Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle according to the present disclosure is provided. The vehicle includes: the vehicle comprises a vehicle body 1 and a window 2, wherein the window 2 is mounted on the vehicle body 1, and ventilation of a vehicle interior space and a vehicle exterior space can be performed through the window 2.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic view of a vehicle window is shown. The window 2 in this embodiment includes: a window frame 201, a window 202 and a driving module 203. The window frame 201 can be installed on the vehicle body 1, and can be used for fixing the window 202, and at the same time, can provide a movable space for the window 202 so as to realize the opening and closing of the window 2. The sash 201 may be mounted on a door of the vehicle body 1 as a door sash; it may be mounted on the roof of the vehicle body 1 as a roof window frame of the roof. The window 202 is hidden in the window frame 1 when the window 2 is fully opened, or partially hidden in the window frame 1 and partially overlapped by crossing the window frame 201 when the window 2 is in a state between fully opened and fully closed. The window frame 201 may be used to fix a portion of the window 202 that overlaps the window frame 201.
The window 202 in this embodiment may be glass or a transparent strong plastic sheet.
The driving module 203 is connected to the window 202 for controlling the window 2 to switch between the closed state and the open state by driving the window 202 in the first direction. When the window 2 is in the closed state, the window 202 and the sash 201 are aligned in the first direction. The window 202 and the sash 201 are aligned in a first direction, which may be: the window 202 covers the entire area framed by the sash 201. When the window 2 is in the open state, the window 202 and the sash 201 are staggered in the first direction, and the staggering of the window 202 and the sash 201 in the first direction may be: the window 202 begins to cover the area framed by the sash 201 and to cover the entire area framed by the sash 201. For example, in a window of a vehicle door, a window is a glass, and in the process of moving the glass from a lower portion of a window sash to an upper portion of the window sash, the upper portion of the glass is between the lower portion of the window sash and the upper portion of the window sash. The upper portion of the glass may be a portion of the glass adjacent to a roof, the lower portion of the window sash may be a portion of the window sash connected to a vehicle door, and the upper portion of the window sash may be a portion of the window sash adjacent to the vehicle door. The window 202 can be driven to move in the first direction by the driving module 203, and the window 202 is driven to a position aligned with the window frame 201 in the first direction, and at this time, the window 2 is in a closed state. The window 202 can be driven to move in the first direction by the driving module 203, and the window 202 is driven to a position staggered with the window frame 201 in the first direction, and at this time, the window 2 is in an open state.
The first direction may be with respect to the vehicle body, with the vehicle body as a plane. The window may be a window in a door, the first direction being the same as the door since the door is typically mounted to the vehicle in a direction perpendicular to the body of the vehicle. The first direction is a vertical direction when the vehicle is on a horizontal ground. The window may be a roof window located on the roof of the vehicle, and since the roof may be considered as being mounted on the vehicle parallel to the body of the vehicle, the first direction is the same as the direction of the roof of the vehicle. The first direction is a horizontal direction when the vehicle is on a horizontal ground.
Taking a window on a vehicle door as an example, the driving module 203 is connected to the window 202, the driving module 203 drives the window 202 to move in the vertical direction, and when the driving module 203 drives the window 202 to be aligned with the window frame 201 in the vertical direction, the window 2 is in a closed state. In practice, the drive module 203 drives the glass upward until the top of the glass contacts the top of the window frame 201 or the top of the glass enters the top of the window frame 201. When the window 2 is in the closed state, the driving module 203 can also drive the glass to move downwards, so that the window 2 is in the open state.
Taking a skylight as an example, when the driving module 203 drives the window 202 to move in the horizontal direction, and the driving module 203 drives the window 202 to be aligned with the window frame 201 in the horizontal direction, the skylight is in a closed state. In practical applications, the driving module 203 drives the glass in a horizontal direction toward the front of the vehicle until the top of the glass contacts the top of the window frame 201 or the top of the glass enters the top of the window frame 201. When the window 2 is in the closed state, the driving module 203 can also drive the glass to move towards the tail part of the vehicle, so that the window 2 is in the open state.
Here, the driving module 203 includes a driving component in a first direction, and the driving component in the first direction may be any driving component which is connected to the window 202 and can drive the window 202 to move in the first direction. For example, the driving rod, the lead screw or the lifting motor can be used.
