overhigh local temperature due to the suspension of the partial region where the second light bar 62 is located. As shown in fig. 6, a side of the heat dissipation barrier strip 5 facing the second light bar 62 and a side of the first back plate area 11 facing the first light bar 61 are located in the same plane, so as to ensure that light sources in the whole backlight module are located in the same plane, thereby avoiding the influence on the light emitting effect of the liquid crystal display device due to different distances between different light sources and the liquid crystal display panel.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the heat dissipation blocking strip 5 includes a rectangular metal strip, two ends of the heat dissipation blocking strip 5 are mounted on the back plate through screws, and the second light bar 62 is borne by the heat dissipation blocking strip 5. Meanwhile, the width of the heat dissipation stop strip 5 is greater than or equal to the width of the substrate of the second light bar 62, so that the second light bar 62 is prevented from being pressed and overflowing after dispensing.
Optionally, the depth of the first accommodating cavity is 20-35mm, and the depth of the second accommodating cavity is 40-55 mm.
Based on the same concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a backlight module corresponding to the back plate in any of the above embodiments. As shown in fig. 7, the backlight module includes a reflective sheet 20, an optical film set 30 disposed on one side of the reflective sheet 20, and the back plate 10 according to any of the embodiments above disposed on the other side of the reflective sheet 20.
The backlight module of the above embodiment includes the corresponding back plate structure in any of the above embodiments, and has the beneficial effects of the corresponding back plate structure embodiment, which are not described herein again.
Based on the same concept, the embodiment of the disclosure further provides a display device corresponding to the backlight module described in any of the above embodiments. As shown in fig. 7, the display device includes a display panel 40 and the backlight module according to the above embodiment.
The display device of the above embodiment includes the structure of the corresponding backlight module in any of the above embodiments, and has the beneficial effects of the corresponding embodiment of the backlight module structure, which are not described herein again.

and the second back plate area is connected with the first back plate area, a second accommodating cavity for accommodating a display device mainboard is formed on one side facing the light source, and the depth of the second accommodating cavity is greater than that of the first accommodating cavity.
2. The backplane of claim 1, wherein the second backplane region is connected to the first backplane region by a sub-sidewall; the back plate further comprises:
