本实用新型公开了一种水冷散热装置,包括导液组件、热交换器、散热器及水冷泵,导液组件包括第一导液管、第二导液管及第三导液管,第一导液管的两端分别连通热交换器与散热器,第二导液管的两端分别连通热交换器与水冷泵,第三导液管的两端分别连通水冷泵与散热器,水冷泵固定在导液组件上。本实用新型的水冷散热装置,通过将热交换器与水冷泵分开设置,与传统的水冷泵与热交换器一体化设计相比,维修成本更低,结构更简单,因为水冷泵是易损件,当水冷泵损坏之后,只需要更换水冷泵,而不需要将水冷泵与热交换器进行整体更换;此外,通过将水冷泵固定在导液组件上,可以降低水冷泵工作过程中的震动,从而降低噪音,改善用户体验。

本实用新型涉及散热装置相关技术领域,尤其涉及一种水冷散热装置。
背景技术
电子元件在工作中会产生热量,近年来,随着计算机***的性能逐步提高,CPU等电子元件因操作产生的热量也不可避免的增加,为了解决其发热问题,通常需使用散热***以快速散热,以避免电子元件因过热而降低寿命或损毁。现有的散热***主要有风冷散热***和水冷散热***,其中水冷散热***因其显著的散热性能以及较低的噪音已被大量应用在CPU的散热处理上,并且成为计算机冷却***的重要发展趋势之一。
但是,目前市场上的水冷散热装置存在结构复杂、安装维护不便而且维修成本高等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、安装维护便捷且维修成本低的水冷散热装置,以克服现有技术中存在的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种水冷散热装置,包括导液组件、热交换器、散热器及水冷泵,所述导液组件包括第一导液管、第二导液管及第三导液管,所述第一导液管的两端分别连通热交换器与散热器,所述第二导液管的两端分别连通所述热交换器与所述水冷泵,所述第三导液管的两端分别连通所述水冷泵与散热器,所述水冷泵固定在所述导液组件上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述水冷泵包括外壳与安装在外壳内的底座、电机及叶轮,所述第一导液管穿设所述外壳,所述第二导液管穿设所述外壳与所述底座连通,所述第三导液管穿设所述外壳与所述底座连通,所述电机设置在所述底座的一端,所述叶轮设置在所述底座内,且所述叶轮与所述电机的输出端连接,所述电机用于驱动所述叶轮旋转。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电机为无刷电机。
在其中一个实施例中,所述水冷泵还包括第一磁性体与第二磁性体,所述第一磁性体与所述电机的输出端连接,所述第二磁性体嵌套在所述叶轮上,所述第一磁性体与第二磁性体磁性耦合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述水冷泵还包括密封座,所述密封座设置在所述电机靠近底座的一端,且所述密封座与所述底座通过紧固件连接,所述第一磁性体设置在所述密封座内,所述密封座用于将电机与外部的冷却液分隔开。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一磁性体、第二磁性体及叶轮同轴设置。

