In some embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the discharge tube 41 may range from 50 square millimeters, 100 square millimeters, 150 square millimeters, 200 square millimeters, 250 square millimeters, 300 square millimeters, or some value between any two of the foregoing.
Preferably, the discharge pipe 41 is arc-shaped or linear. Thus, the slurry discharge pipe 41 can smoothly convey the slurry. In the illustrated embodiment, the discharge duct 41 has an arc shape, but is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 4 and 9, the main unit 10 further includes a water tank assembly 50 and an instant heating module connected to the water tank assembly 50, the slurry pipe support 42 includes a filtering structure 48, and the housing 11 includes a water outlet 117 located above the filtering structure 48, such that hot water heated by the instant heating module can flow out through the water outlet 117 and fall into a container located below the filtering structure 48 through the filtering structure 48. In the illustrated embodiment, the blender cup assembly 12 further comprises a water inlet valve assembly 15 disposed on the base pan 221, the base pan 221 is provided with a water inlet hole 2215 corresponding to the water inlet valve assembly 15, and the water tank assembly 50 delivers water to the blender cup 21 through a pump and via the water inlet valve assembly 15. The filter structure 48 is recessed downward relative to the slurry discharge pipe holder 42, so that the filter structure 48 can contain tea leaves, coffee powder and the like. In some embodiments, the filter structure 48 may be a metal piece that can be assembled to the drainpipe bracket 42, or that can be integrally injection molded with the drainpipe bracket 42. In other embodiments, the filter structure 48 may be a plastic structure, and the filter structure 48 is integrally formed with the slurry pipe bracket 42. The filtering structure 48 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes.
A three-way valve connected with the instant heating module is further arranged in the housing 11, one water outlet port of the three-way valve is connected to the water inlet valve assembly 15 through a water pipe, and the other water outlet port of the three-way valve is connected to the water outlet 117 through a water pipe. In this way, by providing the three-way valve, the hot water heated by the instantaneous module can be transported into the mixing cup 21 or the filter structure 48. In one embodiment, the three-way valve 17 is an electromagnetic three-way valve.
In the illustrated embodiment, the slurry discharge valve assembly 223 includes a slurry discharge valve 2231, a slurry discharge valve cover 2232, and a sealing structure 2233, wherein the slurry discharge valve 2231 is rotatably disposed inside the slurry discharge valve cover 2232, the sealing structure 2233 forms a seal between the slurry discharge valve 2232 and the slurry discharge valve 2231, and the slurry discharge valve cover 2232 is provided with a slurry outlet 2234, and the slurry outlet 2234 is in communication with the slurry discharge pipe 41 when the slurry discharge pipe assembly 40 is mounted to the main body 10. Therefore, the slurry discharge can be realized by rotating the slurry discharge valve 2231, and the operation is convenient. In this embodiment, the slurry discharge valve 2231 is connected to a valve motor, and the valve motor is used for driving the slurry discharge valve 2231 to rotate. In one embodiment, the control circuit board 16 can control the discharge valve 2231 to automatically open to start discharging slurry when the blending cup assembly 20 is finished.
In the illustrated embodiment, the discharge valve cover 2232 is provided with a protruding ring 2235 surrounding the discharge port 2234, the protruding ring 2235 being in abutting engagement with a first end of the discharge tube 41. Thus, by providing the protruding ring 2235 and making the protruding ring 2235 abut against and fit with the first end of the slurry discharge pipe 41, a close fit is formed between the slurry discharge valve cover 2232 and the slurry discharge pipe 41, and slurry leakage can be avoided. During assembly, the slurry discharge pipe assembly 40 is first installed to the main body 10, and then the stirring cup assembly 20 is installed to the main body 10.

the slurry discharging pipe assembly (40) is detachably arranged on the main machine (10), and the slurry discharging pipe assembly (40) is used for conveying the slurry discharged by the slurry discharging valve assembly (223) into the slurry receiving cup (30).

The food processor as claimed in claim 18, wherein a three-way valve connected with the instant heating module is further provided in the housing (11), one water outlet port of the three-way valve is connected to the water inlet valve assembly (15) through a water pipe, and the other water outlet port is connected to the water outlet (117) through a water pipe.

The food processor as claimed in claim 3, wherein the slurry discharging valve assembly (223) comprises a slurry discharging valve (2231), a slurry discharging valve cover (2232) and a sealing structure (2233), wherein the slurry discharging valve (2231) is rotatably disposed in the slurry discharging valve cover (2232), the sealing structure (2233) forms a seal between the slurry discharging valve cover (2232) and the slurry discharging valve (2231), the slurry discharging valve cover (2232) is provided with a slurry outlet (2234), and when the slurry discharging pipe assembly (40) is installed in the main machine (10), the slurry outlet (2234) is communicated with the slurry discharging pipe (41).
21. The food processor of claim 20, wherein the discharge valve cover (2232) is provided with a bead (2235) surrounding the discharge port (2234), said bead (2235) being in abutting engagement with the first end of the discharge tube (41).
