the rotating cylinder is sleeved outside the central cylinder in a bell-jar shape, the central axis of the rotating cylinder is overlapped with the central axis of the central cylinder, a space is reserved between the inner wall of the rotating cylinder and the outer wall of the central cylinder, and the output shaft of the driving device penetrates through the heat-insulating cover to drive the central axis of the rotating cylinder; and the lower end of the central shaft of the rotating cylinder is matched with a bearing seat arranged at the upper end of the central cylinder,
