the movable plate (2-1-2) is positioned between two inner side walls of the U-shaped clamp (2-1-1), and the movable plate (2-1-2) is connected with one inner side wall of the U-shaped clamp (2-1-1) through the compression spring (2-1-3);
one end of the fixing plate (2-2) is fixed with the middle part of the outer side wall of the U-shaped clamp (2-1-1).

the illuminating lamp (1) comprises a lamp head (1-1), a first rotating direction adjusting mechanism (1-2), a lamp head support rod (1-3) and a second rotating direction adjusting mechanism (1-4);
the first rotating direction adjusting mechanism (1-2) is in a semicircular arc shape, and two ends of the first rotating direction adjusting mechanism (1-2) are hinged with side walls on two sides of the lamp cap (1-1), so that the lamp cap (1-1) can rotate in a first rotating direction by taking a connecting line of two hinged points as an axis;
the middle part of the outer side wall of the first rotating direction adjusting mechanism (1-2) is fixed with one end of the lamp holder supporting rod (1-3); the outer side wall of the first rotating direction adjusting mechanism (1-2) is a side wall far away from the lamp holder (1-1);
the second rotating direction adjusting mechanism (1-4) comprises a universal ball head (1-4-1) and a ball head seat (1-4-2) matched with the universal ball head;
the other end of the lamp holder supporting rod (1-3) is fixed with a universal ball head;
the bottom of the ball head seat (1-4-2) is fixed with the upper surface of the vehicle fixed connection part (2);