Window 202 is switchable between a first position and a second position when window 2 is in a closed state. Window 202 may be driven by drive assembly 203 to move when window 2 is in the closed state, placing window 202 in the first and second positions, respectively. When window 202 is in the first position, the ventilation passage in window 2, which communicates the space inside the vehicle with the space outside the vehicle, is open. When the window 202 is in the second position, the air passage is closed. The ventilation channel on the window 2 may be a ventilation channel located on the window 202, or a ventilation channel formed between the window 202 and the window frame 201.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the vehicle window is in a closed state, the window body can be switched between the first position and the second position. When the window body is located at the first position, the ventilation channel which is communicated with the space inside the vehicle and the space outside the vehicle on the window body is opened, and when the window body is located at the second position, the ventilation channel is closed. Through the switching of the window body between the first position and the second position, when the window body is at the first position, the gas exchange between the space in the vehicle and the space outside the vehicle can be realized through the ventilation channel of the window body under the condition that the window is closed, so that the ventilation of the space in the vehicle is ensured. When the space in the vehicle does not need to exchange gas with the space outside the vehicle, the window body can be switched from the first position to the second position, the ventilation channel is closed, and the space in the vehicle and the space outside the vehicle do not exchange gas any more.
Under the condition that the vehicle window is closed, the window body is located at the first position and performs gas exchange between the space inside the vehicle and the space outside the vehicle through the ventilation channel, and the condition that the space inside the vehicle is exposed to the outside can be reduced, so that the concealment of the space inside the vehicle is ensured. In addition, ventilation can be performed without starting the vehicle.
In another embodiment, the vent path includes vents 2021 in the window 202, the window 202 includes a central region 2022 and an edge region 2023, and the edge region 2023 of at least one side of the window 202 has vents 2021. The central region 2022 serves as the body of the window for wind shielding and the like, and the edge region 2023 serves to provide the ventilation holes 2021, so that the interior space of the vehicle and the exterior space of the vehicle can be exchanged for other purposes through the ventilation holes 2021 when the window 2 is closed. In this embodiment, ventilation is performed through the ventilation holes 2021 by using the ventilation holes 2021 provided in the edge region 2023 of at least one side of the window 202 as ventilation passages.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of a window frame, the window frame 201 includes a first window groove 2011. When the window 202 is located at the first position, the vent 2021 is exposed out of the first window groove 2011, and when the window 202 is located at the second position, the vent 2021 is hidden in the first window groove 2011. First window slot 2011 may be used to provide an active space for window 202, window 202 may be movable within first window slot 2011, and first window slot 2011 may also fix window 202 during movement of window 202 or when stationary.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic view of a window structure is shown, the window structure includes a central region 2022 and an edge region 2023, and the vent 2021 is located on the edge region 2023 of at least one side of the window 202. While vent 2021 is shown in fig. 4 on edge region 2023 at the bottom of window 202, vent 2021 may also be located on edge region 2023 at the top of window 202. Since the edge region 2023 of the window 202 is in contact with the window frame 201 when the window is in the closed state, the edge region 2023 overlaps the window frame 201 or extends into the window frame 201. Therefore, by disposing the air hole 2021 on the edge area 2023, the window 202 can be exposed outside the window frame 201 through the air hole 2021 by moving a small distance, and the window frame 201 does not block the air hole 2021, so that ventilation can be achieved through the air hole 2021.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic diagram of the position of the window when the window is in a closed state is shown. The window 202 is in the second position, and the air hole 2021 is hidden in the window frame 201, in this state, air cannot be ventilated through the air hole 2021 hidden in the window frame 201, and the sealing effect can be achieved. Window 202 may be actuated to the second position by an actuation module.
In practice, it may be a window in a vehicle door, and the driving module raises the window 202 by a height α, which is the distance from the lower edge of the top of the window frame 201 to the upper edge of the bottom of the window frame 201. At this time, the window 2 is in a closed state, the window 202 is in the second position, and the vent 2021 is hidden in the first window groove 2011 in the window frame 201. In this case, the window 2 is in a closed state, and cannot be ventilated through the ventilation hole 2021, and the window 202 and the window frame 201 are also sealed, so that the space in the vehicle is sealed, and the possibility of other foreign matters entering the space in the vehicle is reduced. In addition, the purposes of theft prevention and the like can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of the position of another window is shown. The window 202 is located at the first position, the driving module raises the window 202 by a height α + β, the height α + β is a height at which the top of the window 202 is raised, and β is a distance occupied by the edge region 2023 in a direction in which the window 202 is raised. In this embodiment, the ventilation holes 2021 are located in the edge area 2023 of the bottom of the window 202, and the ventilation holes 2021 are uniformly distributed in the edge area 2023 of the bottom of the window 202. In this case, the air hole 2021 is exposed to the outside of the window frame 201, and the window frame 201 does not block the air hole 2021, so that the air exchange between the vehicle interior space and the vehicle exterior space can be realized through the air hole 2021.
