According to the prior art, a seamless gapless relay operation mode of can taking and paperboard taking can be formed, so that the working efficiency of can taking and paperboard taking is greatly improved.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, the sheet taking module 50 includes a first connecting frame 51, a sheet taking driving member 52, a second connecting frame 53, and a sheet taking clamping jaw 54, wherein one end of the first connecting frame 51 is connected to the traverse bracket 411, the other end of the first connecting frame 51 is connected to the sheet taking driving member 52, the sheet taking driving member 52 is drivingly connected to the second connecting frame 53 to enable the second connecting frame 53 to move up or down, and the sheet taking clamping jaw 54 is disposed on the second connecting frame 53 and used for clamping a sheet.
After the paper board taking module 50 moves above the material loading platform 30, the paper board taking driving part 52 drives the second connecting frame 53 to drive the paper board taking clamping jaw 54 to descend, and the paper board taking clamping jaw 54 can grab a paper board, so that the paper board is taken away, a next layer of can-shaped products are exposed, and the next can taking operation is facilitated.
Preferably, the sheet pick-up jaw 54 is configured as a vacuum nozzle in this embodiment. The vacuum suction nozzle grabs the cardboard with the vacuum adsorption mode, and structure and theory of operation are simple, and it is high to snatch the reliability, and can not cause the damage to the cardboard, the cardboard of being convenient for is retrieved and is recycled.

Claims (10)

1. A discharge apparatus, characterized in that the discharge apparatus comprises:
a frame formed with a discharge area;
the loading platform is used for loading the tank-shaped products, the loading platform is arranged in the rack, and the unloading area is positioned on one side of the loading platform in the horizontal direction;
the can taking executing mechanism comprises a transverse moving module movably arranged on the rack and a can taking executing module arranged on the transverse moving module, and the transverse moving module is used for driving the can taking executing module to move between the material loading platform and the discharging area in a reciprocating mode so that the can taking executing module can transfer the can-shaped products on the material loading platform to the discharging area; and
the carton taking module is arranged on the transverse moving module, the carton taking module and the can taking execution module are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, and the transverse moving module is used for driving the carton taking module to move back and forth between the upper part of the loading platform and the outer part of the rack.

The discharge apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the traverse module comprises a traverse support, a traverse rail disposed on the top of the frame and extending in a direction parallel to a line connecting the loading platform and the discharge area, a traverse driving member disposed on the traverse support, and a traverse driving wheel connected to a driving shaft of the traverse driving member and rotatably disposed on the traverse rail.
3. The discharge apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the traverse rail is provided as a rack, the traverse driving member is provided as a motor, and the traverse driving wheel is provided as a pinion gear connected to a driving shaft of the motor and engaged with the rack.

The discharging device according to claim 3, wherein the can taking execution module comprises a can taking driving member, a can taking transmission assembly and a can taking execution member, the can taking driving member is in driving connection with the can taking transmission assembly, and the can taking transmission assembly is in driving connection with the can taking execution member and can drive the can taking execution member to move up or down.

The discharging device according to claim 4, wherein the can taking driving member is configured as a motor, the can taking transmission assembly comprises a transmission wheel set, a screw rod and a nut, the motor is in driving connection with the transmission wheel set, the transmission wheel set is in transmission connection with the screw rod, the screw rod is vertically arranged, the nut is in threaded connection with the outside of the screw rod, and the nut is connected with the can taking executing member.

The discharging device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the canister taking executing part comprises a mounting box and a magnetic chuck, the bottom surface of the mounting box is formed into a canister sucking working surface, and the magnetic chuck is arranged in the mounting box and attached to the canister sucking working surface.

The discharging device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the canister taking actuator further comprises a canister taking cylinder and a connecting piece, the canister taking cylinder is arranged on the side surface of the installation box far away from the canister suction working surface, and a piston rod of the canister taking cylinder is connected with the magnetic chuck through the connecting piece, so that the magnetic chuck can be attached to or far away from the canister suction working surface.

The discharging device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sheet taking module comprises a first connecting frame, a sheet taking driving member, a second connecting frame and a sheet taking clamping claw, one end of the first connecting frame is connected with the traverse bracket, the other end of the first connecting frame is connected with the sheet taking driving member, the sheet taking driving member is in driving connection with the second connecting frame so as to enable the second connecting frame to move up or down, and the sheet taking clamping claw is arranged on the second connecting frame and used for clamping a sheet.
10. The discharge device according to claim 9, wherein said sheet pick-up jaw is provided as a vacuum nozzle;
the discharging device further comprises a safety grating, and the safety grating is arranged on the outer peripheral face of the rack.
