When the air cylinder 301 acts, the piston shaft of the air cylinder 301 moves downwards, one end of the transmission lever shaft 302 connected with the piston shaft moves downwards, and the other end of the transmission lever shaft 302 moves upwards, so that the feeding hopper bottom plate 303 is driven to rotate, and the feeding hopper is closed; similarly, when the cylinder 301 is reversed, the hopper is opened and the mouth gag therein falls down to the packer hopper 400.
