Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A table lamp 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a table lamp 1, which includes a body 10 and a lamp panel 20.
In particular, the body 10 is provided with an image acquisition device 11 for acquiring images of the target area. The lamp panel 20 is rotatably connected to the body 10, the lamp panel 20 is rotatable between an open position and a closed position, and the lamp panel 20 shields the image capture device 11 when in the closed position.
In this embodiment of the application, the image capturing device 11 may be a camera for capturing a picture of a target area, and the target area may be specifically set according to an actual situation.
For example, the shooting angle of the image capturing device 11 may be set toward the front side of the desk lamp 1, and the target area may be an area in front of the desk lamp 1, so that the image capturing device 11 may capture an image of a user located in front of the desk lamp 1 to implement other specific functions of the desk lamp 1, such as video call, sitting posture detection, and the like.
For another example, the image capturing device 11 may be arranged such that the shooting angle thereof is inclined downward toward the front side of the desk lamp 1, and the target area may be an obliquely downward area on the front side of the desk lamp 1, so that the image capturing device 11 may capture an image of an area on the front side of the desk lamp 1 on the desk to shoot books, workbooks, etc. on the desk, thereby realizing other specific functions of the desk lamp 1, such as learning assistance, correction work, reading and listening to books, etc.
It is understood that the specific position of the target area depends on the setting position and the setting angle of the image capturing device 11 on the body 10, and the specific setting mode of the image capturing device 11 can be set arbitrarily according to actual needs.
Illustratively, the lamp panel 20 is provided with a light emitting member, which may adopt various forms of light sources, for example, a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp. The number and arrangement of the light emitting elements on the lamp panel 20 may be any form, and this is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the application.
In a specific example, the lamp panel 20 may be configured in a flat plate shape, and a plurality of light emitting members are disposed on a side surface of the lamp panel 20 facing the side of the body 10. One end of the lamp panel 20 is rotatably connected to the top of the body 10, and the lamp panel 20 can rotate in a certain angle range relative to the body 10.
The closed position of the lamp panel 20 may be a position where the lamp panel 20 rotates to a minimum included angle with the body 10, for example, the closed position of the lamp panel 20 may be a position where the lamp panel 20 rotates to be attached to the body 10. The open position of the lamp panel 20 may be a position where the lamp panel 20 is rotated to a maximum angle with the body 10, i.e. the lamp panel 20 is in a fully open state.
When the lamp panel 20 rotates to the closed position, the lamp panel 20 physically shields the image capturing device 11, so that the image capturing device 11 cannot capture an image of the target area. The shielding of the lamp panel 20 on the image capturing device 11 may be any manner, for example, the lamp panel 20 may be attached to the image capturing device 11, or the lamp panel 20 may be spaced from the image capturing device 11, as long as it is satisfied that the image capturing device 11 cannot acquire the image of the target area.
It is understood that when the lamp panel 20 is rotated to the open position, the lamp panel 20 is shielded from the image capturing device 11 so that the image capturing device 11 can normally capture an image of the target area.
According to the desk lamp 1 of the embodiment of the application, the image acquisition device 11 is arranged to acquire the image of the target area around the desk lamp 1, so that the specific functions of the desk lamp 1 can be realized, for example, the functions of video call or auxiliary learning of the desk lamp 1 can be realized, and the specific use requirements of a user can be met. Furthermore, the lamp panel 20 is set to shield the image acquisition device 11 when being in the closed position, so that the image acquisition device 11 cannot acquire the image of the target area, the physical peep prevention of the desk lamp 1 is realized, the privacy protection function of the desk lamp 1 is improved, the use worry of a user on the image acquisition device 11 is eliminated, and the use experience of the user is further improved. In addition, set up to relative body 10 rotatable through with lamp panel 20, can make desk lamp 1 possess folding function, can rotate lamp panel 20 to the closed position when not using desk lamp 1 to reduce desk lamp 1's overall dimension, be convenient for accomodate desk lamp 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the image capturing device 11 includes a first camera 111, and the desk lamp 1 further includes a rotating portion 30. The rotating portion 30 includes a fixed member 31 and a movable member 32, the fixed member 31 is disposed on the top of the body 10, the movable member 32 is disposed on the lamp panel 20, and the movable member 32 is rotatably connected to the fixed member 31. The first camera 111 is disposed on the fixing member 31, and the lamp panel 20 shields the first camera 111 when in the closed position.