In another embodiment, the ventilation hole 2021 may also be disposed in the edge area 2023 of the top of the window 202, and the edge area of the top of the window 202 is no longer provided with the ventilation hole 2021. Window 202 may also be moved to the first position and the second position by the actuation of window 202 by the actuation module.
In another embodiment, when the window 202 has the ventilation hole 2021 in the edge region 2023, the frame width of the window frame 201 is greater than the width occupied by the edge region 2023 of the window 202 in the first direction. Specifically, the width of the frame disposed perpendicular to the first direction may be greater than the width occupied by the edge region 2023 of the window 202 in the first direction, so as to provide a moving space for the vent 2021 disposed on the edge region 2023 of the window 202, thereby implementing the switching between the first position and the second position of the window 202.
In another embodiment, the air-permeable passage comprises: and (4) air-permeable grooves a. The driving module 203 is further configured to drive the window 202 to move in a second direction, where the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The second direction may be a direction perpendicular to a plane in which the door is located, or may be a direction perpendicular to a plane in which the roof is located. When the window 202 is located at the first position, a gap serving as a ventilation groove a is formed between the window 202 and the window frame 201. In this embodiment, the vent groove a is used as a vent passage, and unlike the vent hole 2021 provided in the window 202, it is not necessary to open a hole in the window 202 to maintain the integrity of the window 202. The window 202 can be driven to move in the second direction by the driving module 203, the window 202 is driven to the first position, and a gap is formed between the window 202 and the window frame 201 in the second direction, and the gap is used as the ventilation groove a. Refer to fig. 7 for a side view of the forming of the ventilation slots.
The window 202 can also be driven to move to a second position through the driving module 203, and when the window 202 is located at the second position, the window 202 is attached to the window frame 201. In this case, since the window 202 is attached to the window frame 201, the air permeation groove a formed with the window frame 201 when the window 202 is at the first position is not present any more, so that the sealing effect can be achieved. Referring to fig. 8, a side view of window 202 is shown attached to window frame 201.
The driving module 203 further includes a driving component in the second direction, which may be any driving component connected to the window 202 and capable of driving the window 202 to move in the second direction. Such as a drive rod, lead screw or spring, etc. The driving module 203 can drive the window 202 to move in a first direction, and can also drive the window 202 to move in a second direction. The component of drive module 203 that drives window 202 movement in the first direction may be located above the component that drives window 202 movement in the second direction. The component that drives the window 202 in the first direction may be an elevator motor and the drive component that drives the window 202 in the second direction may be a lead screw or the like.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a driving module. When the window body is arranged on the vehicle door, the window body is parallel to the vehicle door; when the window is installed on the roof, the window is parallel to the roof, and the figure is a side view of the window and also can be a structural schematic diagram of a driving module obtained from a side view angle of a vehicle door or a skylight. The driving module comprises a driving component Q1 in a first direction and a driving component Q2 in a second direction. The driving assembly Q1 in the first direction and the driving assembly Q2 in the second direction may be electrically connected with a control device that controls Q1 and Q2, respectively. The driving assembly Q1 in the first direction may be a lift motor or a lift lever, etc., the window 202 is connected to the driving assembly Q1 in the first direction, and the window 202 is fixed to the driving assembly Q1 in the first direction. The driving component Q1 in the first direction can drive the window 202 to move in the first direction. The driving assembly Q1 in the first direction may be disposed on the driving assembly Q2 in the second direction, the driving assembly Q2 in the second direction may be a lead screw, and the driving assembly Q1 in the first direction is in threaded connection with the driving assembly Q2 in the second direction. The driving assembly Q2 in the second direction drives the driving assembly Q1 in the first direction to move in the second direction according to the control command of the controller. Since the window 202 is connected to the driving assembly Q1 in the first direction, the driving assembly Q1 in the first direction can only drive the window 202 to move in the first direction, so when the driving assembly Q2 in the second direction drives the driving assembly Q1 in the first direction to move in the second direction, the window 202 is driven to move in the second direction.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 10, a schematic structural diagram of a window frame is also provided. The sash includes a second window groove 2012. The second window groove 2012 includes: a first groove wall 20121 facing the space inside the vehicle and a second groove wall 20122 facing the space outside the vehicle. The second groove wall 20122 is an elastic groove wall, and the width of the second groove wall 20122 is smaller than that of the first groove wall 20121. When the window 202 (not shown in fig. 10) is in the first position, the window 202 is on the side of the second groove wall 20122 away from the first groove wall 20121, and forms a gap with the second groove wall 20122, and the gap serves as an air-permeable passage. When the window 202 is in the second position, the window 202 crosses the second groove wall 20122 to enter between the first groove wall 20121 and the second groove wall 20122 and is attached to the first groove wall 20121. Since the second groove wall 20122 is an elastic groove wall, when the window 202 is switched from the first position to the second position, the window may cross the second groove wall 20122 from a side of the second groove wall 20122 away from the first groove wall 20121, enter between the first groove wall 20121 and the second groove wall 20122, and be attached to the first groove wall 20121. After being attached to the first groove wall 20121, a sealing effect is achieved.