请参阅图1至图5,为本实用新型一较佳实施方式的一种水冷散热装置100,包括导液组件10、热交换器20、散热器30及水冷泵40,导液组件10包括第一导液管11、第二导液管12及第三导液管13,第一导液管11的两端分别连通热交换器20与散热器30,第二导液管12的两端分别连通热交换器20与水冷泵40,第三导液管13的两端分别连通水冷泵40与散热器30,水冷泵40固定在导液组件10上。本水冷散热装置100,通过将热交换器20与水冷泵40分开设置,与传统的水冷泵40与热交换器20一体化设计相比,维修成本更低,结构更简单,因为水冷泵40是易损件,当水冷泵40损坏之后,只需要更换水冷泵40,而不需要将水冷泵40与热交换器20进行整体更换;此外,通过将水冷泵40固定在导液组件10上,可以降低水冷泵40工作过程中的震动,从而降低噪音,改善用户体验。
如图1所示,导液组件10用于传输冷却液,导液组件10包括第一导液管11、第二导液管12及第三导液管13,第一导液管11的两端分别连通热交换器20与散热器30,第二导液管12的两端分别连通热交换器20与水冷泵40,第三导液管13的两端分别连通水冷泵40与散热器30。
还请参阅图1与图2,热交换器20用于将CPU所产生的热量通过冷却液转移带走,也就是用于冷热交换。热交换器20包括换热板21与上盖22,换热板21的顶部间隔设置有若干导热翅片211,导热翅片211可以增大冷却液与换热板21的接触面积,提高散热的效率;可选地,换热板21由导热性能良好的金属制成,例如铜或铝等金属。上盖22盖设换热板21靠近导热翅片211的一端,第一导液管11和第二导液管12均与上盖22连通,上盖22内设有供冷却液流通的冷却通道(图未示)。进一步地,换热板21与上盖22之间设置有密封垫(图未标),密封垫可以防止冷却液渗漏。进一步地,热交换器20还包括第一转接头23与第二转接头24,第一转接头23的两端分别连通第一导液管11与上盖22,第二转接头24的两端分别连通第二导液管12与上盖22;进一步地,第一转接头23和第二转接头24均与上盖22螺纹连接,第一转接头23与上盖22连接的一端套设有密封圈,第二转接头24与上盖22连接的一端套设有密封圈(图未标),通过设置第一转接头23与第二转接头24,可以便于热交换器20分别与第一导液管11和第二导液管连接,而密封圈可以保证密封性,防止冷却液渗漏对计算机主机内部的电气元器件造成短路。
如图2所示,散热器30用于储存冷却液与将冷却液所携带的热量散发到空气中。散热器30包括两个储液件31、多个散热管32及若干散热片33。储液件31用于储存冷却液,在其中一个储液件31上开设有加液口(图未标),可以通过加液口往散热器30内加注冷却液。各散热管32沿储液件31的长度方向上间隔设置,且各散热管32的两端分别连通两个储液件31,各散热片33间隔设置在相邻两个散热管32之间,散热管32与散热片33可以加快将冷却液所携带的热量散发到空气中。进一步地,散热器30的侧面还设置有散热风扇(图未示),散热风扇用于加快散热。
请一并参阅图1、图4及图5,水冷泵40用于带动冷却液循环流动。水冷泵40固定在导液组件10上。水冷泵40包括外壳41与安装在外壳41内的底座42、电机43及叶轮44。外壳41用于将水冷泵40固定在第一导液管11、第二导液管12及第三导液管13上。进一步地,第一导液管11穿设外壳41,第二导液管12穿设外壳41与底座42连通,第三导液管13穿设外壳41与底座42连通。电机43设置在底座42的一端,本实施例中,电机43为无刷电机43。叶轮44设置在底座42内,且叶轮44与电机43的输出端连接。进一步地,水冷泵40还包括第一磁性体45、第二磁性体46及密封座47,第一磁性体45与电机43的输出端连接,第二磁性体46嵌套在叶轮44上,第一磁性体45与第二磁性体46磁性耦合,密封座47设置在电机43靠近底座42的一端,密封座47与底座42通过螺丝固定连接,第一磁性体45设置在密封座47内,电机43带动第一磁性件45旋转,在第一磁性件45旋转产生的磁场的作用下,第二磁性件46带动叶轮44旋转,即电机43与叶轮44不直接接触,通过磁性耦合带动叶轮44旋转;这样可以避免冷却液进入到电机43内,提高水冷泵40防短路的安全性能,此外,如果冷却液中携带异物时,即使叶轮44被卡死,也不会导致电机43损坏,更加安全;本实施例中,第一磁性体45与第二磁性体46均为磁铁。进一步地,叶轮44、第一磁性体45及第二磁性体46同轴设置。
使用时,将换热板21远离导热翅片的一端与CPU的顶部紧贴并固定好,然后将散热器30固定在计算机主机的机箱侧面,然后通过加液口往储液件31内加注冷却液,加注完毕后,封盖好加液口,接着将本水冷散热装置100电源线与主板上对应的插座对接。启动计算机后,水冷泵40开始工作,将冷却液从散热器30内输送至热交换器20中,然后再将冷却液从热交换器20中回流至散热器30内,如此循环往复,将CPU所产生的热量转移到外界中。
本实用新型的水冷散热装置100,通过将热交换器20与水冷泵40分开设置,与传统的水冷泵40与热交换器20一体化设计相比,维修成本更低,结构更简单,因为水冷泵40是易损件,当水冷泵40损坏之后,只需要更换水冷泵40,而不需要将水冷泵40与热交换器20进行整体更换;此外,通过将水冷泵40固定在导液组件10上,可以降低水冷泵40工作过程中的震动,从而降低噪音,改善用户体验。

Claims (10)

1.一种水冷散热装置,其特征在于,包括导液组件、热交换器、散热器及水冷泵,所述导液组件包括第一导液管、第二导液管及第三导液管,所述第一导液管的两端分别连通热交换器与散热器,所述第二导液管的两端分别连通所述热交换器与所述水冷泵,所述第三导液管的两端分别连通所述水冷泵与散热器,所述水冷泵固定在所述导液组件上。
2.如权利要求1所述的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述水冷泵包括外壳与安装在外壳内的底座、电机及叶轮,所述第一导液管穿设所述外壳,所述第二导液管穿设所述外壳与所述底座连通,所述第三导液管穿设所述外壳与所述底座连通,所述电机设置在所述底座的一端,所述叶轮设置在所述底座内,且所述叶轮与所述电机的输出端连接,所述电机用于驱动所述叶轮旋转。
3.如权利要求2所述的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述电机为无刷电机。
4.如权利要求2所述的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述水冷泵还包括第一磁性体与第二磁性体,所述第一磁性体与所述电机的输出端连接,所述第二磁性体嵌套在所述叶轮上,所述第一磁性体与第二磁性体磁性耦合。
5.如权利要求4所述的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述水冷泵还包括密封座,所述密封座设置在所述电机靠近底座的一端,且所述密封座与所述底座通过紧固件连接,所述第一磁性体设置在所述密封座内,所述密封座用于将电机与外部的冷却液分隔开。
6.如权利要求4所述的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述第一磁性体、第二磁性体及叶轮同轴设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述热交换器包括换热板与上盖,所述换热板的顶部间隔设置有若干导热翅片,所述上盖盖设所述换热板靠近所述导热翅片的一端,所述第一导液管和第二导液管均与所述上盖连通。
8.如权利要求7所述的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述换热板与所述上盖之间设置有密封垫。
9.如权利要求7所述的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述热交换器还包括第一转接头与第二转接头,所述第一转接头的两端分别连通第一导液管与上盖,所述第二转接头的两端分别连通第二导液管与上盖。
10.如权利要求1所述的水冷散热装置,其特征在于,所述散热器包括两个储液件、多个散热管及若干散热片,所述储液件用于储存冷却液,各所述散热管沿所述储液件的长度方向上间隔设置,且各所述散热管的两端分别连通两个所述储液件,各所述散热片间隔设置在相邻两个散热管之间。
