Through the welding method of the embodiment, the inner longitudinal seam and the outer longitudinal seam are both turned and welded, and the welding of the inner longitudinal seam and the outer longitudinal seam at two sides (the first side and the second side) of the longitudinal rib of the plate unit can be completed by one reciprocating, so that the working procedures are saved, the welding efficiency is high, and the quality is better.
Another embodiment of the present invention further provides an internal welding system for welding longitudinal seams of plate units separately, referring to fig. 3 and 13, the plate unit 100 includes a steel panel 1 and longitudinal ribs 2, the internal welding system includes the above-mentioned internal welding device 102 for welding the longitudinal seams of the plate units formed by the steel panel and the longitudinal ribs in the inner cavities of the plate units; and the turnover device 101 can rotate and is used for adjusting the angle between the unit to be welded and the horizontal plane.