In practical applications, taking a window on a vehicle door as an example, since the window 202 rises from the bottom of the window frame 201 to the top of the window frame 201, the second window groove 2012 at the bottom of the window frame 201 may be located in the upper half of the window frame and the window frames at both sides of the window frame.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 11, a structural diagram of a sealing strip is shown. The window frame 201 includes a first sealing strip 201300 therein, the first sealing strip 201300 includes a sealing strip body 201301, and the first sealing strip 201300 may be a sealing strip made of rubber or plastic, and has a certain elastic deformation capability. The weatherstrip body 201301 has a seal groove 201302 and a secondary seal structure 201303, the secondary seal structure 201303 being located outside of the seal groove 201302.
The two sides of the notch of the sealing groove 201302 are provided with a first sealing clamping edge m1 and a second sealing clamping edge m2, the extending directions of the first sealing clamping edge m1 and the second sealing clamping edge m2 are oppositely arranged, when the window body 202 enters the sealing groove 201302, the gap between the window body 202 and the sealing groove 201302 is reduced by the first sealing clamping edge m1 and the second sealing clamping edge m2, and therefore the sealing performance of the sealing strip is improved. Meanwhile, the buffer effect of the sealing strip on the window body can be improved, and the problems of vibration and wind noise can be better eliminated.
Further, the inside of the sealing groove 201302 is further provided with an auxiliary sealing beads n corresponding to the positions of the first sealing bead m1 and the second sealing bead m2, and only the auxiliary sealing bead with respect to one sealing bead is shown in fig. 11, and the auxiliary sealing bead is located between the notch and the groove bottom of the sealing groove 201302. The auxiliary sealing clamping edge can be matched with the first sealing clamping edge m1 and the second sealing clamping edge m2 to further enhance the clamping force on the window body 202, even if the working performance of the first sealing clamping edge m1 and the second sealing clamping edge m2 is reduced due to fatigue, abrasion and aging, the auxiliary sealing clamping edge can also play a role in compensating and strengthening sealing, sufficient contact between the sealing groove 201302 and the window body 202 can be further guaranteed, the sealing groove 201302 can still provide sufficient clamping and buffering force for the window body 202, and the sealing performance of the sealing groove 201302 is guaranteed.
The auxiliary seal structure 201303 includes a first bladder 201304 located outside the groove bottom of seal groove 201302 and a second bladder 201305 located outside the outer side of seal groove 201302, the first bladder 201304 shares a face with the groove bottom of seal groove 201302, the second bladder 201305 shares a face with the outer side of seal groove 201302, and the first bladder 201304 and the second bladder 201305 are in communication. Since the first sealing strip 201300 has a certain elastic deformation capability, a balloon structure may be provided around the sealing groove 201302 according to this feature of the first sealing strip 201300.
