As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the steering column adjustment detecting device includes: a fixing device for fixing the steering column 9; a handle detection device connected to the adjustment handle 92 for detecting a rotation angle and a rotation moment of the adjustment handle 92; the counterweight block 6 is fixed on the steering column 9 and used for simulating a steering wheel; the movable connecting device is movably connected with the balancing weight 6 and is used for driving the balancing weight 6 to move along the radial direction or the axial direction; the comprehensive detection devices are arranged vertically and are respectively connected with the movable connecting device, and the comprehensive detection devices are used for detecting the radial force, the radial displacement, the axial force and the axial displacement of the steering column 9; the comprehensive detection frame 21 is provided with a comprehensive detection device which is arranged on the comprehensive detection frame 21; and the detection base 1, the fixing device, the handle detection device and the comprehensive detection frame 21 are all fixed on the detection base 1.
The balancing weight 6 can realize the weight of the simulated steering wheel, and is convenient for axial and radial force and displacement detection. The counterweight block 6 is provided with a connecting hole 61 connected with the steering column 9.
The detection base 1 is provided with a T-shaped groove.
The handle detection device includes: a hand grip on which an adjusting handle 92 is inserted; the detection shaft is connected with the gripper; an encoder 75, the encoder 75 being mounted on the detection shaft; a handle torque sensor 76; a handle detection motor 77; two couplings 78 are arranged, and are respectively used for connecting the detection shaft with the handle torque sensor 76 and connecting the handle torque sensor 76 with the handle detection motor 77; and the handle detection frame 701, the handle detection frame 701 is installed on the detection base 1, the detection shaft is rotatably installed at the top of the handle detection frame 701, and the handle detection motor 77 is fixed on the handle detection frame 701.

The detection shaft is mounted on a bearing block 74, and the bearing block 74 is fixed on a handle detection frame 701.
In at least one embodiment, the method further comprises: the length adjusting rod 72 is provided with scales, and the hand grip is arranged on the length adjusting rod 72; and the adjusting seat 73, the adjusting seat 73 is fixed on the detection shaft, and the length adjusting rod 72 is fixed on the adjusting seat 73.
The length adjusting rod 72 can be adjusted according to different adjusting handles 92, and the scales are convenient for calculating the moment. After the length of the length adjusting rod 72 is adjusted, the length adjusting rod 72 is pressed on the adjusting seat 73 through a screw.

The top of the lifting adjusting screw 702 is provided with a hand wheel.
In at least one embodiment, a fourth locking screw 704 is further included, and the fourth locking screw 704 is installed on the elevating base 79 for fixing the elevating base 79. The fourth locking screw 704 can be pressed on the handle detection frame 701 to lock the position of the lifting seat 79.
The flexible connection device comprises: the radial detection frame 51 is provided with a radial detection groove; an upper roller 55; the lower roller 53, the lower roller 53 and the upper roller 55 are all arranged in the radial detection groove and are arranged oppositely; the axial detection frame 56 is provided with an axial detection groove; the axial rollers 57 are arranged on two sides of the axial detection groove; the counterweight block 6 is provided with a radial sliding groove 61, the radial sliding groove 61 is vertical to the axis of the steering column 9, and the axial roller 57 is inserted in the radial sliding groove 61 in a sliding way.

The radial detection groove and the axial detection groove are both U-shaped grooves.
When the radial force and the radial displacement are detected, the radial detection frame 51 drives the counterweight block 6 to move along the radial direction of the steering column 9 through the upper roller 55 and the lower roller 53, and the axial roller 57 is arranged in the inner raceway of the radial sliding groove 61, so that the axial detection frame 56 is in a free state.
When detecting the axial force and the axial displacement, the axial detecting frame 56 drives the counterweight block 6 to move along the axial direction of the steering column through the axial roller 57.