Illustratively, the fixing member 31 may be configured in a shaft shape and provided at the top of the body 10. The movable element 32 may be designed as a sleeve and is arranged at the end of the lamp base 20. The movable element 32 is sleeved on the fixed element 31 and can rotate relative to the fixed element 31.
More specifically, the two moving members 32 may be arranged at intervals along the length direction of the moving member 32, and the first camera 111 may be disposed on the fixing member 31 and located between the two moving members 32, so that when the lamp panel 20 is at the open position, the two moving members 32 are avoided from the first camera 111, and the first camera 111 may acquire an image of a target area.
It can be understood that, when the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position, the area of the lamp panel 20 adjacent to the movable element 32 shields the first camera 111 disposed on the fixed element 31, so that the first camera 111 cannot acquire an image of the target area, thereby implementing a physical peep-proof function for the first camera 111.
In other examples of the present application, the structure of the rotating portion 30 may be any form as long as it is satisfied that the lamp panel 20 can rotate relative to the main body 10. For example, the two fixing members 31 may be spaced apart from each other, the two fixing members 31 respectively have grooves disposed oppositely, the movable member 32 may be a rotating shaft, and two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively embedded in the grooves of the two fixing members 31, so that the rotating shaft can rotate relative to the two fixing members 31. The first camera 111 may be disposed on any one of the two fixed members 31.
According to the above embodiment, the first camera 111 is arranged on the fixing member 31 at the top of the body 10, so that the first camera 111 can be ensured to have a certain height, the shooting range of the first camera 111 on the desktop area is enlarged, and the success rate of shooting the target object in the target area is improved. Moreover, the shooting angle of the first camera 111 is relatively fixed, and compared with the arrangement mode that the first camera 111 is arranged on the lamp panel 20, the shooting area of the first camera 111 is not affected by the rotation angle of the lamp panel 20, so that the rotation angle of the lamp panel 20 can be adjusted at will while the image of the target area can be shot by the first camera 111, and various lighting requirements of users can be met.
Alternatively, the first camera 111 may be disposed in a direction inclined downward toward the front side of the table lamp 1 so that the first camera 111 may photograph a front area of the table lamp 1. Therefore, the first camera 111 acquires the images of the books in front of the desk lamp 1, which is beneficial to realizing the function of assisting learning.
Alternatively, the axis of rotation of the movable member 32 with respect to the fixed member 31 is arranged in the horizontal direction.
For example, the fixing member 31 may be disposed in a horizontal direction in an axial direction, so that the lamp panel 20 connected to the movable member 32 is rotated in the axial direction of the fixing member 31, and thus the lamp panel 20 may be rotated in a vertical plane.
Therefore, the lighting area of the lamp panel 20 can be adjusted along the front-back direction of the lamp panel 20 to meet the lighting requirements of users for different areas.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the image capturing device 11 further includes a second camera 112, the second camera 112 is disposed on the front side surface of the body 10, and the lamp panel 20 shields the second camera 112 when in the closed position.
Illustratively, the length of the lamp panel 20 is not less than the distance between the second camera 112 and the top of the body 10, so that the lamp panel 20 shields the second camera 112 when the lamp panel 20 is rotated to the closed position.
The second camera 112 may be disposed in the center of the front surface of the lamp panel 20, and the angle of the second camera 112 may be disposed towards the front of the body 10, or may be disposed towards the front of the body 10 and inclined upwards by a certain angle.
According to the above embodiment, by providing the second camera 112, a target area located in front of the desk lamp 1 can be photographed, for example, a user located in front of the desk lamp 1 can be photographed, so as to realize a specific function of a video call of the desk lamp 1. Moreover, the second camera 112 not only shields the first camera 111 when rotating to the closed position, but also shields the second camera 112, so as to realize the physical peep-proof function for the two cameras.
In one embodiment, a movable shielding component is disposed at the first camera 111 and/or the second camera 112, and the shielding component is used for shielding or avoiding the first camera 111 and/or the second camera 112 separately.
