An angle adjustment mechanism according to claim 2, further comprising a fixed ring member (12); the fixing ring member (12) comprises a first ring part (1201) and a second ring part (1202) which are respectively arranged at two ends of the mounting shaft (1); one end of the mounting shaft (1) is provided with a limiting protrusion (101), the first ring portion (1201) is provided with a limiting groove (12011) matched with the limiting protrusion (101), and the first reset ring (7) and the second reset ring (8) are accommodated in the first ring portion (1201) and the second ring portion (1202) respectively.
4. An angle adjustment mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that said first (7) and second (8) reset rings are housed respectively in said first (1201) and second (1202) ring portions.

7. A seat frame, characterized in that it comprises a connecting shaft (13) and an angle adjustment mechanism according to any one of claims 3-6; the angle adjusting mechanism is fixed on two sides of the connecting shaft (13).

The seat frame according to claim 7, characterized by comprising a connecting part (14), wherein two ends of the connecting shaft (13) are provided with limit blocks (1301) matched with the limit grooves (12011); the mounting shaft (1) is provided with a through hole (102), and the connecting shaft (13) is provided with a connecting hole (1302) which is coaxial with the through hole (102); the connecting part (14) is provided with a connecting rod (1401) which can be inserted into the through hole (102) and the connecting hole (1302).
9. A seat frame as claimed in claim 7, characterised in that said securing ring member (12) is connected to a seat foot.

A chair comprising a backrest (16) and a seat (15), characterized in that it further comprises a frame according to any one of claims 7 to 9; the first rotating part (2) and the second rotating part (3) which are positioned on two sides of the connecting shaft (13) are respectively connected with the backrest (16) and the seat (15).
