The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present disclosure, use of directional terms such as "upper, lower, left, right" generally refer to directions in the drawing of the corresponding drawing figures. "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer of the respective component profiles. The terms "first," "second," and the like are used herein to distinguish one element from another, and are not intended to be sequential or important. In addition, when the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present disclosure provides a connector 1 for connecting a door inside catcher handle 2 and a stud head 3 together. This connecting piece 1 includes first installation department 11 and second installation department 12, and optionally, first installation department 11 and second installation department 12 can be through mode integrated into one piece such as moulding plastics to improve the holistic intensity of connecting piece 1. In addition, in order to reduce the friction between the connector 1 and the door inside handle 2 and the locking wire stud 3, the connector 1 may be made of a composite solid self-lubricating material such as polyimide, polyethylene, or the like. Wherein the first mounting portion 11 is adapted to be inserted and locked in a mounting hole 21 of the door inside handle 2. The first mounting portion 11 is formed with an insertion hole 111 into which a first end of the locking wire stud 3 is inserted, and the second mounting portion 12 is formed with an accommodating space 121 through which a second end of the locking wire stud 3 passes, the accommodating space 121 being configured to limit radial movement of the locking wire stud 3, and an extending direction of the locking wire stud 3 in the accommodating space 121 and an extending direction in the insertion hole 111 are at an angle to each other.
For the door inside handle 2, the first installation part 11 of the connecting piece 1 can be inserted into and locked in the installation hole 21 of the door inside handle 2, so that the connecting piece 1 and the door inside handle 2 can be fixedly connected together. With regard to the locking wire column 3, the extension direction of the locking wire column 3 in the accommodation space 121 and the extension direction in the insertion hole 111 are at an angle to each other, so that the connector 1 and the locking wire column 3 can be fixedly connected together. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the extension direction of the stud 3 in the accommodation space 121 is perpendicular to the extension direction in the insertion hole 111. For convenience of installation, the locking wire stud 3 may be directly injection-molded into a bent shape, including a first end for insertion into the insertion hole 111 and a second end for passing through the receiving space 121. Since the accommodating space 121 of the second mounting portion 12 can limit the radial movement of the locking wire column 3, that is, the locking wire column 3 cannot be radially removed from the accommodating space 121 and only tends to be removed from the axial direction, but since the first end of the locking wire column 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 111, the radial and axial movement of the locking wire column 3 is locked, so that the fixed connection between the connector 1 and the locking wire column 3 is realized. It is worth noting that the radial and axial directions of the above-mentioned lockwire stud 3 refer to the portions passing through the second end of the accommodation space 121, while for the first end of the lockwire stud 3 inserted into the insertion hole 111, the axial and radial directions are the same as the axial and radial directions of the insertion hole 111.
The connection relation between the vehicle door inside-buckled handle 2 and the lock line column head 3 is changed, namely the vehicle door inside-buckled handle 2 and the lock line column head 3 are respectively installed on the connecting piece 1 in a locking way, so that the connection reliability and the connection comfort of the vehicle door inside-buckled handle 2 and the lock line column head 3 are improved, and meanwhile, the vehicle door inside-buckled handle 2 and the lock line column head 3 are not in direct contact, so that the abnormal sound problem caused by the direct contact of the vehicle door inside-buckled handle 2 and the lock line column head 3 is avoided. In addition, the connecting mode of the connecting piece 1, the vehicle door inner handle 2 and the locking wire column head 3 is simple, namely, the connecting mode can be realized through simple insertion, and the installation is more convenient and fast.

It should be understood that the rear and front side surfaces of the plate body referred to above are referred to with respect to the insertion direction of the first mounting portion 11.
When the first installation portion 11 is inserted into the installation hole 21, the anti-falling portion 113 can be pressed by the plate body of the door inside handle 2 to move inward to avoid the plate body, so that the first installation portion 11 can be continuously inserted into the installation hole 21, when the accommodating portion 114 reaches the position of the plate body, the anti-falling portion 113 returns to be opened outward, and at this time, the plate body is locked in the accommodating portion 114. The stopping portion 112 is locked on the rear side surface of the plate body, and the anti-falling portion 113 is locked on the front side surface of the plate body, so that the first mounting portion 11 can be effectively prevented from falling out of the mounting hole 21, and the reliability of connection is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the section of the coming-off preventing portion 113 may be configured to be gradually narrowed in a direction of being inserted into the mounting hole 21, thereby functioning as a mounting guide. In addition, in order to facilitate the insertion of the first mounting portion 11 into the insertion hole 111, referring to fig. 1, the retaining portion 113 is opened with a notch 1131 along the insertion direction from one end inserted into the mounting hole 21, and the notches 1131 may be provided in plurality at intervals, so that the retaining portion 113 can generate an elastic deformation that contracts inward during the insertion into the mounting hole 21. The inward-contracting elastic deformation of the anti-falling part 113 can play a role in convenient installation, and meanwhile, after the elastic recovery, the anti-falling part 113 can be locked in the insertion hole 111 to avoid being separated from the installation hole 21 along the axial direction.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the second mounting portion 12 may include two side plates 1211 disposed opposite to each other, one end of the side plate 1211 at least partially overlaps the connection surface 115 of the first mounting portion 11, and optionally, one end of the side plate 1211 may be integrally overlapped on the first mounting portion 11 to improve the overall strength of the connection member 1. The other ends of the side plates 1211 are bent inward to form bent segments 1212, respectively. The connecting surface 115, the side plate 1211 and the bent section 1212 together enclose an accommodating space 121 through which the second end of the locking wire column head 3 passes, and a free end of the bent section 1212 is slightly bent downward, so that the second end of the locking wire column head 3 can be pressed into the accommodating space 121 when being installed.
Further, in order to improve the positional stability of the lockwire stud 3 after installation, as shown in fig. 4, the portion of the connecting surface 115 for enclosing the accommodating space 121 is configured to conform to the shape of the outer peripheral wall of the lockwire stud 3, that is, the portion of the connecting surface 115 for enclosing the accommodating space 121 is configured to have a downwardly concave arc surface to accommodate the second end of the lockwire stud 3. In addition, an abutting portion 12111 that abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the locking wire column 3 after the locking wire column 3 is inserted is formed on the inner wall surface of the side plate 1211, and the abutting portion 12111 can further restrict the movement of the locking wire column 3 in the radial direction.