For example, the first camera 111 and the second camera 112 may be respectively provided with a shielding member. The first shielding part is used for shielding or avoiding the first camera 111, the first shielding part is movably arranged on the fixing member 31, and the first shielding part can slide or rotate relative to the fixing member 31. The second shielding part is used for shielding or avoiding the second camera 112, and the second shielding part is movably arranged on the front side surface of the body 10, and the second shielding part can slide or rotate relative to the second shielding part.
According to the above embodiment, the shielding component can be adjusted to shield or avoid the first camera 111 or the second camera 112 independently, and the physical peep-proof function of the first camera 111 and the second camera 112 is also realized.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the desk lamp 1 further comprises a display panel 12. The display panel 12 is provided on the front surface of the body 10, and the lamp panel 20 is retracted from the display panel 12 in a condition of being in a closed position. Wherein the second camera 112 is located at the upper side of the display panel 12.
Illustratively, when the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position, the shielding region of the lamp panel 20 to the front side surface of the body 10 forms a first region, the region of the body 10 located at the lower side of the first region forms a second region, and the display panel 12 may be disposed at the second region. The second camera 112 may be disposed at any position in the first area. Preferably, the second camera 112 may be located at the first region and disposed adjacent to the upper edge of the display panel 12. Therefore, the second camera 112 can be centered as much as possible in the height direction of the body 10, so that the second camera 112 can better shoot a user right in front of the desk lamp 1.
With the above embodiment, the display panel 12 can be shielded when the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position, so that the lamp panel 20 does not interfere with the normal use of the display panel 12 when in the closed position.
In one embodiment, the lamp panel 20 is in abutment with the front side surface of the body 10 with the lamp panel 20 in the closed position.
It will be appreciated that the surface of the lamp panel 20 on the side where the luminous member is provided is in abutment with the front side surface of the body 10 in the condition that the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position.
Through the above embodiment, on one hand, the camera can be completely shielded when the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position, so as to ensure that the physical peep-proof function can be realized; on the other hand, the front side surface of the body 10 and the lamp panel 20 form surface contact, so that the body 10 can support the lamp panel 20 well, and the structural stability of the desk lamp 1 in a folded state is improved.
In one embodiment, the front side surface of the body 10 is inclined backward in the direction from bottom to top, and the angle between the front side surface of the body 10 and the horizontal plane is 60 to 90 degrees.
Preferably, the angle between the front side surface of the body 10 and the horizontal plane may be 82 degrees.
It can be understood that, by setting the included angle between the front side surface of the body 10 and the horizontal plane to be 60 to 90 degrees, on one hand, the display panel 12 disposed on the front side surface of the body 10 can form a certain inclined angle, so that the user positioned at the front side of the desk lamp 1 can watch the display panel 12; on the other hand, the shooting angle of the second camera 112 disposed on the front side surface of the body 10 can be set right opposite to the user, so as to ensure that the image of the user can be well acquired.
Optionally, the maximum rotation angle of the lamp panel 20 is 90 to 110 degrees.
It is understood that the maximum rotation angle of the lamp panel 20 refers to the angular range in which the lamp panel 20 rotates between the open position and the closed position.
Illustratively, the maximum rotation angle of the lamp panel 20 is 102 degrees. The rotation angle of the lamp panel 20 when in the closed position is 0, and the included angle of the lamp panel 20 relative to the horizontal plane is 82 degrees; the angle of rotation of the light panel 20 when in the open position is. The lamp panel 20 is in a horizontal position when rotated 82 degrees from the closed position to the open position, and the position when the lamp panel 20 is rotated 20 degrees from the horizontal position is the open position.
Further, the fixed member 31 and the movable member 32 of the rotating member are in a damping fit, so that the current angle of the lamp panel 20 is maintained after the lamp panel is rotated to a corresponding angle with respect to the main body 10.
Further, the light emitting element of the lamp panel 20 may be turned on when the lamp panel 20 rotates to a first predetermined angle range, and turned off when the lamp panel rotates to a second predetermined angle range.
For example, the first predetermined angle range may be a range in which the angle between the lamp panel 20 and the horizontal direction is 82 degrees to 72 degrees, and the light emitting element of the lamp panel 20 is in an off state within the first predetermined range. The second predetermined angle range may be an included angle of the lamp panel 20 with respect to the horizontal direction of-20 degrees to 72 degrees, and the light emitting member of the lamp panel 20 is in a light emitting state within the second predetermined range.