When the window 202 is in the second position, the window 202 presses against the bottom of the sealing groove 201302 to compress the first bladder, and air in the first bladder 201304 is displaced into the second bladder 201305 due to the communication between the first bladder 201304 and the second bladder 201305. Because the first sealing strip 201300 is installed in the sheet metal groove of the window frame 201, the expansion of the second airbag 201305 makes the sealing strip body 201301 extrude inwards only against the sheet metal groove wall, and pushes the first sealing clamping edge m1, the second sealing clamping edge m2 and the auxiliary sealing clamping edge n to approach the window body 202, so as to further enhance the clamping effect of the sealing groove 201302 on the window body 202, and further improve the buffering and sealing effects of the first sealing strip on the window body 202.
In another embodiment, a vent (not shown in fig. 11) is disposed in a common plane of first bladder 201304 and the bottom of seal slot 201302, the diameter of the vent being less than the width of window 202 in contact with the common plane. The first air bag 201304 and the sealing groove 201302 are not in a totally-enclosed air bag structure, and one surface of the first air bag 201304 close to the bottom of the sealing groove 201302 is provided with air holes, and the diameter of the air holes is smaller than the thickness of the window 202, so that when the window 202 does not press the first air bag 201304, the first air bag 201304 and the second air bag 201305 are communicated with the outside atmosphere. The first air bag 201304 and the second air bag 201305 keep the shape of the cavity by means of the elasticity and strength of the first sealing strip 201300, when the window 202 presses the first air bag 201304, the window 202 blocks the air holes, and at the moment, the first air bag 201304 and the second air bag 201305 become a closed structure. As the window 202 is continuously squeezed, the first sealing strip 201300 contracts at one side close to the groove bottom of the sealing groove 201302 and expands at the side, so that the clamping force on the window 202 is enhanced. The vent holes are formed in the first air bag 201304, so that the first air bag 201304 and the second air bag 201305 only work when the window is located at the second position, and when the window 202 is located at the first position, the internal pressure of the first air bag 201304 and the internal pressure of the second air bag 201305 automatically return to the same state as the atmospheric pressure, so that the first air bag 201304 and the second air bag 201305 do not need to be specially manufactured for preventing leakage and maintaining pressure, and therefore the processing difficulty is greatly reduced.
The sealing tape shown in fig. 11 can be applied to the case where the vent holes 202 are provided in the edge region 2023 of the top of the window 202, i.e., the positions of the vent holes 202 are opposite to those shown in fig. 4.
In another embodiment, the window frame 201 includes a second sealing strip 2014, which can be applied to the case where the ventilation channel is a ventilation hole. The second packing 2014 includes a first sealing portion 20141 and a second sealing portion 20142, the first sealing portion 20141 being located on a side of the window frame 201 in the vehicle interior space, and the second sealing portion 20142 being located on a side of the window frame 201 in the vehicle exterior space. A second seal 2014 may be used to better seal the window 202 when the window 202 is in the second position. The second seal 2014 seals the window 202 from the side of the window frame 201 located in the vehicle interior space and the side of the vehicle exterior space, respectively, so that the window 202 can be better sealed when the window 202 is in the second position.
Further, the first sealing portion 20141 and/or the second sealing portion 20142 are provided therein with elastic protrusion portions b, which correspond to the vent holes when the window is in the second position, and the diameter of the elastic protrusion portions b is equal to that of the vent holes. The elastic protrusion b corresponding to the vent hole can block the vent hole when the window body 202 is located at the second position, thereby achieving the purpose of sealing. Referring to fig. 12, a schematic diagram of a structure in which an elastic protrusion is disposed in the second sealing portion 20142 is shown.
In another embodiment, the vehicle further comprises: a sensor 3 and a controller 4. The controller 4 is electrically connected to the sensor 3 and the driving module 203, and is configured to control the driving module 203 to drive the window 202 to move between the first position and the second position according to the detection information of the sensor 3. Referring to fig. 13, an electrical control diagram of the vehicle is shown.
Further, the sensor 3 may include: a door sensor 301 for detecting whether a door of the vehicle is closed. A window sensor 302 for detecting whether the window is in the first position. And the vital sign sensor 303 is used for detecting whether a living body exists in the space in the vehicle. A start sensor 304 for detecting whether the vehicle is started. The speed sensor 305 detects the traveling speed of the vehicle. And a temperature sensor 306 for detecting a temperature of the vehicle interior space. And an oxygen concentration sensor 307 for detecting the oxygen concentration in the vehicle interior space. After the sensors detect corresponding information, the detected information is transmitted to controller 4, and controller 4 can control driving module 203 to drive window 202 to move between the first position and the second position according to the information.