From this, can control the illuminating part through the turned angle who adjusts lamp panel 20 and give out light or extinguish to need not manual touch on & off switch key switching desk lamp 1, it is comparatively convenient to use.
In an embodiment, the table lamp 1 further comprises a position detector 40. The position detector 40 is provided on the body 10 or the lamp panel 20, and detects a position of the lamp panel 20 with respect to the body 10. Wherein the position detector 40 generates a position signal in case it detects that the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position and/or in the open position.
Illustratively, the position detector 40 may be in electrical communication with a controller of the table lamp 1, which receives the position signal sent by the position detector 40 and performs corresponding control on the light emitting member or the display panel 12 based on the position signal.
In particular, the position signal may comprise a first position signal and a second position signal. The position detector 40 generates and transmits a first position signal when detecting that the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position, and based on the first position signal, the controller controls the light emitting members on the lamp panel 20 to be turned off and/or controls the display panel 12 to be turned off. The position detector 40 generates and sends a second position signal when detecting that the lamp panel 20 is in the open position, and based on the second position signal, the controller controls the light emitting elements on the lamp panel 20 to light up and/or controls the display panel 12 to light up.
The open position and the closed position may be specifically set according to actual conditions, for example, the open position may be a position where the lamp panel 20 rotates to a maximum included angle with respect to the body 10, and the closed position may be a position where the lamp panel 20 rotates to a minimum included angle with respect to the body 10.
Through the above embodiment, the detection of the position of the lamp panel 20 can be realized, which is beneficial to realizing various interactive experiences of the desk lamp 1 according to the action of the lamp panel 20, for example, the light emitting element of the desk lamp 1 or the display panel 12 can be controlled to execute corresponding actions according to the position of the lamp panel 20, thereby improving the convenience in use of the desk lamp 1.
In one embodiment, the position detector 40 includes a sensor 41 and a sensing member 42, the sensor 41 and the sensing member 42 are respectively disposed on the body 10 and the lamp panel 20, and the sensor 41 generates a position signal when a relative position of the sensing member 42 changes.
Illustratively, the inductor 41 is disposed on the front side surface of the body, the sensing element 42 is disposed on the lamp panel 20, and the inductor 41 generates a corresponding position signal when the relative position of the sensing element 42 with respect to the inductor 41 changes. For example, the inductor 41 may be an electrically conductive closed loop, and the induction element 42 may be a magnetic element, and in case that the relative position of the magnetic element to the closed loop changes, the closed loop generates an induction current under the action of electromagnetic induction, and the induction current may serve as a position signal to represent the position of the lamp panel 20 relative to the body 10.
More specifically, in a condition that the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position, the magnetic member is disposed in a horizontal direction corresponding to the position of the closed loop so that the closed loop generates an induced current. Thus, whether the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position can be determined by detecting the presence or absence of the induced current output from the closed circuit.
In one embodiment, the position detector 40 is a camera or a distance sensor.
In one example, the position detector 40 may be a distance sensor, such as an optical distance sensor, an infrared distance sensor, an ultrasonic distance sensor, or the like. A distance sensor may be provided at a front side surface of the body 10 for detecting a distance of the lamp panel 20 with respect to the body 10. More specifically, the distance sensor may be used to detect the distance of a certain specific region on the lamp panel 20 with respect to the front side surface of the body 10. When the lamp panel 20 rotates to the closed position relative to the body 10, the distance between the lamp panel 20 and the body 10 may be a first preset distance, and when the distance sensor detects that the distance between the lamp panel 20 and the body 10 is less than or equal to the first preset distance, a first position signal is sent, and based on the first position signal, it may be determined that the current position of the lamp panel 20 is the closed position, and the light-emitting member on the lamp panel 20 is controlled to be turned off.
In another example, the position detector 40 may be a camera, which may be provided on a front side surface of the body 10 and may acquire an image including the lamp panel 20. For example, the position detector 40 may be the second camera 112, or may be a camera additionally provided on the front side surface of the body 10. The controller determines the position information of the lamp panel 20 relative to the body 10 through image processing according to the sub-image of the lamp panel 20 in the image acquired by the camera, judges whether the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position or not based on the position information, and generates a first position signal under the condition that the lamp panel 20 is in the closed position.
